A series of analogs of the natural mitostatic agent combretastatin were synthesized by the reaction of nitrile oxides with
natural allylbenzenes, such as myristicin, apiol, and dillapiol. The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions in allylic systems
proceed regiospecifically. The reactions with trans isomers of propenylbenzenes, viz., isomyristicin, isoapiol, and isodillapiol, as dipolarophiles produce regioisomers.

It has been established that the interaction of N1-(2-hydroxyphenylmethylthieno[2,3-b]pyrid-3-yl)arylamides with hydrazine hydrate leads to thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2,3-diamines.
It was shown that the reaction of the latter with acetylacetone and acetoacetic ester occurs regioselectively at the amino
group in position 3 of the thiophene ring.

Reactions of 4,6-dibromo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole with phenols or arenelthiols lead to 4-aryloxy-6-bromo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazoles or 4-arylthio-6-bromo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazoles, respectively. Isomeric 6-aryloxy-4-bromo-2,1,3-benzoxadiazoles were synthesized by replacement of the fluorine atom in 2,6-dibromo-4-fluoro-1-nitrosobenzene with phenols and treatment of the resulting 4-aryloxy-2,6-dibromo-1-nitrosobenzene with sodium azide. 相似文献
