自旋相关的电子隧穿和自旋极化

研究了电子的自旋相关的隧穿和极化。在外加磁场的作用下，自旋向上的电子与自旋向下的电子具有不同的隧穿系数。当电子的自旋方向与磁场方向相反时，其隧穿概率受到磁场的抑制而变小；反之，当两平行时，电子的了隧穿系数增大。这种差异可以用本中定义的自旋极化率来表示。本对不同磁场下的自旋极化率进行了计算，结果也表明当电子的动能较小，这种自旋极化的效应越显。     

关于两个导体球间的电容问题

本文利用镜像法,计算了两相互接触的带电导体球的电容.接着再用镜像法计算两相距一定距离的具有相同半径的导体球间的电容,且其极限情况与已知结果相同.然后用Matlab对结果进行了数值分析.     

用"建构" 学习的观点进行力学教学

用"建构学习"的观点进行力学教学,对教学知识点进行建构分类.强调两类知识的结合,尤其是第二类知识的运用,强调学生解决问题而不仅仅在于解题,选择合适的问题作为知识获得过程的载体,增强对知识获得过程的体验,使学生的知识水平和能力水平都得到提高.     

Electron self-energy and effective mass in a single heterostructure

In this paper, we investigate the electron self-energy and effective mass in a single heterostructure using Greenfunction method. Numerical calculations of the electron self-energy and effective mass for GaAs/A1As heterostructure are performed. The results show that the self-energy (effective mass) of electrons, which incorporate the energy of electron coupling to interface-optical phonons and half of the three-dimensional longitudinal optical phonons, increase (decrease) monotonically from that of interface polaron to that of the 3D bulk polaron with increasing the distance between the positions of the electron and interface.
