The Insight-Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope(Insight-HXMT) is a broadband X-ray and γ-ray(1-3000 ke V) astronomy satellite. One of its three main telescopes is the High Energy X-ray telescope(HE). The main detector plane of HE comprises 18 Na I(Tl)/Cs I(Na) phoswich detectors, where Na I(Tl) is used as the primary detector to measure ~ 20-250 ke V photons incident from the field of view(FOV) defined by collimators, and Cs I(Na) is used as the active shielding detector to Na I(Tl) by pulse shape discrimination. Additionally, Cs I(Na) is used as an omnidirectional γ-ray monitor. The HE collimators have a diverse FOV,i.e. 1.1°×5.7°(15 units), 5.7°×5.7°(2 units), and blocked(1 unit). Therefore, the combined FOV of HE is approximately5.7°×5.7°. Each HE detector has a diameter of 190 mm resulting in a total geometrical area of approximately 5100 cm2, and the energy resolution is ~15% at 60 ke V. For each recorded X-ray event by HE, the timing accuracy is less than 10 μs and the deadtime is less than 10 μs. HE is used for observing spectra and temporal variability of X-ray sources in the 20-250 ke V band either by pointing observations for known sources or scanning observations to unveil new sources. Additionally, HE is used for monitoring the γ-ray burst in 0.2-3 Me V band. This paper not only presents the design and performance of HE instruments but also reports results of the on-ground calibration experiments.  相似文献

Microfluidic droplets have emerged as novel platforms for chemical and biological applications. Manipulation of droplets has thus attracted increasing attention. Different from solid particles, deformable droplets cannot be efficiently controlled by inertia-driven approaches. Here, we report a study on the lateral migration of dual droplet trains in a double spiral microchannel at low Reynolds numbers. The dominant driving mechanism is elucidated as wall effect originated from the droplet deformation. Three types of migration modes are observed with varying Reynolds numbers and the size-dependent mode is intensively investigated. We obtain empirical formulas by relating the migration to Reynolds numbers and droplet sizes. The effect of droplet deformability on the migration and the detailed migration behavior along the double spiral channel are discussed. Numerical simulations are also performed and yielded in qualitative agreement with the experiments. This proposed low Re approach based on lateral migration could be a promising alternative to existing inertia-driven approaches especially concerning deformable entities and susceptible bio-particles.  相似文献

It has been reported that organotins can inhibit the proteasomal chymotrypsin-like activity and induce cell death, but the interaction mode of organotins with proteasome has not been well defined. In this study, the IC50 of butyltins and phenyltins against the proteasomal activity and the nature of their inhibition were investigated. It was found that both mono- and di-organotins were weak, reversible inhibitors against the proteasome, while tributyltin and triphenyltin were potent, irreversible proteasome inhibitors. In silico studies using the reversible organotin proteasome inhibitors demonstrated a tight correlation of the estimated proteasomal inhibition constants (Ki) with the experimental IC50 values for proteasome inhibition. Furthermore, the Sn atom in TBT and TPT was found susceptible to form a coordinate bond with Thr 1 Oγ of the β5 subunit, which may account for the irreversible proteasome inhibition. The computational docking approach well predicted the inhibition nature of organotins toward the proteasomal chymotrypsin-like activity. This predictive model might aid in understanding the cytotoxic behavior of similar organometallic compounds.  相似文献

The spectroscopic properties of a new chlorophyll derivate photosensitizer(CDP) are studied under the excitation wavelengths at 800 and 400 nm using femtosecond pulses from a Ti:sapphire laser.The damaging effect of CDP on the BEL-7402 cancer cells is also investigated upon two-photon illumination at 800 nm.The normalized fluorescence spectra of CDP in tetrahydrofuran(THF) show that two-photon and one-photon spectra have the same distributions and the same emission bands(675 nm).The life-times of two-and one-photon induced fluorescence of this molecule are of the order of 5.0 ns.By comparing the data it is shown that there is some difference between the two lifetimes,but the differ-ence is less than one nanosecond.The two-photon absorption cross section of the molecule is also measured at 800 nm and estimated as about σ′2 ≈ 31.5×10-50 cm4·s·photon-1.The results of two-photon photodynamic therapy(TPPDT) tests show that CDP can kill all of the tested cancer cells according to the usual Eosine assessment.Our results indicate that the two-photon-induced photophysical,photo-chemical and photosensitizing processes of CDP may be basically similar to those of one-photon ex-citation.These behaviors of the sample suggest that one may find other possible methods to estimate some photosensitizers' effects in details such as their distribution in cells and the reactive targets of the sub-cellular parts of some tumor cells via two-photon excitation techniques.  相似文献

The highly charged ion 40Ar16+ with the velocity (kinetic energy EK=150 keV, velocity V=8.5×105 m/s) smaller than Bohr velocity (VBohr=2.9×106 m/s) was found to hove impacts on the surfaces of metals Ni, Mo, Au and Al, and the Ar atomic infrared light lines and X-rays spectra were simultaneously measured. Two-proton emissions from the excited states of 17,18Ne, 28P and 28,29S were investigated experimentally by the radioactive beams bombarding on the 197Au target via the Coulomb excitation. Based on the simulative exposure experiments of nitrobenzene to two small experimental fishes, Medaka (Oryzias latipes) and Chinese Rare Minnow (Gobiocypris rarus), it was found that nitrobenzene could decrease in a linear way in the static aquatic system. Both fishes could accumulate dose-related levels of nitrobenzene quickly and eliminate the compound rapidly when they were transferred to clean water. The Chinese rare minnow showed more sensitivity to the acute toxicity exposure of nitrobenzene than Medaka. Typical molecular biomarkers in oxidative defense system including superoxide dismu- tase (SOD), catalase (CAT) showed the chemical induced alterations. The changes of acetylcholi- nesterase (AChE) activities indicated that nitrobenzene might affect the normal neural function. Nitro- benzene exposure could also lead to obvious damaging effects on the target organs, such as gill and liver by hitopathological studies.  相似文献

This paper discusses admissibilities of estimators in a class of linear models,which include the following common models:the univariate and multivariate linear models,the growth curve model,the extended growth curve model,the seemingly unrelated regression equations,the variance components model,and so on.It is proved that admissible estimators of functions of the regression coefficient β in the class of linear models with multivariate t error terms,called as Model II,are also ones in the case that error terms have multivariate normal distribution under a strictly convex loss function or a matrix loss function.It is also proved under Model II that the usual estimators of β are admissible for p 2 with a quadratic loss function,and are admissible for any p with a matrix loss function,where p is the dimension of β.  相似文献
