Reaction of methyl bromopropiolate with diamines as a method of synthesis of imidazolidine derivatives

Derivatives of l-H-aziridine-2-carboxylic acid

The reaction of 1,1-dimethylhydrazine with acrylic acid derivatives gave a number of 1,1-dimethyl-2-(2-substituted ethyl)hydrazines, which were quaternized by alkylating agents. The transformations of 1,1,1-trimethyl-2-(2-substituted ethyl)hydrazinium salts in the presence of sodium methoxide were investigated. 2-Cyano-, 2-carbomethoxy-, 2-carbethoxy-, and 2-carbodiethylamidoaziridines and a number of products of decomposition of the starting salts were obtained.     

Reaction of 3,4-diaminofurazan with β-keto esters

The reaction of some linear and cyclic -keto esters with 3,4-diaminofurazan was investigated. Products of condensation at the keto group and the corresponding furazanodiazepinones were isolated and characterized. Reactions of azirines with sulfur nucleophiles. 2. Reactions of 2H-azirine with β,γ-dihydroxy thiols and β-dithiols. a new route to the synthesis of cyclic sulfides

The reaction of 2H-azirine with a number of dihydroxy thiols and dithiols leads to aziridin-2-yl alkyl sulfides. Matrices with Heterogeneous Distribution of the Binding Sites for Immobilization of Biomacromolecules

The coupling of photosensitive reagents has been carried out with the goal of obtaining the predetermined distribution of binding sites either for “surface” or “spacial” immobilization of biomacromolecules. The correlation holds between light intensity and the number of readant groups emerged in a matrix.     

Synthesis,structure, and transformations of 1-aza-3-oxa-7-thiabicyclo[3.4.0]nonan-2-one

1-Aza-3-oxa-7-thiabicyclo[3.4.0]nonan-2-one was obtained by reduction of 3,4-dimethoxycarbonyltetrahydro-1,4-thiazine. The reduction of this product with lithium aluminum hydride led to 3-hydroxymethyl-4-methyltetrahydro-1,4-thiazine. The molecular and crystal structures of 1-aza-3-oxa-7-thiabicyclo[3.4.0]nonan-2-one were investigated by x-ray diffraction analysis.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 9, pp. 1280–1285, September, 1986.     

Chemistry of ethyleneimine

Products of addition to both primary and secondary amino groups were obtained by reaction of 2-aminomethylethyleneimine with some acrylic acid derivatives.
