In the pursuit to enlarge the library of polyimide materials for energy applications, new polyimide/MWCNTs composite films have been developed by MWCNTs-assisted polycondensation reaction of a hydroxyl and triphenylmethane-containing diamine with benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride targeting to highlight their electrical storage capability as flexible electrodes in micro-supercapacitors (mSCs). The Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, proton nuclear magnetic resonance, UV–vis, fluorescence, and Raman spectroscopies were used to demonstrate the evolution of interfacial interactions between MWCNTs and the precursors (diamine monomer and intermediate polyamidic acid) and polyimide matrix that proved to be the origin of MWCNTs homogeneous dispersion. Thus, composite films incorporating 1, 3, 5, and 10 w.t.% MWCNTs were obtained and thoroughly investigated with regard to their morphology, mechanical behavior, thermal stability, and electrical conductivity. The electrochemical performance of these composites was first analyzed in a classical three-electrode cell by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge in both aqueous and organic electrolyte systems. By far, the best electrical storage capacity was obtained with the composite polyimide film containing 10% MWCNTs that was further used as both active material and current collector in a flexible symmetric mSC realized by a straightforward and low-cost procedure. In the attempt to better exploit the advantages of this composite film, it was layered with a graphite-containing paint and tested as an electrode in a flexible mSC, which provided satisfactory results. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the electrical charge storage capability of a polyimide/MWCNTs free-standing film as a flexible electrode in mSCs, which do not require time- and resource-consuming processing steps.  相似文献

Some results concerning the magnetic, electrical and microstructural properties of multilayer [FeCoBN/Si3N4n films in view of their utilization for manufacturing thin film magnetic inductors are presented. A comparison between the magnetic, electrical and structural properties of FeCoBN and [FeCoBN/Si3N4n thin films is also reported. The [FeCoBN/Si3N4n thin films with the thickness of the FeCoBN layers varied from 10 to 30 nm, exhibit good soft magnetic characteristics and high values for electrical resistivity such as Ms of 172–185 A m2/kg, Hc of 318–1433 A/m and ρ of 82–48×10−7 Ω m, respectively. These physical properties of the samples are discussed in relation with the microstructure of the multilayer system.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition in non-isothermal conditions of formates, acetates, propionates and butyrates of Mn, Co, Zn, Cd, Eu, Sm and Ni was studied. The observed compensation effect allows us to calculate the isokinetic temperature. A selective activation mechanism was suggested. This leads to a good agreement between kinetic and spectroscopic data. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Experiments in which mass-selected gold clusters were deposited on a surface have found that the catalytic properties depend strongly on cluster size. However, these experiments have not established definitively that the clusters maintain their size after deposition. We report here work in which we deposit low kinetic energy, mass-selected Aun+ (n = 1-8) clusters on a rutile TiO2(1 x 1) surface and use ultrahigh vacuum scanning tunneling microscopy (UHV-STM) to determine their size and shape.  相似文献

Due to the fact that in a system undergoing spinodal decomposition the long wavelength fluctuations are enhanced, we expect that multiple events can be observed when the passage of light through the sample is measured. We study here the intensity of double scattering for both polarized and depolarized measurements, as a function of time and angle of detection. The time dependence is nonexponential and the dependence on the scattering wave vector is less pronounced than in the case of single scattering. For systems with spherical molecules it is possible to separate double and single scattering contributions if both polarized and depolarized measurements are made. This increases the amount and quality of information about the dynamics of the spinodal decomposition that can be obtained from light scattering experiments.  相似文献

A method for the determination of trace levels of triazines and organophosphorus pesticides in water is presented. The extraction method is based on a solid-phase extraction on C-18 bound silica SPE cartridges. A precolumn filled with Merck C-18 bound silica and home-made C-18 bound silica have been tested at a flow-rate of 3 ml/min with comparable preconcentration yields. A SIM-MS method using a 15N labelled internal standard has been developed for the organophosphorus pesticides. Detection limits lower than 1 g/L have been obtained. Separations have been carried out on a conventional GC column OV 17 (1 m) and a capillary column OV 17 (25 m) with a temperature program from 150° C (2 min) to 300° C (rate of 6° C/min).  相似文献

Summary In order to obtain catalysts, the thermal decomposition of the precursors is a compulsory step. However, kinetic analysis of the decomposition data obtained under non-isothermal conditions lead very seldom to the intimate reaction mechanism. There is also a lack of information because in non-isothermal kinetics, the compensation effect, is rather a rule and unfortunately a source of debate. In order to discriminate between these processes, and the influence of conversion, respectively temperature on the reaction rate, the NPK (non-parametric kinetic - Sempere and Nomen) method was used. This method is based on the singular value decomposition algorithm (SVD) applied on the matrix of reaction rate at corresponding conversion and temperature. This method allows a less speculative determination of the conversion functions and of the kinetic parameters.  相似文献

The influence of molecular symmetry on reaction rates is examined with an approach in which reactions are viewed as electronic transitions between states of reacants and products (described, in turn by quasiadiabatic potential surface). The moleculer Hamiltonian is used to derive selection rules for these transitions. The complete Hamilatonian has no useful symmetery. Neglect of non-Born-Oppenheimer and spin-orbit terms (and of other angular momentum coupling terms) leads to an apporixmate Hamiltonian and to selection rules which from the basis of the Woodward-Hoffmann rules. This apporch provides an alternative to the adiabatic potantial surfaces, reaction coordinates, and transition state theory used in more familiar discussions of the Woodward-Hoffmann rules. Further, it provides a particulary clear method for discussing violations of these symmetry rules, and for differentiating concerted and nonconcerted reactions.  相似文献

We use molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the structure of the hydrated Na-Nafion membranes. The membrane is "prepared" by starting with the Nafion chains placed on a cylinder having the water inside it. Minimizing the energy of the system leads to a filamentary hydrophilic domain whose structure depends on the degree of hydration. At 5 wt % water the system does not have enough water molecules to solvate all the ions that could be formed by the dissociation of the -SO3Na groups. As a result, the -SO3Na groups aggregate with the water to form very small droplets that do not join into a continuous phase. The size of the droplets is between 5 and 8 A. As the amount of water present in the membrane is increased, the membrane swells, and SO3Na has an increasing tendency to dissociate into ions. Furthermore, a transition to a percolating hydrophilic network is observed. In the percolating structure, the water forms irregular curvilinear channels branching in all directions. The typical dimension of the cross section of these channels is about 10-20 A. Calculated neutron scattering from the simulated system is in qualitative agreement with experiment. In all simulations, the pendant sulfonated perfluorovinyl side chains of the Nafion hug the walls of the hydrophilic channel, while the sulfonate groups point toward the center of the hydrophilic phase. The expulsion of the side chains from the hydrophilic domain is favored because it allows better interaction between the water molecules. We have also examined the probability of finding water molecules around the Na+ and the -SO3(-) ions as well as the probability of finding other water molecules next to a given water molecule. These probabilities are much broader than those found in bulk water or for one ion in bulk water (calculated with the potentials used in the present simulation). This is due to the highly inhomogeneous nature of the material contained in the small hydrophilic pores.  相似文献
