旅游文本大数据以其方便、快捷和低门槛的特点为游客情感计算提供了极大便利,已经成为旅游大数据的主要来源之一。基于大数据理论和情感理论,以文本大数据为数据源,在全面梳理国内外情感计算相关成果的基础上,利用人工智能中的逻辑/算法编程方法、机器学习方法、深度学习方法对旅游文本大数据进行挖掘,探索最佳的基于文本大数据的游客情感计算方法。研究发现:(1)基于情感词典的游客情感计算模型,其核心是构建情感词典和设计情感计算规则,方法简单,容易实现,适用语料范围广。(2)机器学习,用统计学方法抽取文本中的特征项,具有非线性特征,可靠性较线性特征的情感词典方法高。(3)基于深度学习技术的游客情感计算,效果良好,准确率在85%以上。训练多领域的文本语料易于移植,实用性强,且泛化能力好,较适合大数据时代游客情感计算研究。  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations have been performed to investigate the hydration of Li(+), Na(+), K(+), F(-), and Cl(-) inside the carbon nanotubes at temperatures ranging from 298 to 683 K. The structural characteristics of the coordination shells of ions are studied, including the ion-oxygen radial distribution functions, the coordination numbers, and the orientation distributions of the water molecules. Simulation results show that the first coordination shells of the five ions still exist in the nanoscale confinement. Nevertheless, the first coordination shell structures of cations change more significantly than those of anions because of the preferential orientation of the water molecules induced by the carbon nanotube. The first coordination shells of cations are considerably less ordered in the nanotube than in the bulk solution, whereas the change of the first coordination shell structures of the anions is minor. Furthermore, the confinement induces the anomalous behavior of the coordination shells of the ions with temperature. The first coordination shell of K(+) are found to be more ordered as the temperature increases only in the carbon nanotube with the effective diameter of 1.0 nm, implying the enhancement of the ionic hydration with temperature. This is contrary to that in the bulk solution. The coordination shells of the other four ions do not have such behavior in the carbon nanotube with the effective diameter ranging from 0.73 to 1.00 nm. The easier distortion of the coordination shell of K(+) and the match of the shell size and the nanotube size may play roles in this phenomenon. The exchange of water molecules in the first coordination shells of the ions with the solution and the ion diffusion along the axial direction of the nanotube are also investigated. The mobility of the ions and the stability of the coordination shells are greatly affected by the temperature in the nanotube as in the bulk solutions. These results help to understand the biological and chemical processes at the high temperature.  相似文献

A method to determine activity coefficients of electrolytes in mixed solvent is described which makes use of ion-selective electrode(s) (ISE) and in which a concentrated electrolyte solution is continuously added. Activity coefficients for HCl in methanol-water mixtures containing 0, 10, 20, 30, 50, 70, and 90 weight percent methanol at 25, 35 and 45°C were calculated using the Pitzer equation, and the electromotive force (emf) data of the cell: The experimental results agree well with literature values indicating that the proposed method is procise and reliable.  相似文献

A hybrid molecular simulation technique, which combines molecular dynamics and continuum mechanics, was used to study the single-molecule unbinding force of a streptavidin-biotin complex. The hybrid method enables atomistic simulations of unbinding events at the millisecond time scale of atomic force microscopy (AFM) experiments. The logarithmic relationship between the unbinding force of the streptavidin-biotin complex and the loading rate (the product of cantilever spring constant and pulling velocity) in AFM experiments was confirmed by hybrid simulations. The unbinding forces, cantilever and tip positions, locations of energy barriers, and unbinding pathway were analyzed. Hybrid simulation results from this work not only interpret unbinding AFM experiments but also provide detailed molecular information not available in AFM experiments.  相似文献

Using ion-selective electrode(s) (ISE) the activity coefficients of NaCl in the system NaCl–NH4Cl–H2O at 10, 25, and 40°C were measured by a computer-controlled automatic titration system. The ionic strength fractions of NH4Cl were 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8, respectively. It was found that the influence of the NH4+ cation on the Na glass ISE was small enough to be neglected up to 3.0 mol-kg-1. The Pitzer equation was adopted to calculate the activity coefficients of NaCl in this system and compared with the experimental data. Comparison of results indicates that the Pitzer parameters correlated from solubility data are suitable for calculating the activity coefficients for this system within the saturated solutions.  相似文献

NaY zeolite particles with a high surface area of 723 m2/g were synthesized by a hydrothermal method. Adsorption isotherms of pure gases CO2 and N2 on the synthesized NaY particles were measured at temperatures 303, 323, 348, 373, 398, 423, 448 and 473 K and pressures up to 100 kPa. It was found that the adsorption isotherm of CO2 on the synthesized zeolite is higher than that on other porous media reported in the literature. All measured adsorption isotherms of CO2 and N2 were fitted to adsorption models Sips, Toth, and UNILAN in the measured temperature/pressure range and Henry’s law adsorption equilibrium constants were obtained for all three adsorption models. The adsorption isotherms measured in this work suggest that the NaY zeolite may be capable of capturing CO2 from flue gas at high temperatures. In addition, isosteric heats of adsorption were calculated from these adsorption isotherms. It was found that temperature has little effect on N2 adsorption, while it presents marked decrease for CO2 with an increase of adsorbate loading, which suggests heterogeneous interactions between CO2 and the zeolite cavity.  相似文献

We report an effective approach to fabricate nanopatterns of alkylsilane self-assembly monolayers (SAMs) with desirable coverage and feature size by gradient photocatalysis in TiO2 aqueous suspension. Growth and photocatalytic degradation of octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) were combined to fabricate adjustable monolayered nanopatterns on mica sheet in this work. Systematic atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis showed that OTS-SAMs that have similar area coverage with different feature sizes and similar feature size with different area coverages can be fabricated by this approach. Contact angle measurement was applied to confirm the gradually varied nanopatterns contributed to the gradient of UV light illumination. Since this approach is feasible for various organic SAMs and substrates, a versatile method was presented to prepare tunable nanopatterns with desirable area coverage and feature size in many applications, such as molecular and biomolecular recognition, sensor and electrode modification.  相似文献
