In the last decade, catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CVD) has been intensively explored for the growth of single-layer graphene (SLG). Despite the scattering of guidelines and procedures, variables such as the surface texture/chemistry of catalyst metal foils, carbon feedstock, and growth process parameters have been well-scrutinized. Still, questions remain on how best to standardize the growth procedure. The possible correlation of procedures between different CVD setups is an example. Here, two thermal CVD reactors were explored to grow graphene on Cu foil. The design of these setups was entirely distinct, one being a “showerhead” cold-wall type, whereas the other represented the popular “tubular” hot-wall type. Upon standardizing the Cu foil surface, it was possible to develop a procedure for cm2-scale SLG growth that differed only by the carrier gas flow rate used in the two reactors.  相似文献

Flaky graphene oxide (GO) nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized using Hummer’s method and then capped with polyethylene glycol (PEG) by an esterification reaction, then loaded with Nigella sativa (N. sativa) seed extract. Aiming to investigate their potential use as a smart drug delivery system against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, the spectral and structural characteristics of GO-PEG NPs were comprehensively analyzed by XRD, AFM, TEM, FTIR, and UV- Vis. XRD patterns revealed that GO-PEG had different crystalline structures and defects, as well as a higher interlayer spacing. AFM results showed GONPs with the main grain size of 24.41 nm, while GONPs–PEG revealed graphene oxide aggregation with the main grain size of 287.04 nm after loading N. sativa seed extract, which was verified by TEM examination. A strong OH bond appeared in FTIR spectra. Furthermore, UV- Vis absorbance peaks at (275, 284, 324, and 327) nm seemed to be correlated with GONPs, GO–PEG, N. sativa seed extract, and GO –PEG- N. sativa extract. The drug delivery system was observed to destroy the bacteria by permeating the bacterial nucleic acid and cytoplasmic membrane, resulting in the loss of cell wall integrity, nucleic acid damage, and increased cell-wall permeability.  相似文献

We construct a confined Langevin type process aimed to satisfy a mean no-permeability condition at the boundary. This Langevin process lies in the class of conditional McKean Lagrangian stochastic models studied by Bossy, Jabir and Talay (2010) [5]. The confined process considered here is a first construction of solutions to the class of Lagrangian stochastic equations with boundary condition issued by the so-called PDF methods for Computational Fluid Dynamics. We prove the well-posedness of the confined system when the state space of the Langevin process is a half-space.  相似文献

We consider an incompressible kinetic Fokker Planck equation in the flat torus, which is a simplified version of the Lagrangian stochastic models for turbulent flows introduced by S.B. Pope in the context of computational fluid dynamics. The main difficulties in its treatment arise from a pressure type force that couples the Fokker Planck equation with a Poisson equation which strongly depends on the second order moments of the fluid velocity. In this paper we prove short time existence of analytic solutions in the one-dimensional case, for which we are able to use techniques and functional norms that have been recently introduced in the study of a related singular model.  相似文献

This study investigates the wear, surface roughness, and temperature buildup (TBU) of styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), natural rubber (NR), and nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) while sliding over abrasives of different sizes with the variation of normal load. Rubber properties such as tensile strength (s) and elongation at break (e) were considered as input parameters. Individual, as well as interacting effects of different parameters, were analyzed in‐depth by using statistical methods. Overall wear of rubber depends not only on the tribological system but also on mechanical properties that contribute different wear mechanisms in addition to abrasion. The abrasive particle size and 1/(se) are the first and second most significant contributing factors, respectively, to all output parameters except the wear rate where the second contributing factor is the applied load and abrasive size is the highest contributor. Larger abrasive particles deepen ploughing marks, which is enhanced by the higher load, and lead to higher surface roughness. The effect of load on TBU is negligible because of the soft nature of the rubber material.  相似文献

An unprecedented, Brookhart's acid-catalyzed temperature-switchable regioselective divergent approach for N-alkylation of arylamines and heterocyclic amines by utilising cyclopropylcarbinols is presented herein. The reaction offers N-alkylated cyclopropyl derivatives and homoallyl amines by employing 2.5 mol% catalyst loading at different temperatures in excellent regioselectivity and yields. This method has shown to be relevant with a wide range of cyclopropylcarbinols, including aliphatic ones. Several control experiments and spectroscopic studies have been performed to gain insight into the reaction mechanism. Further, the synthetic utility of the protocol has also been described.  相似文献

In this note, we consider the construction of a one-dimensional stable Langevin type process confined in the upper half-plane and submitted to diffusive-reflective boundary conditions whenever the particle position hits 0. We show that two main different regimes appear according to the values of the chosen parameters. We then use this study to construct the law of a (free) stable Langevin process conditioned to stay positive, thus extending earlier works on integrated Brownian motion. This construction further allows to obtain the exact asymptotics of the persistence probability of the integrated stable Lévy process. In addition, the paper is concluded by solving the associated trace problem in the symmetric case.  相似文献

This paper is motivated by a new class of SDEs?CPDEs systems, the so called Lagrangian stochastic models which are commonly used in the simulation of turbulent flows. We study a position?Cvelocity system which is nonlinear in the sense of McKean. As the dynamics of the velocity depends on the conditional expectation with respect to its position, the interaction kernel is singular. We prove existence and uniqueness of the solution to the system by solving a nonlinear martingale problem and showing that the corresponding interacting particle system propagates chaos.  相似文献

New VO (II)‐thaizolyl hydrazine complexes were synthesized and characterized by analytical, spectral and theoretical techniques. Bi‐nuclear complexes were suggested for all synthesizes upon neutral poly‐dentate mode of bonding. UV–Vis and EPR spectra, proposed two structural geometries as, square‐planer and octahedral. TGA confirmed the contribution of solvent molecules through physical and/or coordinate‐bonding. XRD parameters calculated, displayed outstanding nanometer‐sizes for all nano‐crystalline compounds, which suffering slight imperfections. Also, SEM images showed, spherical‐shape that observed for most topographic particulates. Conformational study executed for all new synthesizes, demonstrated their optimized structural‐forms. Furthermore, important physical parameters were computed that predict essential characteristics as, biological efficiency. Predictable parameters as softness and electrophilicity, point to priority of VO (II)‐4d complex. Genotoxic study, was already examined, for all new synthesizes, against CT‐DNA and displayed complete deterioration for DNA, by influence of most tested compounds. Moreover, MOE‐docking technique, was executed against receptors of Y‐family DNA‐polymerase (4irk) and Key‐Enzyme Linking‐Metabolic Inflammation (4cyf). This docking study displayed the following ascending order; VO (II)‐4c,4irk ? VO (II)‐4d,4cyf ? VO (II)‐4c, 4cyf ? VO (II)‐4b, 4cyf, based on scoring‐energy values. This study concluded with promising prediction of these complexes in relation to DNA‐polymerase as well as inflammation enzyme that compared with known anti‐inflammatory drug (meloxicam).  相似文献
