Conventional methods for radiolabelling biomolecules such as proteins and peptides with fluorine-18 for PET imaging rely on carbon-fluorine bond formation and are complex and inefficient. Several non-carbon elements form strong bonds (i.e. with high bond enthalpy) with fluorine, but with lower activation energy for their formation compared to carbon-fluorine bonds, whilst preserving a relatively high kinetic stability. In particular, by incorporating boron-, aluminium- and silicon-containing prosthetic groups into biomolecules, promising results have recently been achieved in the radiolabelling with F-18-fluoride under mild aqueous conditions, affording a level of convenience, efficiency and specific activity potentially superior to those offered by conventional C-F bond formation methods. The promise already shown by these early studies heralds a new branch of bioconjugate radiochemistry involving a wider range of "fluoridephilic" elements for synthesis of PET molecular imaging agents. 相似文献

We consider operators on the matrix-valued disc algebra. Weshow that any bounded linear operator to a Banach space X of cotype 2 induces a boundedoperator GX defined on some weighted Bergman space G on theunit disc. Nitric acid plays an important role in the heterogeneous chemistry of the atmosphere. Reactions involving HNO(3) at aqueous interfaces in the stratosphere and troposphere depend on the state of nitric acid at these surfaces. The vapor/liquid interface of HNO(3)-H2O binary solutions and HNO(3)-H(2)SO(4)-H2O ternary solutions are examined here using vibrational sum frequency spectroscopy (VSFS). Spectra of the NO2 group at different HNO(3) mole fractions and under different polarization combinations are used to develop a detailed picture of these atmospherically important systems. Consistent with surface tension and spectroscopic measurements from other laboratories, molecular nitric acid is identified at the surface of concentrated solutions. However, the data here reveal the adsorption of two different hydrogen-bonded species of undissociated HNO(3) in the interfacial region that differ in their degree of solvation of the nitro group. The adsorption of these undissociated nitric acid species is shown to be sensitive to the H2O:HNO(3) ratio as well as to the concentration of sulfuric acid. 相似文献

In random matrix theory, determinantal random point fields describe the distribution of eigenvalues of self-adjoint matrices from the generalized unitary ensemble. This paper considers symmetric Hamiltonian systems and determines the properties of kernels and associated determinantal random point fields that arise from them; this extends work of Tracy and Widom. The inverse spectral problem for self-adjoint Hankel operators gives sufficient conditions for a self-adjoint operator to be the Hankel operator on L2(0,∞) from a linear system in continuous time; thus this paper expresses certain kernels as squares of Hankel operators. For suitable linear systems (−A,B,C) with one-dimensional input and output spaces, there exists a Hankel operator Γ with kernel ?(x)(s+t)=Ce−(2x+s+t)AB such that gx(z)=det(I+(z−1)ΓΓ†) is the generating function of a determinantal random point field on (0,∞). The inverse scattering transform for the Zakharov-Shabat system involves a Gelfand-Levitan integral equation such that the trace of the diagonal of the solution gives . When A?0 is a finite matrix and B=C†, there exists a determinantal random point field such that the largest point has a generalised logistic distribution. 相似文献
