3-Alkyl(Aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (2) reacted with 2-furoyl chloride and thiophene-2-carbonyl chloride to afford the corresponding 3- alkyl(aryl)-4-(2-furoylamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (3) and 3-alkyl(aryl)- 4-(2-thienylcarbonylamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (4), respectively. The new compounds synthesized were characterized by using IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and UV spectral data together with elemental analysis. In addition, to investigate the effects of solvents and molecular structure upon acidity, compounds 3 and 4 were titrated potentiometrically with tetrabutylammonium hydroxide in four non-aqueous solvents (isopropyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, N,N-dimethylformamide and acetonitrile). The half-neutralization potential values and the corresponding pKa values were determined for all cases. 相似文献

A simple extraction and determination method for folic acid (FA) in lentil samples was developed employing capillary electrophoresis. The analysis was performed in a 75 μm ID fused silica capillary using a running buffer of 10 mM sodium borate (10%, v/v, methanol, pH 9) at +18 kV and a detection wavelength at 200 nm. Methylparaben was used as the internal standard. FA signal response was linear in the range between 1.2 × 10?5 and 4.8 × 10?5 M. Limit of detection (inter-day) was determined at 6.12 × 10?7 M (3.3 σs?1). The amount of FA found in green, red and mignon lentils was found to range between 0.408 and 0.742 mg g?1. 相似文献

We have formed conjugated polymeric aniline–thiophene organic material on p-Si substrate by adding polyaniline–poly-3-methyl thiophene blend solution in acetonitrile on top of a p-Si substrate and then evaporating the solvent. It has been seen that the forward bias current–voltage (I–V) characteristics of polyaniline–poly-3-methyl thiophene blend/p-Si/Al with a barrier height value of 0.60 eV and an ideality factor value of 3.37 showed rectifying behaviour at room temperature. The polyaniline–poly-3-methyl thiophene blend/p-Si/Al Schottky barrier diode showed non-ideal I–V behaviour with the value of ideality factor greater than unity that could be ascribed to the interfacial layer, interface states and series resistance. Furthermore, Cheung's functions and modified Norde's function were used to extract the diode parameters including ideality factor, barrier height and series resistance. It has been seen that there is a good agreement between the barrier height values from all methods. However, the values of series resistance obtained from Cheung's functions is higher than the values obtained from Norde's functions. The energy distribution of interface states density, determined from forward bias current–voltage (I–V) characteristic technique at room temperature, increases exponentially with bias from 2.81 × 1016 cm?2 eV?1 in (0.73–Ev) eV to 1.14 × 1017 cm?2 eV?1 in (0.48–Ev) eV. 相似文献

In the present paper, within the framework of a piecewise homogenous body model, with the use of the exact three-dimensional
equations of elasticity theory, a method proposed earlier is developed for investigating the stress distribution caused by
two neighboring out-of-plane locally cophasally curved fibers located along two parallel planes in an infinite elastic body.
The body is loaded at infinity by uniformly distributed normal forces in the direction of fiber location. The self-equilibrated
normal and shear stresses caused by the curved fibers are analyzed, and the influences of interaction between the fibers and
of the geometric nonlinearity on the distribution of these stresses are studied. Numerical results for this interaction are

The chemical polymerization method is very convenient for obtaining a plurality of the polymer. Chemical synthesizes of polypyrrole (PPy) were performed in acetonitrile solutions containing different dopants: dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid (DBSA), tetrafluoroborate (BF4 ?), perchlorate (ClO4 ?) and oxalate (C2O4 2?). These polymers were characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) spectrophotometer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques and dry conducting measurement. It was observed that the interactions between the polymers and dopant materials are completely different from each other. As a result of this interaction, the conductivities and crystal structures of PPy are also different from each other. Results in this work showed that the dopants used affected both electrical conductivities and crystal structures of PPy. 相似文献

This article deals with the chemical synthesis and characterization of poly(2‐fluoroaniline) (P2FAn) and polyfuran (PFu) homopolymers and PFu/P2FAn and P2FAn/PFu composites. P2FAn and PFu homopolymers were synthesized using ammonium persulfate and antimony (III) chloride as catalyst, respectively. These homopolymers and composites were studied in the doped state using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet–visible absorption spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy, four‐probe conductivity technique, and Gouy Scale measurements. PFu/P2FAn and P2FAn/PFu composites were found to possess different thermal, conductivity, electronic, and morphological properties from each other when synthesis order of guest and host polymers was varied. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Vocal cord paralysis is a disease that can cause voice disability and aspiration problems. Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE; Gore-Tex) has been widely used in cardiovascular and plastic surgery; however, its biocompatibility and safety have not been established precisely in the larynx. In this study, the biocompatibility and safety of ePTFE used in vocal cord medialization in the rabbit larynx were assessed. Type 1 thyroplasty with Gore-Tex was performed on one side of the larynx in eight rabbits. A sham procedure was applied on the contralateral side of their larynx. The rabbits were sacrificed after 6 months, and macroscopic and microscopic evaluations and comparisons were performed. No significant inflammatory response to Gore-Tex or displacement of the implant was seen. There was only a tiny fibrotic capsule surrounding the material in each specimen. Intense eosinophilic cell infiltration was seen surrounding one rabbit specimen. Gore-Tex seems to be a biocompatible, stable, and reversible material that can be safely used in laryngeal framework surgery. 相似文献

The synthesis of 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(3-ethoxy-4-hydroxybenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones 3 from the reactions of 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones 2 with 3-ethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde is described.The acetylation and methylation reactions of the compounds 3 giving compounds of type 4 and 5, respectively, were investigated. Gabapentin (GBP) is an anticonvulsant and is widely used in the treatment of epilepsy. In this study, GBP and an allyl derivative
of GBP were radioiodinated with 131I using the iodogen method; then their radiopharmaceutical potential in rats and rabbits was investigated. The radiochemical
purity of 131I-GBP and its derivatives was determined by RTLC. The labeling yield was 95±2%. Biological evaluation was performed in normal
rats and rabbits. Labeled compounds were intravenously injected into two rabbits via the ear vein after anesthetizing. The
dynamic and static scintigrams were obtained using a gamma camera at different time. Then the labeled compounds were administered
intravenously into the rats. The distribution was studied by counting the radioactivity in the removed organs. The results
of biodistribution in the rats showed the clearance of 131I-ALGBP was faster than 131I-GBP. On the other hand, the uptake of 131I-ALGBP in the brain was higher than 131I-GBP at 60 minutes. 相似文献
