High-performance thin-layer chromatography has been used for separation and quantification of nitroguanidine and guanidine
nitrate, for online and off-line quality control of synthesis. The compounds were separated on silica gel 60 F254 layers with dioxane–tetrahydrofuran 1:1 (v/v), as mobile phase. UV detection was performed at 210 and 265 nm for guanidine nitrate and nitroguanidine, respectively. Quantitative
analysis was performed by absorbance densitometry and use of peak area. Validation was performed taking into consideration

The complexation reactions between 7,10,13-triaza-1-thia-4,16-dioxa-20,24-dimethyl-2,3;17,18-dibenzo-cyclooctadecane-6,14-dione ( TTD ) and 7,10,13-triaza-1-sulfoxo-4,16-dioxa-20,24-dimethyl-2,3;17,18-dibenzo-cyclooctadecane-6,14-dione ( TSD ) macrocycles with Ag+, Cd2+, Cu2+, Pb2+, Sr2+, Tl+, and Zn2+ ions have been studied in ethanol and methanol solutions at 25°C. The complexes formed between macrocycles ( TTD ) and ( TSD ) with these metals cations had a stiochiometry of 1:1 and 1:2, respectively. The stability constants of the resulting complexes were determined and found to decrease in the order Cu2+ > Zn2+ > Ag+ > Tl+ > Cd2+ > Pb2+ > Sr2+ with macrocycle ( TTD ) and Tl+ > Zn2+ > Cd2+ > Pb2+ > Cu2+ > Ag+ > Sr2+ with macrocycle ( TSD ). 相似文献

A new chemically modified carbon paste electrode for Cd(II) ions based on 3,5-dinitro-N-(tri-2-pyridyl methyl) benzamide (DNTPMBA) as an ionophore was prepared. The electrode exhibits a Nernstian response for Cd(II) ions over a wide concentration range (2.16 × 10?7–1.00 × 10?1 mol L?1) with a slope of 30 ± 1 mV per decade. It has a response time of about 50 s and can be used for a period of 3 months with good reproducibility. Detection limit obtained in the optimal conditions was 1.82 × 10?7 mol L?1. The electrode was successfully used for potentiometric determination of Cd(II) in well water. The pH influence and interference of some cations were also studied. 相似文献

A simple and reliable method for the selective extraction and determination of bismuth in water as well as alloy samples using octadecyl bonded silica cartridge modified with cyanex 301 and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is described. Extraction efficiency and influence of sample matrix, optimum amount of extraction ligand, type and least amount of proper eluent and flow rates were evaluated. The limit of detection of the proposed method is 0.01 ng ml(-1). The influence of potential interfering cations in water samples on the recovery of bismuth was investigated. The method was successfully applied to the extraction and determination of bismuth in natural water and alloy samples. 相似文献

In this work, simultaneous determination of low levels of 226Ra and uranium in aqueous samples were performed by alpha-liquid scintillation counting (LSC) in conjunction with artificial
neural network (ANN) and partial least squares (PLS). The counting rates at 73 channels, which were selected by genetic algorithm,
were used for training. A PLS model with four latent variables and a principle component ANN model (4-4-2) with linear transfer
function after hidden and output layers were created. Total relative error of prediction for PLS and ANN in synthetic mixtures
was 18.05% and 24.78%, respectively. The matrix effect was studied by spiking the real samples with radium and uranium. Laser
induced fluorescence was used for assessment of uranium prediction results in real samples. 相似文献
