Tin-doped indium oxide In2O3 (indium-tin-oxide) transparent conducting films were fabricated on silicon substrates by a dip coating process. The thermal
analysis of the ITO films was executed by temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) or thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS)
in high vacuum. Gas evolution from the ITO film mainly consisted of water vapor. The total amount of evolved water vapor increased
on increasing the film thickness from approx. 25 to 250 nm and decreased by increasing the preparation temperature from 365
to 600°C and by annealing at the same temperature for extra 10 h. The evolution occurred via two steps; the peak temperatures
for 250 nm thick films were approx. 100-120 and 205-215°C. The 25 nm thick films evolved water vapor at much higher temperatures;
a shoulder at approx. 150-165°C and a peak at approx. 242°C were observed. The evolution temperatures increased by increasing
the preparation and the annealing temperatures except in case of the second peak of the 25 nm thick films. The evolution of
water vapor at high temperature was tentatively attributed to thermal decomposition of indium hydroxide, In(OH)3, formed on the surface of the nm-sized ITO particles.

We present improved measurements of CP-violation parameters in B(0) --> phiK(0), eta(')K(0), KS(0)KS(0)KS(0) decays based on a sample of 535 x 10(6) BB pairs collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB energy-asymmetric e(+)e(-) collider. We obtain sin2phi1(eff)=+0.64+/-0.10(stat)+/-0.04(syst) for B(0) --> eta(')K(0), +0.50+/-0.21(stat)+/-0.06(syst) for B(0) --> phiK(0), and +0.30+/-0.32(stat)+/-0.08(syst) for B(0) --> KS(0)KS(0)KS(0) decays. We have observed CP violation in the B(0) --> eta(')K(0) decay with a significance of 5.6 standard deviations. We also perform an improved measurement of CP asymmetries in B(0) --> J/psiK(0) decays and obtain sin2phi1=+0.642+/-0.031(stat)+/-0.017(syst). 相似文献

K+K+ and K–K– correlations from S+Pb collisions at 200 GeV/c per nucleon and K+K+ correlations from p+Pb collisions at 450 GeV/c per nucleon, are presented as measured by the focusing spectrometer of the NA44 experiment at CERN. Multidimensional fits are performed in order to characterize the kaon-emission volume, which is found to be smaller than the pion-emission volume. 相似文献

A new type of biosensor is described. It is based on the use of a Clark-type oxygen electrode placed in an electromagnetic field. The biomolecules used in this sensor are immobilized on small magnetic beads which are added to the system when needed and removed as required. By varying the strength of the magnetic field, a homogeneous distribution of particles at the electrode tip is achieved. The electrode is used for the determination of glucose with immobilized glucose oxidase as well as cells of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. 相似文献

The tetramer of octaethylporphyrin nickel complex [OEP(Ni)], connected with diacetylene and ethylene linkages, was synthesized. Its structural and electronic properties were studied, proving that two constituents of the diacetylene-group connected OEP(Ni) dimer face to each other in s-cis conformation about the ethylene linkage but not so closely as to induce a transannular π-electronic interaction between them. 相似文献

The emission of pions from relativistic heavy-ion collisions of S+S, S+Ag and S+Pb at 200 GeV/nucleon is characterized using two-particle interferometry. The multiplicity dependence of the pion source parameters near midrapidity is studied. The transversal (R t) and longitudinal (R l) pion source parameters are independent of the initial nuclei in the interaction and increase with increasing multiplicity. This suggests that the freeze-out process is governed mainly by the particle multiplicity. The multiplicity dependence is weaker than that expected from a simple model of a freeze-out at a constant density. 相似文献

Orientational isomers of the octaethylporphyrin-dihexylbithiophene-fullerene derivative (OEP-DHBTh-C60) connected with the diacetylene linkage were synthesized.
