We describe a nonadiabatic electron gun operated in the mode of a currentconfined by spatial charge and intended for producing helical electron beams for high-power gyroresonantdevices.Results of numerical simulation of electron trajectories and electron-beam parameters arepresented. The weakly pinned single crystals of the hexagonal 2H-NbSe2 compound have emerged as prototypes for determining and characterizing the phase boundaries of the possible order-disorder transformations in the vortex matter. We present here a status report based on the ac and dc magnetization measurements of the peak effect phenomenon in three crystals of 2H-NbSe2, in which the critical current densities vary over two orders of magnitude. We sketch the generic vortex phase diagram of a weakly pinned superconductor, which also utilizes theoretical proposals. We also establish the connection between the metastability effects and pinning.  相似文献

The fabrication and application of an end-column amperometric detection (AD) system with a carbon electrode for capillary-column liquid chromatography (CLC) were described. This new amperometric detector showed good sensitivity and stability in detecting the thiocompounds and other analytes with CLC. In order to obtain the better separation and detection performance for analytes, several operational parameters had been investigated: the working potentials, pH and flow rate. Under the optimum conditions, the method could effectively separate and determine cysteine (Cys), glutathione (GSH), dopamine (DA) and 6-thiopurine (6-TP). Good repeatability for retention time was obtained with a relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) value of 0.5%. The linear range covered over three orders of magnitude and the limits of detection were 8 fmol for cysteine, 20 fmol for glutathione, 8 fmol for dopamine and 20 fmol for 6-thiopurine. This method was successfully applied in determination of urinary sample with characteristics of simplicity, high sensitivity and good repeatability.  相似文献

Thermal reactions of proton-bound dimers, (CH3CN)2H +, (CH3OCH3)2H +, and (CH3COCH3)2H+, were studied using a selected ion flow tube. Reactions observed include association, switching, and proton transfer. The association channel was observed only for base molecules that had hydrogen bonding protons such as NH3, CH3NH2, (CH3)2NH, and CH3OH. An association-insertion mechaniSoc was proposed in which the central proton of the symmetrically bound dimers is replaced by a protonated base, for example, NH 4 + . These reactions are relatively slow, which demonstrates a central barrier along the potential energy surface. Ether-containing dimers do not demonstrate this insertion reaction, except for diethers, for example, CH3OCH2CH2OCH3, which can form stable bicyclic structures. Dimers such as (HCOOH)2H+, which possess hydrogen bonding protons in the periphery, undergo switching reactions with ammonia and no insertion.  相似文献

The complexation of 13- and 16-memberedazo- and azoxycrowns with metal cations of similarionic diameter (Na+ and Ca2+; and K+,Ba2+, Ag+ and Pb2+) was studied byuv/visible spectroscopic titration in acetonitrile andMeOH. In MeOH the 13-membered azo- and azoxycrowns 1 and 2 are weakly and non-selectively bound tohard cations of similar ionic diameter, but differentcharge (Na+ and Ca2+). At the same time thebinding to the soft cation Ag+ of larger sizethan the macrocycle cavity is considerably stronger.In contrast to solutions in acetonitrile no bindingwith the small Li+ cation was found.The 16-membered azocrowns 3 and 4 alsodiscriminate silver cation in MeOH withlog K = 3.65 ± 0.1 for both compounds.Unexpectedly low bindingwith the hard barium divalent cation of similar size(log K = 1.55 ± 0.4 and 1.95 ± 0.2, respectively)was found for these compounds. Similarly to13-membered compounds no binding with the smallLi+ cation was detected. A reverse order ofselectivity was observed for these crowns inacetonitrile with binding constant for association of3 with Ba2+ (log K 5.3) considerablyhigher than for other cations. The previously observedstrong binding with the smaller Li+ and Na+cations is confirmed.  相似文献

The purpose of this work was to compare diagnostic accuracy of Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI), dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE MRI) and their combination in diagnosing prostate cancer. Twenty-five patients with clinical suspicion of prostate cancer underwent MRI, prior to transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsies. MRI data were correlated to biopsy results. Logistic regression models were constructed for the DTI parameters, DCE MRI parameters, and their combination. The areas under the receiver operator characteristic curves (AUC) were compared between the models. The nonparametric Wilcoxon signed rank test was used for statistical analysis. The sensitivity and specificity values were respectively 81% (74–87%) and 85% (79–90%) for DTI and 63% (55–70%) and 90% (85–94%) for DCE. The combination “DTI or DCE MRI” had 100% (97–100%) sensitivity and 77% (69–83%) specificity, while “DTI and DCE MRI” had 44% (37–52%) sensitivity and 98% (94–100%) specificity. The AUC for DTI+DCE parameters was significantly higher than that for either DTI (0.96 vs. 0.92, P=.0143) or DCE MRI parameters (0.96 vs. 0.87, P=.00187) alone. In conclusion, the combination of DTI and DCE MRI has significantly better accuracy in prostate cancer diagnosis than either technique alone.  相似文献

The modeling of the elastic properties of disordered or nanoscale solids requires the foundations of the theory of elasticity to be revisited, as one explores scales at which this theory may no longer hold. The only cases for which microscopically based derivations of elasticity are documented are (nearly) uniformly strained lattices. A microscopic approach to elasticity is proposed. As a first step, microscopically exact expressions for the displacement, strain and stress fields are derived. Conditions under which linear elastic constitutive relations hold are studied theoretically and numerically. It turns out that standard continuum elasticity is not self-evident, and applies only above certain spatial scales, which depend on details of the considered system and boundary conditions.
