Cyclization of substituted quinone imines and diazabutadiene derivatives of aminophenols affords 4aH-phenoxazine or 4H-1,4-benzoxazine derivatives, which are finally transformed into the following fused heterocycles: the stable 1,4,6,8-tetra(tert-butyl)phenoxazin-10-yl radical and 7a,14a,15a, 15b-tetrahydro-14,16-dioxa-5,9-diaza-8,15-ethenohexaphene and 5a,6,11a, 12-tetrahydro[1,4]benzoxazino[3,2-b][1,4]benzoxazine derivatives. The influence of the substituents on the pathways of the reactions of intermediate benzoxazines and phenoxazines, such as oxidation, [2+4] dimerization, and the closure of the second ring, was studied. The structures of the fused heterocycles were determined by X-ray diffraction, NMR spectroscopy, and ESR. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. A new method is developed to obtain nanosized catalytic Pt-Sn/TiO2 coatings on the inner surface of a capillary microreactor during adsorption of polynuclear carbonyl Pt-Sn complexes on mesoporous TiO2. Titanium oxide sol prepared in the presence of template (Pluronic F127 surfactant) is supported in dynamic mode. Pt-Sn bimetallic catalysts with an average particle size of 1.5–2 nm are synthesized by adsorption of the bimetallic [Pt3(CO)3(SnCl3)2(SnCl2·H2O)] n 2n? complex followed by thermal treatment. Physicochemical properties of samples (thickness, structure and morphology, chemical composition of the material, electronic state, specific surface area, pore volume and size distribution) are characterized by a set of methods (HR TEM, SEM, powder XRD, XRF, XPS, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption). Conditions to prepare the uniform non-peelable Pt-Sn/TiO2 coating on the inner surface of a silica capillary with good adhesion are determined. To increase the TiO2 thickness, multilayered TiO2 films are synthesized by layerby layer deposition. The coating thickness is found to increase with an increase in the capillary diameter. The coating of a capillary with a diameter of 0.55 mm after 14-fold deposition is characterized by a thickness of 2 μm and an average pore size of 5.4 nm. The solvent effect on the adsorption of Pt-Sn carbonyl complexes into the TiO2 support is studied. The amount of the adsorbed complex increases in the following order: ethanol < acetone ~ tetrahydrofuran. The physicochemical properties of the active component (surface concentration, dispersion, and composition) can be fine-tuned by varying the deposition method, precursor concentration in the initial solution, and temperature conditions of activation treatment. The catalyst activity in citral hydrogenation was 0.06–0.54 min?1, with the selectivity with respect to unsaturated alcohols reaching 90% at citral conversion above 95%.  相似文献

The physical and mechanical properties of nitrile–butadiene rubber (NBR) composites with N-cetylpyridinium bromide-carbon black (CPB-CB) were investigated. Addition of 5 parts per hundred rubber (phr) of CPB-CB into NBR improved the tensile strength by 124%, vulcanization rate by 41%, shore hardness by 15%, and decreased the volumetric wear by 7% compared to those of the base rubber-CB composite.  相似文献

The following new triphenylantimony(V) catecholate complexes bearing the protonated imine group are synthesized from the new sterically hindered 3,5-di-tert-butylpyrocatechols (6-(CH=N-o-(C6H4–NH2))-3,5-Cat)H2 (H2L1) and (6-(CH=N-o-(C6H4–OH))-3,5-Cat)H2 (H2L2) containing in position 6 the iminomethyl group bonded to the aniline or phenol substituent: (6-(CH=NH+-o-(C6H4–NH2))-3,5-Cat)SbPh3X (X = Br (I), OMe (III)) and (6-(CH=NH+-o-(C6H4–OH))-3,5-Cat)SbPh3X (X = Br (II), OMe (IV)). The molecular structure of complex III · CH 3 OH in the crystalline state is determined by X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF file CCDC no. 1554694). The electrochemical properties of complexes III and IV are studied by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Structure formation processes in polytetrafluoroethylene under the action of liquid lubricant components and zeolite particles are considered. Based on the results of single crystal X-ray diffraction, electron and atomic force microscopic, chromato mass spectroscopic studies, the formation mechanisms of polymer composites, which were obtained by liquid phase filling with motor oils, are proposed.  相似文献

The kinetics of iron(II) sulfate oxidation with molecular oxygen on the 2% Pt/Sibunit catalyst was studied by a volumetric method at atmospheric pressure, T = 303 K, pH 0.33–2.4, [FeSO4] = 0.06?0.48 mol/l, and [Fe2(SO4)3] = 0?0.36 mol/l in the absence of diffusion limitations. Relationships were established between the reaction rate and the concentrations of Fe2+, Fe3+, H+, and Cl? ions in the reaction solution. The kinetic isotope effect caused by the replacement of H2O with D2O and of H+ with D+ was measured. The dependence of Fe2+ and Fe3+ adsorption on the catalyst pretreatment conditions was studied. A reaction scheme is suggested, which includes oxygen adsorption, the formation of a Fe(II) complex with surface oxygen, and the one-electron reduction of oxygen. The last step can proceed via two pathways, namely, electron transfer with H+ addition and hydrogen atom transfer from the coordination sphere of the iron(II) aqua complex. A kinetic equation providing a satisfactory fit to experimental data is set up. Numerical values are determined for the rate constants of the individual steps of the scheme suggested.  相似文献
