The visible‐light response of Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) assembled on rGO through different molecular bridges was investigated by transient photocurrent generation. We prepared rGO with two self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs), one linear and the other with aromatic triazoles through a click cycloaddition reaction. A fivefold photocurrent enhancement was observed for triazole linkers over the aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APTMS) linker. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and impedance measurements also suggest fast electron transfer on account of the low resistance offered by the click‐modified rGO surface whereby introduction of triazoles offers the efficient bridge between the donor AuNPs and acceptor rGO.  相似文献

A detailed investigation of the electrical resistivity of a series of monovalent (Ag) doped polycrystalline La1−xAgxMnO3 pellets with x ranging from 0.05 to 0.30 and measured over the temperature range between 10 and 350 K is reported. La1−xAgxMnO3 compounds have been prepared by a novel pyrophoric technique. XRD analysis of our samples indicates single phasic nature for samples with Ag content ≤0.15, while samples with higher Ag content (x≥0.2) show presence of both magnetic perovskite and non-magnetic Ag phases. A sharp insulator-metal transition with TMI close to room temperature arising out of the paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition, and a large magneto-resistance (MR=∼16%) near TMI has been observed for all the Ag doped samples. Between TC(Tp1) and 350 K, all the samples show activated conduction following the Emin-Holstein theory of adiabatic small polaron hopping, while at lower temperatures, in the ferromagnetic regime resistivity appears to be governed by various electron scattering processes. Between 20 and 50 K, a distinct minimum for both H=0 and has been observed, which is explained in terms of inelastic scattering and electron-electron interactions.  相似文献

An analytical method is reported for residue analysis of the fungicide meptyldinocap in different fruit matrixes that involves extraction with ethyl acetate, hydrolysis of the residues with ethanolamine, and determination by LC/MS/MS. The method involves extraction of 10 g sample with 10 mL ethyl acetate; evaporation of the ethyl acetate phase to dryness, and subsequent hydrolysis of the residues to 4,6-dinitro-2-(1-methylheptyl) phenol on reaction with 1% ethanolamine. The pH of this hydrolyzed product was neutralized with formic acid and analyzed by LC/MS/MS. The hydrolysis reaction followed pseudo-first-order kinetics, and the reaction product was spectroscopically confirmed as 2-(1-methylheptyl)-4,6-dinitrophenol. The method offered > 80% recoveries at an LOQ of 10 ng/g for grape and mango, 25 ng/g for pomegranate with intralaboratory Horwitz ratio < 0.5, and measurement uncertainties < 10% at LOQ levels. Considering first-order rate kinetics, activation energy, enthalpy of activation, and entropy of activation varied as solvent > mango > grape > pomegranate. Free energy of activation at 298 K was higher than at 280 K and was similar for solvent and three matrixes at both temperatures.  相似文献

An organanophosphinic acid extractant Cyanex272 was impregnated on a macroporus polymeric solid support Amberlite XAD-2 and packed in a column to study sorption and desorption of U(VI) in HNO3 media. Various physio-chemical parameters such as influence of HNO3 concentration, amount of Cyanex272, nature of eluents, sample and eluent flow rates were studied systematically to optimize conditions for sorption and desorption of U(VI). The breakthrough volume for U(VI) was >1000 mL and column reusability was more than 50 cycles. U(VI) was selectively separated from some commonly associated rare earth elements and certain d-block elements in binary and synthetic mixtures. The method developed for U(VI) was applied for its recovery from uranmicrolite (leachate) ore tailings and an industrial effluent sample.  相似文献

A solution-based approach to the synthesis of silver (Ag) nanoparticles by chemical reduction of AgNO(3) in a graphene oxide (GrO) suspension is demonstrated. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy indicate that the Ag nanoparticles, of size range 5-25nm, were decorated on the GrO sheets. The size and shape of the Ag nanoparticles are dependent on the concentration of the AgNO(3) solution. Antimicrobial activity of such hybrids materials is investigated against the Gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli and Pseudomonous aeruginosa. The bacterial growth kinetics was monitored in nutrient broth supplemented with the Ag nanoparticle-GrO suspension at different conditions. It was observed that P. aeruginosa is comparatively more sensitive to the Ag nanoparticle-GrO suspension.  相似文献

The anticancerous drug methotrexate (MTX) has been intercalated into an ZnAl-layered double hydroxide (LDH) using an anion exchange technique to produce LDH-MTX hybrids having particle sizes in the range of 100-300 nm. X-ray diffraction studies revealed increases in the basal spacings of ZnAl-LDH-MTX hybrid on MTX intercalation. This was corroborated by the transmission electron micrographs, which showed an increase in average interlayer spacing from 8.9 Å in pristine LDH to 21.3 Å in LDH-MTX hybrid. Thermogravimetric analyses showed an increase in the decomposition temperature for the MTX molecule in the LDH-MTX hybrid indicating enhanced thermal stability of the drug molecule in the LDH nanovehicle. The cumulative release profile of MTX from ZnAl-LDH-MTX hybrids in phosphate buffer saline (PBS) at pH 7.4 was successfully sustained for 48 h following Rigter-Peppas model release kinetics via diffusion.  相似文献

A selective and rapid multiresidue analysis method is presented for simultaneous estimation of 12 plant growth regulators (PGRs), namely, auxins (indol-3-acetic acid, indol-3-butyric acid, and naphthyl acetic acid), cytokinins (kinetin, zeatin, and 6-benzyladenine), gibberellic acid (GA3), abscisic acid, and synthetic compounds, namely, forchlorfenuron, paclobutrazole, isoprothiolane, and 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2,4-D) in bud sprouts and grape berries at the development stages of 2-3 and 6-8 mm diameters, which are the critical phases when exogenous application of PGRs may be necessary to achieve desired grape quality and yield. The sample preparation method involved extraction of plant material with acidified methanol (50%) by homogenization for 2 min at 15000 rpm. The pH of the extract was enhanced up to 6 by adding ammonium acetate, followed by homogenization and centrifugation. The supernatant extract was cleaned by SPE on an Oasis HLB cartridge (200 mg, 6 cc). The final extract was measured directly by LC/MS/MS with electrospray ionization in positive mode, except for 2,4-D, GA3, and abscisic acid extracts, which required analysis in negative mode. Quantification by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) was supported with full-scan mass spectrometric confirmation using "information-dependent acquisition" triggered with MRM to "enhanced product ionization" mode of the hybrid quadrupole-ion trap mass analyzer. The LOQ of the test analytes varied between 1 and 10 ng/g with associated recoveries of 80-120% and precision RSD <25% (n = 8). Significant matrix-induced signal suppression was recorded when the responses for pre- and postextraction spikes of analytes were compared; this could be resolved by using matrix-matched calibration standards. The method could successfully be applied in analyzing incurred residue samples and would, therefore, be useful in precisely deciding the necessity and dose of exogenous applications of PGRs on the basis of measured endogenous levels.  相似文献

A simple SPE method for determination of cobalt(II) using a C18 bonded silica membrane disk impregnated with Cyanex 272 has been developed. Cobalt(II) was quantitatively sorbed at pH 6.0 from a sample solution and eluted using 10.0 mL 1.0 M HNO3 prior to its flame atomic absorption spectrometric determination. The influence of eluting agents, the minimum volume and maximum flow rate of the eluent, and interfering ions on cobalt(II) was studied. The method developed for cobalt(II) had an LOD of 1.4 microg/L, and a preconcentration factor > 200 with an RSD of 0.6%. The reusability of the modified disk was for 40 cycles. The method was applied for the determination of cobalt in certified samples, urine, and industrial sludge samples.  相似文献
