Synthesis and Crystal Structure of the Copper Complex of 7，16-Bis（2-hyd roxy-5-met hylbenzyl）-1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadecane

A lariat crown ether ligand 7,16-bis (2-hydroxy-5-methylbenzyl)- 1,4,10,13-tetraoxa-7,16-diazacyclooctadeeane (L1) has been prepared via one-pot Mannich reaction. Its copper(Ⅱ) complex Cu-L1 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV-visible spectroscopy. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The result shows that the copper(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated by two nitrogen and four oxygen atoms, two from the crown ether and the other two from the deprotonated phenolate anions, forming an elongated octahedral complex. Electrochemical study indicates that the complex undergoes reversible reduction in DMF solution.

合成了锌与配体N,N"-二(N-对羧基苯基胺甲酰甲基)-N,N',N"-三乙酸二乙三胺的配合物ZnH3L·4H2O(H5L= C28H33N5O12),通过元素分析,IR,UV-vis和热重分析对配合物进行了表征,并测定了该配合物的晶体结构.晶体属三斜晶系,P (?)空间群,晶胞参数a=0.8442(2)nm,b=1.0837(3)nm,c=1.9082(6)nm,α=104.052(5)°,β=94.624(5)°,γ= 93.093(5)°,Z=2.结构由直接法解出,最终偏离因子R1=0.0547,wR2=0.1306.锌与配体的一个酰胺氧原子、两个亚胺氮原子和两个羧基氧原子配位,形成畸变的三角双锥构型.配合物分子间通过氢键连接形成三维网状结构.

DTPA-BpABA与锰配合物的结构表征和弛豫研究

X-ray single crystal analysis of a new paramagnetic manganese（Ⅱ） complex with DTPA-BpABA （a DTPAbisamide derivative）, Mn（DTPA-BpABA）·4H2O, shows that four oxygen atoms and three nitrogen atoms from the ligand coordinate to Mn（Ⅱ） cation, forming a seven-coordinate distorted pentagonal bipyramid polyhedron. In the crystal, the carboxyl groups and the nitrogen atoms extensively form hydrogen bonds with the lattice water molecules, building a 3D-network. The relaxometric study indicates that the R1 value of the paramagnetic manganese（Ⅱ）complex is 5.12 mmol·L·s^-1. The higher R1 value means that this complex may find an application in magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） technique.

一种新型四氮杂取代三环冠醚的晶体结构及其配合物的合成与表征

合成了一种新型的四氮杂取代的三环结构冠醚4,13-二氧-1,7,10,16-四氮杂三环[14.2.1.1^7,10]二十烷(L7), 低温条件下在乙醚中培养出其单晶, 用X射线衍射法测定了晶体结构. 该晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群P2₁/n, 晶胞参数a＝0.8984(7) nm, b＝1.0805(9) nm, c＝1.1040(9) nm; Z＝2, β＝111.707(13)°; V＝0.9958(14) nm³, D_c＝1.189 g/cm³, μ＝0.092 mm^－1, F(000)＝392, R₁＝0.0649, wR₂＝0.1714. 制备了配体L7与金属盐的配合物, 分析结果表明, 配体L7与金属离子形成1∶1型的配合物.
