The structure and stabilization energies of benzene (and methylated benzenes)···X(2) (X=F, Cl, Br, N) complexes were investigated by performing CCSD(T)/complete basis set limit and density functional theory/symmetry-adapted perturbation theory (DFT-SAPT) calculations. The global minimum of the benzene···dihalogen complexes corresponds to the T-shaped structure, whereas that of benzene···dinitrogen corresponds to the sandwich one. The different binding motifs of these complexes arise from the different quadrupole moments of dihalogens and dinitrogen. The different sign of the quadrupole moments of these diatomics is explained based on the electrostatic potential (ESP). Whereas all dihalogens, including difluorine, possess a positive σ hole, such a positive area of the ESP is completely missing in the case of dinitrogen. Moreover, benzene···X(2) (X=Br, Cl) complexes are stronger than benzene···X(2) (X=F, N) complexes. When analyzing DFT-SAPT electrostatic, dispersion, induction, and δ(Hartree-Fock) energies, we recapitulate that the former complexes are stabilized mainly by dispersion energy, followed by electrostatic energy, whereas the latter complexes are stabilized mostly by the dispersion interaction. The charge-transfer energy of benzene···dibromine complexes, and surprisingly, also of methylated benzenes···dibromine complexes is only moderate, and thus, not responsible for their stabilization. Benzene···dichlorine and benzene···dibromine complexes can thus be characterized merely as complexes with a halogen bond rather than as charge-transfer complexes.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss the existence of mild solution of functional integrodifferential equation with nonlocal conditions. To establish this results by using the resolvent operator theory and Sadovskii-Krasnosel'skii type of fixed point theorem and to show the usefulness and the applicability of our results to a broad class of functional integrodifferential equations, an example is given to illustrate the theory.  相似文献

A series of novel organic dyes (ICZA1, ICZA2, ICZA3, ICZA4) with D-π-A structural configuration incorporating indolo[3,2,1-jk]carbazole moiety as donor (D) unit, thiophene as π-linker and 2-cyanoacrylic acid as acceptor unit were investigated using density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT (TD-DFT) methods. Indolo[3,2,1-jk]carbazole-based D-π-A dyes composed of different acceptor groups were designed. By modulating acceptor unit, the efficiency of D-π-A dye-based dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) can be further improved. In the present work, four novel push-pull organic dyes only differing in electron acceptor, have been designed based on the experimental literature value of IC-2. In order to further improve the light harvesting capability of indolo[3,2,1-jk]carbazole dyes, the acceptor influence on the dye performance were examined. The NLO property of the designed dye molecules can be derived as polarizability and hyperpolarizability. The calculated value of ICZA2 dye is the best candidate for NLO properties. Furthermore, the designed organic dyes exhibit good photovoltaic performance of charge transfer characteristics, driving force of electron injection, dye regeneration, global reactivity, and light harvesting efficiency (LHE). From the calculated value of ICZA4 dye, it has been identified as a good candidate for DSSCs applications. Finally, it is concluded that the both ICZA2 and ICZA4 dyes theoretically agrees well with the experimental value of IC-2 dye. Hence, the dyes ICZA2 and ICZA4 can serve as an excellent electron withdrawing groups for NLO and DSSCs applications.  相似文献

Thermal and microwave assisted [4+2] cycloadditions of 1,4-diaryl-1-aza-1,3-butadienes with allenic esters lead to cycloadducts, which after a 1,3-H shift afford variedly substituted unsymmetrical 2-alkyl-1,4-diaryl-3-ethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydropyridines in high yields. Reactions carried out under microwave irradiation are cleaner and give higher yields with much shortened reaction times. Density functional theory (DFT) at the B3LYP/6-31G* level has been used to calculate geometric features of the reactants, barrier for s-trans to s-cis and reverse isomerization of azadienes (5a-d, 10a-e), dihedral angles between N(1), C(2), C(3), and C(4) atoms of azadienes along with various indices such as chemical hardness (eta), chemical potential (micro), global electrophilicity (omega), and the difference in global electrophilicity (Deltaomega) between the reacting pairs and Fukui functions (f (+) and f(-)). The results revealed that s-trans is the predominant conformation of azadienes at ambient temperature and the barrier for conversion of the s-trans rotamer of 1-azadienes to s-cis may be the major factor influencing the chemoselectivity, i.e., [4+2] verses [2+2] cycloaddition. The regiochemistry of the observed cycloadditions is collated with the obtained local electrophilicity indices (Fukui functions). Transition states for the formation of both [4+2] and [2+2] cycloadducts as located at the PM3 level indicate that the transition state for the formation of [4+2] cycloadducts has lower energy, again supporting the earlier conclusion that preferred formation of [4+2] cycloaaducts at higher temperature may be a consequence of barrier for s-trans to s-cis transformation of 1-azadienes.  相似文献

Urine is one of the diagnostically potential bio fluids, as it contains many metabolites and some of them are native fluorophores. These fluorophores distribution and the physiochemical properties may vary during any metabolic change or at different pathologic conditions. Since urine is a multicomponent fluid, synchronous luminescence technique, a powerful tool has been adopted to analyse multicomponents in single spectrum and to resolve emission spectrum without much of photobleaching of fluorophores. In this study, urine samples of both normal subjects and cancer patients were characterised using synchronous luminescence spectroscopy with a Stokes shift of 20 nm. Different ratio parameters were calculated from the intensity values of the synchronous luminescence spectra and they were used as input variables for a multiple linear discriminant analysis across normal and cancer groups. The stepwise linear discriminant analysis classifies 90.3 % of the original grouped cases and 88.6 % of the cross-validated grouped cases correctly.  相似文献

The present work aims to investigates the native fluorescence and time resolved fluorescence spectroscopic characterization of oral tissues under UV excitation. The fluorescence emission spectra of oral tissues at 280 nm excitation were obtained. From the spectra, it was observed that the alteration in the biochemical and morphological changes present in tissues. Subsequently, the Full width at Half Maximum (FWHM) of every individual spectra of 20 normal and 40 malignant subjects were calculated. The student’s t-test analysis reveals that the data were statistically significant (p?=?0.001). The fluorescence excitation spectra at 350 nm emission of malignant tissues confirms the alteration in protein fluorescence with respect to normal counterpart. To quantify the observed spectral differences, the two ratio variables R1?=?I275/I310 and R2?=?I310/I328 were introduced in the excitation spectra. Among them, the Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) of R1 reveals better classification with 86.4 % specificity and 82.5 % sensitivity. The fluorescence decay kinetics of oral tissues was obtained at 350 nm emission and it was found that the decay kinetics was triple exponential. Then the ROC analysis of fractional amplitudes and component lifetime reveals that the average lifetime shows 77 % sensitivity and 70 % specificity with the cut off value 4.85 ns. Briefly, the average lifetime exhibits better statistical significance when compared to fractional amplitudes and component lifetimes.  相似文献

We report the synthesis of trisalkoxy substituted 9, 10-bis styrylanthracene derivatives (C8-ant and C12-ant) by Heck coupling with very good yield and their photophysical properties. Both C8-ant and C12-ant exhibit aggregation induced emission (AIE), mechnoflurochromism and thermochromism. Trisubstituted 9, 10-distyrylanthracene molecules having all the luminescent properties in a single molecule are first of its kind.  相似文献
