The reaction of hexamethylphosphotriamide or methylphosphonic bis(dimethylamide) compounds with amidines derived from N-Benzimidazoyl imidates 1 leads to (1,2a)benzimidazolo-1,3,5,2-tiazaphosphorine-2-oxides 4 in good yields. If the condensation is realized at room temperature, N-phosphonic amidines 3 can be isolated as intermediates. The isolated compounds 2 , 3 , and 4 are identified by spectroscopic methods: IR, 1 H, 13 C, 31 P, NMR, and M.S.  相似文献

Abstract

Under the normal conditions, the reaction of hydrazine and methylhydrazine with OO-diethyl 1 oxoalkane phosphonates 1 proceeds by cleavage of the phosphorus-carbon bond and leads to the formation of diethylphosphite 2 and N-acylhydrazide 3 . A procedure has been developed for the synthesis of new primary hydrazone of OO-diethyl 1-oxoalkane phosphonates 4 . A mechanism is proposed. The structure of those compounds 4 was confirmed by NMR and IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

This work describes an approach for the development of two bacteria biosensors based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technique. The first biosensor was based on functionalized gold substrate and the second one on immobilized gold nanoparticles. For the first biosensor, the gold substrate was functionalized with acid-thiol using the self-assembled monolayer technique, while the second one was functionalized with gold nanoparticles immobilized on modified gold substrate. A polyclonal anti-Escherichia coli antibody was immobilized for specific (E. coli) and non-specific (Lactobacillus) bacteria detection. Detection limit with a good reproducibility of 104 and 103 cfu mL−1 of E. coli bacteria has been obtained for the first biosensor and for the second one respectively. A refractive index variation below 5 × 10−3 due to bacteria adsorption is able to be detected. The refractive index of the multilayer structure and of the E. coli bacteria layer was estimated with a modeling software.  相似文献

The potential of a series of newly synthesized poly(N,N-dimethylacrylamide) (PDMA) grafted polyacrylamide (PAM) copolymers (P(AM-PDMA)) as a replaceable separation medium for protein analysis was studied. A comparative study with and without copolymers was performed; the separation efficiency, analysis reproducibility and protein recovery proved that the P(AM-PDMA) copolymers were efficient in suppressing the adsorption of basic proteins onto the silica capillary wall. Furthermore, the size-dependent retardation of native proteins in a representative P(AM-PDMA) copolymer was demonstrated by Ferguson analysis. The results showed that the P(AM-PDMA) copolymers combine the good coating property of PDMA and the sieving property of PAM and could be applied as a sieving matrix for the analysis of native proteins.  相似文献
