模糊神经网络在复合地基沉降量预测中的应用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
复合地基后期沉降变形对于建筑物设计及安全具有重要意义,针对通过长期沉降观测以得到复合地基的最终沉降需要耗费较多资源的问题,提出了一种基于模糊神经网络的预测方法.该方法考虑沉降变化过程有较大的随机性和模糊性,直接将样本数据进行模糊化,所得的模糊数代表了样本点集与控制点集中各分量之间的相关度,并依此建立模糊BP神经网络进行学习和估算.实验结果表明了该方法对沉降进行预测是可行与有效的,且在相对误差的有效控制方面优于BP网络方法与灰色方法. 相似文献

Heparanase (HPA) is a critical enzyme involved in the remodeling of the extracellular matrix (ECM), and its elevated expression has been linked with diseases such as various types of cancer and inflammation. The detection of heparanase enzymatic activity holds tremendous value in the study of the cellular microenvironment, and search of molecular therapeutics targeting heparanase, however, no structurally defined probes are available for the detection of heparanase activity. Here we present the development of the first ultrasensitive fluorogenic small-molecule probe for heparanase enzymatic activity via tuning the electronic effect of the substrate. The probe exhibits a 756-fold fluorescence turn-on response in the presence of human heparanase, allowing one-step detection of heparanase activity in real-time with a picomolar detection limit. The high sensitivity and robustness of the probe are exemplified in a high-throughput screening assay for heparanase inhibitors.Heparanase, a critical enzyme involved in the remodeling of the extracellular matrix, activates a disaccharide probe HADP to give a strong fluorescence signal. 相似文献

Spider silk is one of the hottest biomaterials researched currently, due to its excellent mechanical properties. This work reports a novel humidity sensing platform based on a spider silk-modified quartz tuning fork (SSM-QTF). Since spider silk is a kind of natural moisture-sensitive material, it does not demand additional sensitization. Quartz-enhanced conductance spectroscopy (QECS) was combined with the SSM-QTF to access humidity sensing sensitively. The results indicate that the resonance frequency of the SSM-QTF decreased monotonously with the ambient humidity. The detection sensitivity of the proposed SSM-QTF sensor was 12.7 ppm at 1 min. The SSM-QTF sensor showed good linearity of ~0.99. Using this sensor, we successfully measured the humidity of disposable medical masks for different periods of wearing time. The results showed that even a 20 min wearing time can lead to a >70% humidity in the mask enclosed space. It is suggested that a disposable medical mask should be changed <2 h. 相似文献

针对深水固井作业过程中水泥水化放热较大,易致使环空地层天然气水合物分解的技术难题,本文以石蜡为芯材,碳酸钡为壁材,制备了一种油井用相变微胶囊。首先,利用FT-IR、DSC、TGA与SEM对相变微胶囊的化学组成、热性能与微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明:相变微胶囊的封装效率为67.40%,具有较高的封装效率和良好的潜热储存能力。其次,对粒径分布与润湿性能进行了测试。结果表明:微胶囊颗粒平均粒径为4.946 μm,小于水泥颗粒粒径17.201 μm,可较好的镶嵌在水泥石中,并充填于水泥水化产物之间,减小对水泥石力学性能的负面影响;微胶囊与水的静态接触角为46.8°,具有良好的亲水性能,可应用于水基的水泥浆环境中。最后,将微胶囊应用于水泥浆体系,研究了水泥浆的水化温升和水化热。结果表明:与空白水泥浆相比,加入12%相变微胶囊水泥浆的最高水化温升与水化热(48 h)分别下降了14.56%和43.23%。

H2-SCR is served as the promising technology for the controlling of NOx emission, and the Pd-based derivative catalyst exhibited high NOx reduction performance. Effectively regulating the electronic configuration of the active component is favorable to the rational optimization of noble Pd. In this work, a series of Pr1-xCexMn1-yPdyO3@Ni were successfully synthesized and exhibited superior NO conversion efficiency at low temperatures. 92.7 % conversion efficiency was achieved at 200 °C over Pr0.9Ce0.1Mn0.9Pd0.1O3@Ni in the presence of 4 % O2 with a GHSV of 32000 h−1. Meanwhile, the outstanding performance was obtained in the resistance to SO2 (200 ppm) and H2O (8 %). Deduced from the results of XRD, Raman, XPS, and H2-TPR, the modification of d orbit states in palladium was confirmed originating from the incorporation in the B site of Pr0.9Ce0.1Mn0.9Pd0.1O3. The existence of higher valence (Pd3+ and Pd4+) than the bivalence in Pr0.9Ce0.1Mn0.9Pd0.1O3 catalyst was evidenced by XPS analysis. (NH4)2SiF6 预处理可对 SBA-15 介孔材料的表面缺陷进行补硅修正以及表面疏水化, 从而明显改善 SBA-15 材料的水热稳定性. 结果表明, 用摩尔分数为 5% 的 (NH4)2SiF6 水溶液, 按引入 1% 的 SiO2 计量对 SBA-15 进行处理后, 其水热稳定性明显改善, 在 100 ?C 沸水中处理 14 d, 或在 800 ?C 下用 100% 水蒸气处理 12 h 后, 均保持较好的介观有序度、形貌及六方孔道结构, 比表面积分别高达 310 和 213 m2/g, 但 (NH4)2SiF6 处理量过高, SBA-15 水热稳定性反而下降. 相似文献

Palladium salts can be used as a coprecipitation carrier for the preconcentration of trace elements from natural water prior to their measurement by atomic spectrometry (AAS). The palladium is subsequently reduced by the introduction of hydrogen gas into the sample solution. The procedure is applied to the determination of Cu, Pb and Cd in seawater (enrichment factor 50) and synthetic water samples. Operating conditions have been optimized for the analysis of real samples. With the technique established an enrichment factor (500 fold) is feasible in synthetic samples. The recoveries of Cu, Cd and Pb from seawater are 95, 103 and 100%, respectively. This simple and rapid method can be applied in a wide pH-range and with complex matrices. 相似文献

We report the synthesis of highly flexible and mechanically robust hybrid silica nanowires (NWs) which can be used as novel building blocks to construct superhydrophobic functional materials with three‐dimensional macroporous networks. The hybrid silica NWs, with an average diameter of 80 nm and tunable length of up to 12 μm, are prepared by anisotropic deposition of the hydrolyzed tetraethylorthosilicate in water/n‐pentanol emulsions. A mechanistic investigation reveals that the trimethoxy(octadecyl)silane introduced to the water‐oil interface in the synthesis plays key roles in stabilizing the water droplets to sub‐100 nm and also growing a layer of octadecyl groups on the NW surface. This work opens a solution‐based route for the one‐pot preparation of monodisperse, hydrophobic silica NWs and represents an important step toward the bottom‐up construction of 3D superhydrophobic materials and macroporous membranes. 相似文献
