Vanadium Doped Sol-Gel TiO2 Coatings   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A study of the experimental conditions required to obtain vanadium doped sol-gel TiO2 coatings is presented. Tetraethyl orthotitanate was employed as the TiO2 source and VCl3, VOSO4 · H2O and VOSO4 dissolved H2SO4 where employed as vanadium sources.Dip coating has been used to produce coatings on silicon wafers, spectral carbon electrodes and titanium electrodes. Both supported and unsupported films have been studied by UV-Vis spectra, IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The measurements have been made on samples as prepared and treated thermally at temperatures between 100°C and 300°C. The thermal treatment temperatures have been established from DTA/TGA measurements.The vanadium doped sol-gel TiO2 coatings have been tested as sensors for redox potential measurements in electrochemical processes. The influence of both the thickness of films and the nature of substrate has been investigated.  相似文献

The three (O‐methyl)‐p‐ethoxyphenyldithiophosphonato triphenylphosphine complexes of copper, silver and gold, [(Ph3P)nM{S2P(OMe)C6H4OEt‐p}] (M = Cu, n = 2; M = Ag, Au, n = 1) investigated structurally by X‐ray diffraction exhibit remarkable structural differences. The copper compound is a four‐coordinate chelate monomer with Cu–S 2.4417(6) and 2.5048(6) Å; P–Cu–S 104.24(2)–114.01(2)°; Cu–S–P 82.49(3)° and 80.85(2)°. The silver compound is a cyclic dimer with bridging dithiophosphonato ligands and three‐coordinate silver atoms [Ag–S 2.5371(5) and 2.6867(5) Å; P–Ag–S 122.88(2)° and 122.17(2)°; Ag–S–P 89.32(2)° and 103.56(2)°]. The gold compound is monomeric with linear dicoordinate gold [Au–S 2.3218(6) Å; P–Au–S 177.72(2)°, Au–S–P 100.97(3)°].  相似文献

The complexes of the type M(HDMBG)2(CH3COO)2·nH2O ((1) M:Mn, n=1.5; (2) M:Ni, n=0; (3) M:Cu, n=2; (4) M:Zn, n=2; DMBG: N,N-dimethylbiguanide) present in vitro antimicrobial activity. The thermal analysis has evidenced the thermal intervals of stability and also the thermodynamics effects that accompany them. The different nature of the ligands generates a different thermal behaviour for the complexes. The thermal transformations are complex processes according to TG and DTG curves including dehydration, oxidative condensation of –C=N– units as well as thermolysis processes. The final products of decomposition are the most stable metal oxides.  相似文献

Abstract

A method for the synthesis of esters of 2-(dimethylsulfonium)ethylphos-phonic acid and the results of some trials showing the plant growth regulating activity of these compounds are presented. For the synthesis of the mentioned compounds, dimethyl sulphide is reacted with 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid esters; these esters are obtained through the complex[1] of AlCl3, PCl3 and 1,2-dichloroethan (1). Using the optimum reaction conditions, very good yields were obtained (96–99%). This complex is reacted with different alcohols to give 2-chloroethylphosphonic acid esters (2) (R?Me, Et, Pr, i-Pr, Bu, i-Bu, Pe). Using the optimum reaction conditions, in the case of methanol the maximum obtained yield was 50%. In the case of the other alcohols, the obtained yields were between 76 and 83%. An exception is i-propanol. whose ester was obtained with low yields and the reaction parameters modification have little influence on the yield. The reaction of the esters with dimethyl sulphide gives, in good yields (between 69 and 79%). esters of 2-(dimethylsulfonium)ethylphosphonic acid (3). substances with plant growth regulating activity.  相似文献

Water uptake in natural and reaggregated stratum corneum was determined by weight difference after storage in an atmosphere of controlled relative humidity.

Interlayer spacing in separated lipids as a function of their water content was determined by low-angle X-ray diffractometry. These values were used as a calibration curve to determine the water content of the lipid bilayers in reaggregated stratum corneum.

The results revealed different behavior of the lipid models compared to natural lipids of the stratum corneum. The additional water taken up after reaggregation of equilibrated lipids and proteins, was equally partitioned between the protein and the natural lipid fraction, while the models gave a proportionally higher water uptake into the lipids at high relative humidity. It is obvious that the models, so far, do not mimic all the properties of the natural stratum corneum lipids.  相似文献

Abstract

The polyphosphates have the capacity of forming chelates with most of that metal cations[l]. Polyphosphatic complexes with trace- and macroelements art used as fodder additives for animals. In our experiments we studied the effect 01pyrophosphate (PP), tripolyphosphate (TPP) and hexametaphosphate (HMP), at different concentrations (0.909 mM, 1.8 I8 mM and 2.727 mM), on the enzymatic activity of carbonic anhydrase (CA), and the effect of polyphosphate chelates or the enzymatic activity of alkaline phosphatase (AP), both zincenzymes. The meta; ion, which can be dissociated in the presence of a chelating agent, is essential foi their catalytic activity 121. The presence of metal atoms as essential constituents of some enzymes, and the metal requirements of others for maximum activity, provide an obvious link between enzymatic reaction and coordination chemistry.  相似文献

Novel complexes of type M2LCl4·nH2O (M: Ni, n = 4; M: Cu, n = 2.5 and M: Zn, n = 1.5; L: ligand resulted from 1,3-phenylenediamine, 3,6-diazaoctane-1,8-diamine, and formaldehyde one-pot condensation) were synthesized and characterized. The ligand was also isolated and characterized. The complexes features have been assigned from microanalytical, electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry, IR, UV–vis, 1H NMR, and EPR spectra as well as magnetic data at room temperature. Simultaneous thermogravimetric/dynamic scanning calorimetry/evolved gas analysis measurements were performed to evidence the nature of the gaseous products formed in each step. Processes as water elimination, fragmentation, and oxidative degradation of the organic ligand as well as chloride elimination were observed during the thermal decomposition. The final product of decomposition was metal(II) oxide except for copper complex where CuCl remained also in the oxide network. The complexes exhibited an improved antibacterial activity in comparison with the ligand concerning both planktonic as well as biofilm-embedded cells.  相似文献
