Rapid liquid chromatography-ultraviolet determination of organic acids and phenolic compounds in red wine and must 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A reversed-phase liquid chromatography-ultraviolet (LC-UV) method is proposed for the rapid simultaneous analysis of the main carboxylic acids and polyphenols in must and wine. Good resolution was obtained for citric, tartaric, malic, lactic, acetic, caffeic, ellagic and gallic acids, (-)-epicatechin, quercetin and resveratrol. A novel silica-based column containing ether-linked phenyl groups, with polar end-capping and suitable for low-pH aqueous mobile phases was used and found to be superior to others tested. The method employed a mixture of 0.2% TFA in water and acetonitrile as eluents, showed linearity and precision, and was applied to samples of must and wine. 相似文献

6-Thiopurine and its N- or C-alkyl derivatives all form an [M – 1]-ion upon fragmentation. In the 7-alkyl derivatives, this ion represents the major component of the spectrum. We present an analytic solution for the nondegenerate quantum control problem, i.e., the transfer of a deliberate amount of population, 0%-100%, between arbitrary initial Psi(t)> and final Psi'(t)> states, which can be expanded in terms of nondegenerate energy eigenstates k>. We consider two SUSY-breaking hidden sectors which decouple when their respective couplings to the visible particles are switched off. In such a scenario one expects to find two light fermions: the Goldstino and the pseudo-Goldstino. While the former remains massless in the rigid limit, the latter becomes massive due to radiative effects which we analyze from several different points of view. This analysis is greatly facilitated by a version of the Goldberger-Treiman relation, which allows us to write a universal nonperturbative formula for the mass. We carry out the analysis in detail in the context of gauge mediation, where we find that the pseudo-Goldstino mass is at least around the GeV scale and can be easily at the electroweak range, even in low scale models. This leads to interesting and unconventional possibilities in collider physics and it also has potential applications in cosmology. 相似文献

Dynamic states of cancer cells moving under shear flow in an antibody-functionalized microchannel are investigated experimentally and theoretically. The cell motion is analyzed with the aid of a simplified physical model featuring a receptor-coated rigid sphere moving above a solid surface with immobilized ligands. The motion of the sphere is described by the Langevin equation accounting for the hydrodynamic loadings, gravitational force, receptor-ligand bindings, and thermal fluctuations; the receptor-ligand bonds are modeled as linear springs. Depending on the applied shear flow rate, three dynamic states of cell motion have been identified: (i) free motion, (ii) rolling adhesion, and (iii) firm adhesion. Of particular interest is the fraction of captured circulating tumor cells, defined as the capture ratio, via specific receptor-ligand bonds. The cell capture ratio decreases with increasing shear flow rate with a characteristic rate. Based on both experimental and theoretical results, the characteristic flow rate increases monotonically with increasing either cell-receptor or surface-ligand density within certain ranges. Utilizing it as a scaling parameter, flow-rate dependent capture ratios for various cell-surface combinations collapse onto a single curve described by an exponential formula. 相似文献

A novel singular superelement (SSE) formulation has been developed to overcome the loss of accuracy encountered when applying the standard finite element schemes to two-dimensional elliptic problems possessing a singularity on the boundary arising from an abrupt change of boundary conditions or a reentrant corner. The SSE consists of an inner region over which the known analytic form of the solution in the vicinity of the singular point is utilized, and a transition region in which blending functions are used to provide a smooth transition to the usual linear or quadratic isoparametric elements used over the remainder of the domain. Solution of the finite element equations yield directly the coefficients of the asymptotic series, known as the flux/stress intensity factors in linear heat transfer or elasticity theories, respectively. Numerical examples using the SSE for the Laplace equation and for computing the stress intensity factors in the linear theory of elasticity are given, demonstrating that accurate results can be attained for a moderate computational effort. 相似文献

A novel photolithography method to build aligned patterns of two different proteins is presented. Chessboard patterns of 125 microm x 125 microm squares are constructed on a silicon dioxide substrate, using standard photoresist chemistries in combination with low-temperature oxygen plasma etching. Low-melting-point agarose (LMPA) is used to protect underlying protein layers and, at the appropriate stage, the digestive enzyme GELase (EPICENTRE) is used to selectively remove the prophylactic LMPA layers. Two antibodies, mouse-IgG and human-IgG, were immobilized and patterned by this procedure. The patterned antibodies maintained the specificity of their antigen-antibody binding, as demonstrated by fluorescence microscopy. In addition, normalized fluorescence intensity profiles illustrate that the patterned proteins layers are uniform (standard deviations below 0.05). Finally, a trypsin activity test was conducted to probe the effect of the patterning protocol on immobilized enzymes; the results imply that this photolithographic process using LMPA as a protection layer preserves 70% of immobilized enzyme activity. 相似文献
