A series of novel hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compounds: mono-6-deoxy-β-cyclodextrin-6-[p-(p-substituted styryl)pyridium] p-totylfulfonates were synthesized by the condensation of mono-6-deoxy-β- cyclodextrin-6-(p-methyl pyridinium) p-toluenesulfonate with (un)substituted benzaldehydes. Their structures were established by 1^H NMR, IR, UV-Vis and elemental analysis. The absorption and fluorescence properties of the novel compounds were measured in solution and the photostability of a selected hemicyanine dye-β-cyclodextrin compound was also investigated. 相似文献

采用微波技术,分别以N-烷基-2,3,3-三甲基-4,5-苯并吲哚六氟合磷酸盐与二甲氨基苯甲醛或3-吲哚甲醛为原料,在哌啶的催化下快速合成了4种苯并吲哚半菁染料H1~H4和4种苯并吲哚二次甲基菁染料F1~F4,并采用UV-Vis,1H NMR,IR,元素分析确证了产物的结构.研究了染料在不同溶剂中的吸收光谱性质,结果显示:两类染料在质子性溶剂中随着溶剂极性的增加最大吸收波长出现蓝移;而在非质子性溶剂中随着溶剂极性的减小最大吸收波长发生红移.同时,研究了染料H3和F2在生理条件下与鲑鱼精DNA、牛血清白蛋白、溶菌酶、淀粉酶和糜蛋白酶的相互作用,发现染料H3的荧光强度随着DNA浓度的增加而增强. 相似文献

在ZrOCl_2的存在下,二乙烯三氨与联苯甲酰在甲醇中回流得到2,3-二苯基 -1,4,6-三氮杂二环[3.3.1]-2-壬烯单盐酸盐。对其进行了~1H NMR,IR和 UV-vis谱表征及X射线单晶衍射结构分析。晶体属单斜晶系,P2_1/c空间群,晶胞 参数为:a=1.69341(6)nm,b=0.77564(3)nm,c=1.21000(4)nm,β=96.1880(10)° ,Z=4,D_c=1.319g·cm~(-3)。该化合物是一非平面型具有部分不饱和键的氮杂桥 二环化合物,两个六元环中,与苯环连接的六元环为半椅式构型,另一六元环为椅 式构型。 相似文献
