Mesoporous CeO2 and yttrium doped CeO2 (YDC) were prepared by a sol–gel process and characterized by a variety of techniques. XRD patterns showed that the undoped and doped samples had a cubic fluorite structure. The grain size decreased from 24.8 to 6.1 nm at 500 °C for pure CeO2 and YDC, respectively. N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms showed that the samples possessed typical mesopore characteristics. The BET specific surface area of the samples increased from 23.04 to 151.49 m2/g for 300 °C calcination after mesoporous CeO2 was doped with Y. It is found that the introduction of Y can inhibit the grain growth, and the presence of the pores also can be related to this obstacle to grain growth. These results are of great significance for the control of porous microstructure, crystallinity, and applications for the development of nanostructured mesoporous materials.  相似文献

A unique in situ multiaxial deformation device has been designed and built specifically for simultaneous synchrotron small angle X‐ray scattering (SAXS) and wide angle X‐ray scattering (WAXS) measurements. SAXS and WAXS patterns of high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) and HDPE/clay nanocomposites were measured in real time during in situ multiaxial deformation at room temperature and at 55 °C. It was observed that the morphological evolution of polyethylene is affected by the existence of clay platelets as well as the deformation temperature and strain rate. Martensitic transformation of orthorhombic into monoclinic crystal phases was observed under strain in HDPE, which is delayed and hindered in the presence of clay nanoplatelets. From the SAXS measurements, it was observed that the thickness of the interlamellar amorphous region increased with increasing strain, which is due to elongation of the amorphous chains. The increase in amorphous layer thickness is slightly higher for the nanocomposites compared to the neat polymer. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part B: Polym Phys, 2011  相似文献

A new Mn(III) complex, [MnCl(H2O)(L)]·H2O·C2H5OH, where L = 2,2′-{1,2-phenylenebis[nitrilomethylylidene]}bis(6-methoxyphenolate), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. There is a good agreement between calculated and experimental structural data. The complex is crystallized in orthorhombic with space group Pbca. The Mn1 atom is coordinated with one Schiff base ligand, one water molecule and one chloride anion, forming a six-coordination number. The electronic and fluorescence spectra of the complex were also studied.  相似文献

A series of Zn(II)-Schiff bases I, II and III complexes were synthesized by reaction of o-phenylenediamine with 3-methylsalicylaldehyde, 4-methylsalicylaldehyde and 5-methylsalicylaldehyde. These complexes were characterized using FT-IR, UV-Vis, Diffuse reflectance UV-Vis, elemental analysis and conductivity. Complex III was characterized by XRD single crystal, which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1, with lattice parameters a?=?9.5444(2) Å, b?=?11.9407(2) Å, c?=?21.1732(3) Å, V?=?2390.24(7) Å3, D c ?=?1.408 Mg m?3, Z?=?4, F(000)?=?1050, GOF?=?0.981, R1?=?0.0502, wR2?=?0.1205. Luminescence property of these complexes was investigated in DMF solution and in the solid state. Computational study of the electronic properties of complex III showed good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

The multidimensional phoneme identification model is applied to consonant confusion matrices obtained from 28 postlingually deafened cochlear implant users. This model predicts consonant matrices based on these subjects' ability to discriminate a set of postulated spectral, temporal, and amplitude speech cues as presented to them by their device. The model produced confusion matrices that matched many aspects of individual subjects' consonant matrices, including information transfer for the voicing, manner, and place features, despite individual differences in age at implantation, implant experience, device and stimulation strategy used, as well as overall consonant identification level. The model was able to match the general pattern of errors between consonants, but not the full complexity of all consonant errors made by each individual. The present study represents an important first step in developing a model that can be used to test specific hypotheses about the mechanisms cochlear implant users employ to understand speech.  相似文献

This study proposes an expectation–maximization (EM)-based curve evolution algorithm for segmentation of magnetic resonance brain images. In the proposed algorithm, the evolution curve is constrained not only by a shape-based statistical model but also by a hidden variable model from image observation. The hidden variable model herein is defined by the local voxel labeling, which is unknown and estimated by the expected likelihood function derived from the image data and prior anatomical knowledge. In the M-step, the shapes of the structures are estimated jointly by encoding the hidden variable model and the statistical prior model obtained from the training stage. In the E-step, the expected observation likelihood and the prior distribution of the hidden variables are estimated. In experiments, the proposed automatic segmentation algorithm is applied to multiple gray nuclei structures such as caudate, putamens and thalamus of three-dimensional magnetic resonance imaging in volunteers and patients. As for the robustness and accuracy of the segmentation algorithm, the results of the proposed EM-joint shape-based algorithm outperformed those obtained using the statistical shape model-based techniques in the same framework and a current state-of-the-art region competition level set method.  相似文献
