Results for an inhomogeneously broadened60CoFe NMRON sample have been obtained for gamma detected single pulse (nutation) and two pulse (free induction decay) experiments in the region of intermediate-to-lowR(=1/). Here 1 is the angular frequency measure of the strength of the ferromagnetically enhanced RF field at the nucleus and is the HWHM of the inhomogeneously broadened line. Comparisons of the oscillatory FID signals obtained are made with the theoretical predictions of the following paper [6]. 相似文献

We apply an operator splitting method to develop a simulation algorithm that has complete analytical solutions for the Gaussian thermostated SLLOD equations of motion [D. J. Evans and G. P. Morriss, Phys. Rev. A 30, 1528 (1984)] for a system under shear. This leads to a homogeneous algorithm for performing both equilibrium and nonequilibrium isokinetic molecular dynamics simulation. The resulting algorithm is computationally efficient. In particular, larger integration time steps can be used compared to simulations with regular Gaussian thermostated SLLOD equations of motion. The utility and accuracy of the algorithm are demonstrated through application to the Weeks-Chandler-Anderson fluid. Although strict conservation of the kinetic energy suppresses thermal fluctuations in the system, this algorithm does not allow simulations at lower shear rates than those normally afforded by older nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulations. 相似文献

The influence of the skin effect on single and triple (spin echo) gamma detected pulsed NMRON signals is calculated using
a density matrix approach within a pure Zeeman manifold. For single pulse NMRON the turn angle dependences of the signals
for uniform and exponential profiles of the resonant nuclei are presented for a typical inhomogeneous broadening applicable
to intermediate mass impurities in ferromagnetic hosts. For triple pulse NMRON the baseline and principal spin echo amplitudes
for equal resonant rf pulses are presented for the same inhomogeneous broadening. It is found that the skin effect leads to
the form of pulsed NMRON signals that are in accord with experiment. 相似文献

A new, vectorial approach to fast correlation attacks on binary memoryless combiners is proposed. Instead of individual input sequences or their linear combinations, the new attack is targeting subsets of input sequences as a whole thus exploiting the full correlation between the chosen subset and the output sequence. In particular, the set of all the input sequences can be chosen as the target. The attack is based on a novel iterative probabilistic algorithm which is also applicable to general memoryless combiners over finite fields or finite rings. In systems that satisfy the Conjugate Pairing Rule (CPR), the spectrum of Lyapunov exponents is symmetric. The sum of each conjugate pair of exponents is identical. Since in dissipative systems the sum of all the exponents is the entropy production divided by Boltzmann's constant, the calculation of transport coefficients from the Lyapunov exponents is greatly simplified in systems that satisfy CPR. Sufficient conditions for CPR are well known: the underlying adiabatic dynamics should be symplectic. However, the necessary conditions for CPR are not known. In this paper we report on the results of computer simulations which shed light on the necessary conditions for the CPR to hold. We provide, for the first time, convincing evidence that the standard molecular dynamics algorithm for calculating shear viscosity violates the CPR, even in the thermodynamic limit. In spite of this it appears that the sum of the maximal exponents is equal to the entropy production per degree of freedom. Thus it appears that the shear viscosity can still be calculated using the standard viscosity algorithm by summing the maximal pair of exponents.(c) 1998 American Institute of Physics. 相似文献

Fusion cross-sections for the 7Li + 12C reaction have been measured at energies above the Coulomb barrier by the direct detection of evaporation residues. The heavy
evaporation residues with energies below 3 MeV could not be separated out from the α-particles in the spectrum and hence their
contribution was estimated using statistical model calculations. The present work indicates that suppression of fusion cross-sections
due to the breakup of 7Li may not be significant for 7Li + 12C reaction at energies around the barrier. 相似文献
