利用演化算符的方法,研究了量子点体系中的电流以及自旋流,该体系中量子点和左右磁性电极耦合并且受到微波作用,且两电极之间有直接隧穿,得到了体系电流的解析表达式.发现对于无直接隧穿和零偏压情况,无论对称结构还是非对称结构,电流和自旋流总为零.对于直接隧穿和零偏压情况,对于两边为非对称结构,微波场辐射在量子点上可以导致自旋流而非零的总电流,给出了平行和反平行磁构型下的结果并进行了讨论;对于两边为对称结构结构,平行磁构型下,量子点上加微波场时自旋流和总电流均为零;在反平行磁构型下,量子点上加微波场可以导致自旋流而 关键词: 微波场 直接隧穿 量子点 泵流  相似文献

We use the transfer matrix method and the Green function technique to theoretically study the quantum tunnelling through a DNA-type molecule. Ferromagnetic electrodes are used to produce the spin-polarized transmission probability and therefore the spin current. The distance-dependent crossover comes from the topological variation from the one-dimensional to the two-dimensional model transform as we switch on the interstrand coupling; a new base pair will present N-1 extrachannels for the charge and spin as N being the total base pairs. This will restrain the decay of the transmission and improve the stability of the quantum transport. The spin and charge transfer through the DNA-type molecule is consistent with the quantum tunneling barrier.  相似文献

We have investigated theoretically the field-driven electron transport through a single-quantum-well semiconductor heterostructure with spin-orbit coupling.The splitting of the asymmetric Fano-type resonance peaks due to the Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling is found to be highly sensitive to the direction of the incident electron.The splitting of the Fano-type resonance induces the spin-polarization dependent electron current.The location and the line shape of the Fano-type resonance can be controlled by adjusting the energy and the direction of the incident electron,the oscillation frequency,and the amplitude of the external field.These interesting features may be used to devise tunable spin filters and realize pure spin transmission currents.  相似文献

We present a scheme for implementing robust quantum gates in decoherence-free subspaces (DFSs) with double-dot spin qubits. Through the resonator-assisted interaction, the controllable interqubit couplings can be achieved only by adjusting the qubit transition frequencies. We construct a set of logic gates on the DFS-encoded qubits to eliminate the collective noise effects, and thus the gate fidelities can be enhanced remarkably. This proposal may offer a potential approach to realize the robust quantum computing with spin qubits.  相似文献

We consider a discrete model that describes a linear chain of particles coupled to an isolated ring composed of N defects. This simple system can be regarded as a generalization of the familiar Fano-Anderson model. It can be used to model discrete networks of coupled defect modes in photonic crystals and simple waveguide arrays in two-dimensional lattices. The analytical result of the transmission coefficient is obtained, along with the conditions for perfect reflections and transmissions due to either destructive or constructive interferences. Using a simple example, we further investigate the relationship between the resonant frequencies and the number of defects N, and study how to affect the numbers of perfect reflections and transmissions. In addition, we demonstrate how these resonance transmissions and refections can be tuned by one nonlinear defect of the network that possesses a nonlinear Kerr-like response.  相似文献

In this paper the quantum transport in a dot-array coupled with an Aharonov–Bohm (AB) ring is investigated via single-band tight-binding Hamiltonian. It is shown that the output spin current is a periodic function of the magnetic flux in the quantum unit Φ0. The resonance positions of the total transmission probability do not depend on the size of the AB ring but the electronic spectrum. Moreover, the persistent currents in the AB ring is also spin-polarization dependent and different from the isolated AB ring where the persistent current is independent of spin polarization.  相似文献
