Methacrylic esters, represented by methyl methacrylate (MMA), are widely used as commodity chemicals. Here, the one-pot synthesis of methacrylic esters from acetone, a haloform and alcohols in the presence of an organic base is described. Using DBU as the organic base for the reaction of acetone, chloroform and methanol in acetonitrile afforded MMA in 66 % yield. When the solvent was replaced by benzonitrile, the product MMA was successfully purified by distillation. Applicability of this process to various alcohols was also investigated to show ethyl, phenyl, CF3CH2, and n-C6F13CH2CH2 esters were obtained in moderate yields. The use of bromoform instead of chloroform resulted in the improvement of the yield, for example, methyl and n-C6F13CH2CH2 esters up to 81 and 70 %, respectively. The reaction with deuterated starting materials acetone-d6 and MeOH-d4, with DBU in acetonitrile afforded deuterated MMA (MMA-d8) in 70 % yield. 相似文献

NMR spectra of the recovered precipitates showed size selectivity to include the guest molecules. The chemoselective polymer blotting method allows for rapid and efficient synthesis of glycopeptides based on a "catch and release" strategy between solid-phase and water-soluble polymer supports. We have developed a heterobifunctional linker sensitive to glutamic acid specific protease (BLase). The general procedure consists of five steps, namely (i) the solid-phase synthesis of glycopeptide containing BLase sensitive linker, (ii) subsequent deprotections and the release of the glycopeptide from the resin, (iii) chemoselective blotting of the glycopeptide intermediates in the presence of water-soluble polymers with oxylamino functional groups, (iv) sugar elongations using glycosyltransferases, and (v) the release of target glycopeptides from the polymer platform by selective BLase promoted hydrolysis. The combined use of the solid-phase chemical syntheses of peptides and the enzymatic syntheses of carbohydrates on water-soluble polymers would greatly contribute to the production of complicated glycopeptide libraries, thereby enhancing applicative research. We report here a high-throughput synthetic system for the various types of MUC1 glycopeptides exhibiting a variety of sugar moieties. It is our belief that this concept will become part of the entrenched repertoire for the synthesis of biologically important glycopeptides on the basis of glycosyltransferase reactions in automated and combinatorial syntheses. 相似文献

Solvent extraction of alkali metal ions by batch and counter-current distribution methods was investigated with tetrathiocyanatodiamminechromate(III) and tetrathiocyanatodianilinechromate(III) as reagents and nitromethane and nitrobenzene as organic solvents. The distribution ratios of alkali metal ions in the various systems were measured. Cesium was readily extracted with the aniline compound and nitrobenzene. Oxopropyl E-(pyrrolidine-2-ylidene)glycinamide (5c) and allyl E-(pyrrolidine-2-ylidene)glycinate (5d) were effectively synthesized from 2,3,5-tri-O-benzyl-4-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl(TBDMS)-D-arabinal (7) using intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cyclic reaction of azide and olefin as a key reaction. These results proved this cyclic reaction should be applicable for the synthesis of various (pyrrolidine-2-ylidene)glycinate and glycinamide.
