Conclusion N-Acetoxymethyldiethylamine reacts with tetraethyldiamidophenylphosphonite and diethylamidodiphenylphosphinite, and N-acetoxymethylbenzamide with tetraethyldiamidophenylphosphonite at the phosphorus atom only to form Arbuzov reaction products. In order to obtain porphyrin-containing polymers, the copolymerization of acrylate monomers of the various structures with natural porphyrin, namely methyl pheophorbide a (MPP) and its complex with copper (CuMPP) in tetrahydrofuran and toluene was studied. The copolymers of methyl methacrylate (MMA) with MPP or CuMPP, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) with MPP or CuMPP having different compositions were synthesized. The influence of the nature of the solvent, the initial mass ratio of the monomers during copolymerization on the structure, composition, and properties of the obtained compounds were investigated. The study of the physico-chemical, molecular weight, structural, and chemical characteristics of the prepared copolymers was carried out. The possibility of controlled synthesis of the copolymers with controlled molecular weight characteristics by varying the parameters of the reaction medium was shown.

Thermal lens spectrometry is applied to determine the absorption of transparent nanocomposite materials, which are produced by the thermal decomposition of silver salts absorbed in the bulk of a polymethacrylate matrix. The high spatial resolution of determination, corresponding to the size of laser beams, makes it possible to evaluate the homogeneity for the distribution of coloration in the matrix. The advantages of thermal lens spectrometry over spectrophotometry include the weak effect of sample scattering on the results of its absorption determination and a higher sensitivity of determination, which may exceed that of spectrophotometry by one or two orders of magnitude. The possibility of achieving local syntheses of nanosized particles in the bulk of the matrix by virtue of the photoinduced decomposition of silver salts in initial polyacrylate materials is shown. Thermal lens experiments also allow the combination of the synthesis of silver nanoparticles and control of the absorbance for the prepared structural units.  相似文献

The review presents an analysis of the data on the synthesis of metalloporphyrin-based polymers of different structure. Manufacturing coordination polymers via extra coordination of small molecules and fragments of high-molecular-weight compounds by porphyrin metal complexes are discussed. A sensitive electrochemical sensor based on a composite containing silver nanoparticles and a redox active thiacalixarene with catechol fragments in the substituents at the lower rim has been developed and used for dopamine detection. The electrochemical investigation of thiacalixarene in homogeneous solution and on the electrode interface showed the reversible character of the redox conversion of catechol fragments and its involvement in the chemical reduction of silver which resulted in formation of uniform nanoparticles of 4–6 nm in diameter. The use of such a material for electrode modification made it possible to record a high amplitude cathodic signal at ?700 mV that was proportional to the dopamine concentration within 1 nM–1 µM. Methods of photothermal (thermal-lens) determination of iron and mercury on the basis of solid polymer matrices with immobilized reagents are developed. These methods combine selective and efficient preconcentration of trace elements to be analyzed on a transparent polymer matrix, the sensitivity of determination with the reliable and traceable photometric procedures and highly sensitive thermal-lens detection (enhanced in polymers compared to solutions). The advantage of this approach is in the use of sensitive organic reagents previously developed for spectrophotometry. In this study, transparent polymethacrylate matrices modified with copper dithizonate and 1,10-phenanthroline were applied to the determination of mercury(II) and iron(II), respectively.  相似文献
