The dependence of the domain-wall velocity V on the acting magnetic field H is investigated for (Bi,Yb)3(Fe,Ga)5O12 garnet ferrite single-crystal films in the vicinity of the angular momentum compensation point at different temperatures. The films are grown by liquid-phase epitaxy from a supercooled solution melt on Cd3Ga5O12 substrates with the (111) orientation. It is demonstrated that, in these films, the precessional mechanism is not responsible for the motion of domain walls but there arises an internal effective magnetic field that weakens the acting magnetic field. 相似文献

Cosmic strings are theoretically predicted linear structures of a cosmological size. The search for cosmic strings in optical
and radio observations has been an important area of research in recent years. One of the most effective methods of searching
for these objects is the analysis of the anisotropy of cosmic microwave background radiation that could be induced by cosmic
strings. For this purpose, the authors propose a method of signal expansion in modified Haar functions with cyclic translations.
However, for a system of these functions to be used correctly, one needs to prove its orthonormality and completeness, which

The apparent motions of extragalactic ICRF sources are considered. Computer simulation of apparent motions is carried out assuming that they are stochastic and uncorrelated, while the position angle of the velocity for each source has a uniform distribution. We calculate the vector amplitudes of spherical harmonics and show that the corresponding spectrum has the form of “white noise.” In addition, we discuss observational data and calculate their angular spectra. Preliminary conclusions on the origin of the observed multipolar harmonics in the velocity angular spectrum are given. 相似文献

The effect of an in-plane magnetic field on the dependence of the domain-wall velocity on the acting magnetic field is investigated for bismuth-containing garnet ferrite single-crystal films of the composition (Bi,Y,Pr)3(Fe,Ga)5O12 with the (210) orientation. The in-plane magnetic field is applied along the 〈120〉 and 〈001〉 crystallographic axes. The domain-wall velocity is measured in directions perpendicular and parallel to the in-plane magnetic field. 相似文献
