The conjugate addition reactions of BHA alkenoates with organolithiums in toluene or toluene-hexane at −78 °C were mediated by the chiral ligands 1 and 2 to give the corresponding 3-substituted alkanoates in high ees and high yields. The two ligands are complementary each other, 1 is effective for phenyl- and vinyllithiums to give the adducts in 64–93% ee, while 2 is effective for butyl- and ethyllithiums to give the adducts in 91–99% ee.  相似文献

Introducing the effect of extinction into the so-called replicator equations in mathematical biology, we construct a general model where the diversity of species, i.e., the dimension of the equation, is a time-dependent variable. The system shows very different behavior from the original replicator equation, and leads to mass extinction when the system initially has high diversity. The present theory can serve as a mathematical foundation for the paleontologic theory for mass extinction. This extinction dynamics is a prototype of dynamical systems where the variable dimension is inevitable.  相似文献

A prospective study was performed to investigate the correlations between saturation transfer ratio (STR) and histologic parameters of invasive ductal carcinomas in human breast. The histologic parameters investigated were the extent of fibrosis in the intercellular matrix, dysplastic changes of nuclei, and mitotic index. Twenty-seven patients with breast carcinoma were examined using an off-resonance saturation pulse in conjunction with conventional field-echo T(1)-weighted imaging at frequency offsets of 448 Hz and 1200 Hz from water resonance. The values of STR at frequency offset of 1200 Hz (STR(1200)) increased from non-scirrhous carcinoma to scirrhous carcinoma. Although STR(1200) showed correlation with the extent of fibrosis in the intercellular matrix (p<0.01, n = 27), they did not correlate with the dysplastic changes of nuclei or mitotic index. On the other hand, the values of STR at frequency offset of 448 Hz (STR(448)) demonstrated close correlation to dysplastic changes of nuclei and mitotic index (p<0.01, n = 27). STR(1200) correlates with the structural characteristics and STR(448) correlates with the nature of malignant cells with regard to nuclear dysplasia and mitotic potential.  相似文献

We present a thermodynamically self-consistent Ornstein-Zernike approximation (SCOZA) for a fluid of spherical particles with a pair potential given by a hard-core repulsion and screened power series (SPS) tails. We take advantage of the known analytic properties of the solution of the Ornstein-Zernike equation for the case in which the direct correlation function outside the repulsive core is given by the SPS tails [M. Yasutomi, J. Phys.: Condens. Matter 13, L255 (2001)]: c(r)=∑(n=1) (N)exp(-z(n)r)∑(τ=-1) (L(n) )K((n,τ))z(n) (τ+1)r(τ) r>1. The analytic properties are rewritten so as to be optimally suited to the numerical computations. The SCOZA is known to provide very good overall thermodynamics, remarkably accurate critical point, and coexistence curve. In this paper, we present some numerical results for parameters in c(r) which are chosen to fit the Lennard-Jones potential. We show that both the energy and the compressibility paths lead to the same thermodynamics with high accuracy due to the thermodynamic consistency condition that has been enforced. The present method will be applicable to fluids with a large variety of smooth, realistic isotropic potentials where the pair potentials can be fitted by the SPS tails. The fitting procedure is superior to that by multi-Yukawa tails which is the only method presented so far.  相似文献

Ir(salen) complexes were found to catalyze enantioselective cyclopropenation efficiently. Cyclopropenation can be carried out using either a donor/acceptor- or an acceptor/acceptor-substituted diazo compound such as α-aryl-α-diazoacetates, α-phenyl-α-diazophosphonate, 2,2,2-trifluoro-1-phenyl-1-diazoethane, and α-cyano-α-diazoacetamide as carbenoid precursors. The reactions provide highly enantioenriched cyclopropenes (84-98% ee) with a functionalized quaternary carbon as versatile building blocks.  相似文献

There exist certain quadratic elements α∈?((t ?1)) over the rational function field ?(t) having nonperiodic continued fraction expansion, see W.M. Schmidt in (Acta Arith. 95(2):139–166, 2000). Hence we need a modification of Lagrange’s theorem with regard to function fields instead of number fields. In this paper, we introduce a class of continued fractions and describe Lagrange’s theorem as a conjecture related to quadratic elements over ?(t). The values of equivalent cross-relaxation rate (ECR) correlated well with [i] water conditions in various copolymer gels and [ii] nature of malignant cells with regard to nuclear dysplasia and mitotic potential in breast carcinomas. The synthetic copolymer gels composed of any two or three monomers among 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone (N-VP), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and benzyl methacrylate (BMA). The ECR measurement was performed by using an off-resonance saturation pulse under conventional field-echo imaging at frequency within +/- 75 ppm apart from the water resonance frequency. The ECR values were readily to determine and non-time consuming parameter for cross relaxation rate. The ECR values at the frequency offset by 7-ppm (ECR-7) were divided the sample gels two classes, which must correspond to hydrophilic or hydrophobic ones.The sensitivity in the gels was nearly equivalent to the cross-relaxation rate itself. In the breast carcinomas, the ECR-7 correlates with the nature of malignant cells with regard to nuclear dysplasia and mitotic potential. The ECR-7 is better or more accurate than the STR-7 because the SDNRs between carcinoma and glandular tissue increased by approximately 50% on the ECR-7 compared with the STR-7. Thus the ECR values could be a new parameter for malignancy and cell proliferative activity of the breast carcinomas with non-invasive modalities by magnetic resonance imaging.  相似文献

Recently, degradation of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) with low biodegradability in the environment and in industrial and municipal wastewaters has gained importance. In this study, a dispersed-type sonophotocatalysis (SP) process, which is a combination of sonolysis and photocatalysis with dispersed light sources, has been proposed for the effective and energy-efficient degradation of POPs. In this method, the piezoelectric effect caused by ultrasonic resonance in a piezoelectric element is used for producing luminescence in a LED. A luminescent device composed of eight UV-LEDs and a piezoelectric element was designed for dispersion of UV light in water; this device was confirmed to show luminescence under ultrasonic irradiation. Sonophotocatalytic degradation experiments were carried out using several such devices, and the results were compared with those obtained in sonolysis, photocatalysis, and fixed-type SP. The comparison showed that the degradation rate constants in fixed-type and dispersed-type SP were larger than the sum of the rate constants obtained for sonolysis and photocatalysis; further, the synergetic effect caused by the combination of sonolysis and photocatalysis was 7.5% and 18% in fixed-type and dispersed-type SP, respectively.  相似文献
