多值逻辑与多值数字运算的光学实现

提出利用光学符号代换法则实现POST代数和GALOIS代数两种基本的多值逻辑函数,并给出了Max(x,y)运算、Min(x,y)运算以及数字加法和乘法运算的实验结果。     

三个二进制输入双通道输出的光学并行逻辑运算

本文利用一种光学投影系统实现了具有三个二进制输入、双通道输出的光学并行逻辑运算。利用我们的方法可以实现三个二进制输入的所有256种布尔逻辑运算,由于是双通道输出,还可以方便地得到全加器输出结果。最后,本文还提出了一种实现输入图形实时编码的光学系统。     

Highly sensitive room-temperature gas sensors based on hydrothermal synthesis of Cr2O3 hollow nanospheres

This paper reports that Cr₂O₃ hollow nanospheres（HNs） were synthesized via a hydrothermal approach and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,x-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,selective area electron diffraction and high resolution TEM,respectively.In addition,the room-temperature（RT） gas sensing properties of Cr2O3 HNs and conventional powders（CPs） were investigated by means of the surface photovoltage technique.The experimental data demonstrate that the RT gas sensor of the as-fabricated HNs reaches below 5 ppm whereas that of the CPs is about 40 ppm,which results from there being much more adsorbed and desorbed oxygen in HNs than in CPs at RT.The as-prepared Cr₂O₃ HNs could have potential applications as RT nanosensors.     

Ferromagnetism from Co-Doped ZnO Nanocantilevers above Room Temperature

At low temperature （400℃）, chemical vapour deposition （CVD） is employed to make comb-like Co-doped ZnO nanocantilever arrays （NAs）. The magnetization curves of the as-synthesized Co-doped ZnO NAs indicate the existence of above-room-temperature ferromagnetism （ARTFM） （Curie temperature, Tc 〉 300 K） whereas undoped ZnO NAs does not. The corresponding ferromagnetic source mechanism is discussed, in which defects play an important role due to the strong green light emission.     

利用改进的符号数算法和光学符号代换实现矩阵计算

本文提出了一种利用改进的符号数算法和多窗口解码光学符号代换法则实现多值矩阵计算的光学方法。并给出两个多比特改进的符号数矩阵外积计算的实验结果。这一方法具有精度高、速度快等特点。
