A series of vinylimidazoles containing a hetero atom such as sulfur or oxygen at a beta-position of the vinyl group was prepared and the antifungal activities were tested. It was found that sulfur-substituted derivatives such as (E)-1-[2-(methylthio)-1-[2-(pentyloxy)phenyl]ethenyl]-1H-imidazole (5a-5) and (E)-1-[1-[2-(hexyloxy)phenyl]-2-(methylthio)ethenyl]-1H-imidazole (5a-6) showed excellent antifungal activities against dermatophytes and yeast cells. The stereochemistry of the hydrochloride salt of 5a-5 was determined by X-ray crystallography. The structure-activity relationships were discussed.  相似文献

The phase transitions of Ba2-xSrxIn2O5 were investigated with various thermal analyses and high-temperature X-ray diffraction. It was clarified that crystal structure of Ba2-xSrxIn2O5 with x=0.0~0.4 varies from brownmillerite through distorted perovskite to another distorted perovskite with increase of temperature. The phase transition from brownmillerite to distorted perovskite was revealed to be first order, whereas transition from distorted perovskite to another one was second order. The specimen with x≥0.5 showed only one first order phase transition from brownmillerite to distorted perovskite. The phase diagram of Ba2-xSrxIn2O5 was established and existence of tricritical point at ~1100°C with x=0.4~0.5 was suggested. L-Ribose was synthesized by a simple four-step method with overall yield of 76.3% from a protected L-arabinose derivative, which is a compatible intermediate for the synthesis of L-deoxyribose. The key step of this strategy is the Swern oxidation and subsequent stereoselective reduction accompanied by inversion of the 2-hydroxy group of protected L-arabinose.  相似文献

A hydrostatic pressure of up to 750 MPa induced discontinuous changes in the enantiomeric excess of the (E)-isomer obtained in the enantio-differentiating photoisomerization of (Z)-cyclooctene and (Z,Z)-cycloocta-1,5-diene, sensitized by chiral benzene-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylates; indicating a switching of the enantio-differentiation mechanism, which is attributable to dramatic conformational changes of chiral alkoxycarbonyl auxiliaries at a specific pressure.  相似文献

Intense photostimulated luminescence (PSL) with a peak at 420 nm is observed in ultraviolet (UV) Iight-irradiated europium-doped potassium chloride (KCl: Eu) crystalline phosphors. The PSL characteristics of UV-irradiated KCl: Eu phosphor for optical memory application were studied. The excitation and emission mechanisms of the 420 nm PSL, which are consistent with the results obtained, are discussed.  相似文献

Cotton cellulose subjected to a dilute aqueous formic acid solution, at acid concentrations up to 1% (w/w), under hydrothermal conditions in a semi-batch reactor was converted into glucose and oligomers with lower degrees of polymerizations (DP). After heating at 250 °C for 60 min in 0.1% (w/w) aqueous formic acid solution, yields of glucose and total sugar with DP = 1 to 9 were 36.6 and 83.8% (100 × gC/gC of initial cotton sample), respectively, and 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was almost as low as 1%. The yields of glucose and oligomers were significantly improved by adding the acid. The reaction was represented by first-order reaction kinetics with regard to (1 ?C x) where x is the conversion based on the total sugar or glucose yield. At 250 °C, the differences in the rate constants (k ? k water) were proportional to the square root of formic acid concentration.  相似文献

In the presence of Ag(I) ions, the C-T and m(5)iC (5-methylisocytosine)-T base pairs showed comparable stability to the C-Ag(I)-C base pair, and the m(5)iC-C base pair was highly stabilized by the synergetic effect of Ag(I) coordination and possible hydrogen bonding.  相似文献
