发动机机油滤清器虑层强度分析及优化

针对机油滤清器工作工况下进出口压差、机油滤层强度及导流桩高度等问题, 通过试验测试与仿真相结合, 对滤清器初步设计进行了评估及优化, 以确保滤清器在工作工况下进出口压降及滤层强度能满足要求. 首先进行滤层性能试验, 得到滤层的惯性阻力系数和黏性阻力系数; 再通过滤层多孔介质CFD分析, 对滤清器进出口压降进行分析计算. 结果表明: 在-18℃、25℃和70℃的工况下, 进出口压降都小于10kPa, 满足相关要求. 针对滤层的最大主应力超过其抗拉强度的问题, 通过CAE仿真分析, 优化滤层与导流桩间隙, 将滤层最大主应力由110.1MPa降至36.99MPa, 小于其抗拉强度42.8MPa.     

Studies on metabolites and metabolic pathways of bulleyaconitine A in rat liver microsomes using LC‐MSn combined with specific inhibitors

Bulleyaconitine A (BLA) from Aconitum bulleyanum plants is usually used as anti‐inflammatory drug in some Asian countries. It has a variety of bioactivities, and at the same time some toxicities. Since the bioactivities and toxicities of BLA are closely related to its metabolism, the metabolites and the metabolic pathways of BLA in rat liver microsomes were investigated by HPLC–MSⁿ. In this research, the 12 metabolites of BLA were identified according to the results of HPLC‐MSⁿ data and the relevant literature. The results showed that there are multiple metabolites of BLA in rat liver microsomes, including demethylation, deacetylation, dehydrogenation deacetylation and hydroxylation. The major metabolic pathways of BLA in rat liver microsomes were clarified by HPLC‐MS combined with specific inhibitors of CYP450 isoforms. As a result, CYP3A and 2C were found to be the principal CYP isoforms contributing to the metabolism of BLA. Moreover, CYP2D6 and 2E1 are also more important CYP isoforms for the metabolism of BLA. While CYP1A2 only affected the formation rate of M11, its effect on the metabolism of BLA is very small. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

o-Trityl phenoxy-imino vanadium (III) complexes: synthesis,characterization, and catalysis on ethylene (co)polymerization

Several phenoxy-imine ligands bearing o-trityl group in phenoxy moiety RN=CHArOH (Ar = C₆H₂(CPh₃)^tBu, R = 2,6-Me₂C₆H₃ ( L ₁ H ); 2,6-ⁱPr₂C₆H₃ ( L ₂ H ); 3,5-(CF₃)₂C₆H₃ ( L ₃ H ); 3,5-(OMe)₂C₆H₃ ( L ₄ H ); CHPh₂ ( L ₅ H ); CPh₃ ( L ₆ H )) were synthesized and characterized by¹H NMR and ¹³C NMR spectroscopy. The vanadium complexes based on these ligands LVCl₂(THF)₂ ( 1–6 ) were synthesized via conventional transmetalation reaction in moderate to high yields. Complexes 1–6 were fully characterized by FT-IR, elemental analyses and the molecular structures of 1 , 2 ·H₂O, (2 ·H₂O ) ₂ (μ-Cl) ₂ , 4 , and 5 were confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis in which the six-coordinated vanadium centers are in a typical octahedral geometry. Upon activation with Et₂AlCl in toluene, complexes 1–6 showed high activities in ethylene polymerization affording polymers with moderate molecular weight (5.9–11.8 × 10⁴ Da). Moreover, in hexane or CH₂Cl₂, 1–6 /Et₂AlCl exhibited enhanced activities. When activated with MAO or MMAO in toluene, these complexes showed relatively low activities but afforded polymers with ultra-high molecular weight (up to 3.30 × 10⁶ Da). 1–6 /Et₂AlCl also showed high activities in ethylene/1-hexene copolymerization at room temperature giving moderate molecular-weight polymers (6.5–11.4 × 10⁴ Da) with co-monomer incorporation being of 6.0 ~ 7.8%.     

The instability degree in the diemnsion of spaces of bivariate spline

In this paper, the dimension of the spaces of bivariate spline with degree less that 2r and smoothness order r on the Morgan-Scott triangulation is considered. The concept of the instability degree in the dimension of spaces of bivariate spline is presented. The results in the paper make us conjecture the instability degree in the dimension of spaces of bivariate spline is infinity.     

Performance of various activators in ethylene polymerization based on an iron(II) catalyst system

Ethylisobutylaluminoxane (EBAO) and its analogues were synthesized by a reaction between an triethylaluminum (Et₃Al)/triisobutylaluminum (i‐Bu₃Al) mixture and 4‐fluorobenzeneboronic acid, phenylboronic acid, or n‐butaneboronic acid and subsequent hydrolysis with water. They were used as cocatalysts in ethylene polymerization catalyzed by an iron complex {[(ArN?C(Me))₂C₅H₃N]FeCl₂, where Ar is 2,6‐diisopropylphenyl}. Polyethylene with a high molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution was prepared with modified EBAOs, and the performance of the iron complex at high polymerization temperatures was greatly improved. The activators for the iron complex also affected the polymerization activity and the molecular weight of the resultant polyethylene. It was suggested that the stereo and electronic effects of the substitute groups of aluminoxane contributed to the improved performance of the new activators. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于虚拟仪器的人体皮肤组织吸收光谱检测平台

本文运用光电无损检测技术,采用皮外反射式测量方法,通过光纤光谱仪和虚拟仪器构建人体皮肤组织吸收光谱检测平台.该平台适合于光子-组织相互作用基础研究及激光美容临床检测,可协助医师进行病理诊断和病变程度判别.文中给出几个吸收光谱的检测结果.     

Precise measurement of magnetic moment of short-lived β-emitting nuclei12B ( I π=1+, T 1/2=20.18 ms)

The spin polarized β-emitting nuclei¹²B (I ^π=1⁺,T _1/2=20.18 ms) were produced by the nuclear reaction¹¹B(d, p)¹²B and by the selection technique of the incident deuteron energy and the¹²B recoil angle following the nuclear reaction. The nuclear magnetic moment of the short-lived nuclei¹²B was measured by β-NMR with the β-NMR and β-NQR setup established for the first time in China. The nuclear magnetic moment of¹²B was determined to be μ=0.99993±0.00048 nm org=0.99993±0.00048 after the precise correction of the Knight shift.     

Clustering study in Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped polymer optical fibers by optical properties and near-field scanning microscopy

The clusters of Eu3+ ion in Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) have been studied by three means. The relative fluorescence intensity ratio of the 5D0 → 7F2 to 5D0 → 7F1 transitions with different concentrations of Eu3+ in Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped PMMA and metastable-state (5D0) lifetime dependence on Eu3+ concentration are analyzed. The analysis indicates that there are no clustering effects in Eu3+ ions of Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped PMMA when the Eu3+ doping concentration is up to 1.0 wt.-%. At the same time, the clustering effect has not been observed by the scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) in Eu(DBM)3Phen-doped PMMA with 1.0 wt.-% of Eu3+ ions. The analysis reveals that a high concentration of Eu3+ can be incorporated into polymer optical fiber (POF) without clustering effect.OCIS codes: 180.5810, 300.6280, 250.5460, 160.5690.     

微量元素制剂辅助治疗复发性口疮疗效观察

报道了１０３例ＲＡＵ患者使用微量元素制剂辅助治疗的临床疗效观察。将两个实验组分别与对照组比较。结果显示：应用锌、铁制剂辅助雷公藤、复方丹参等治疗的实验组Ｉ效果优于雷公藤、复方丹参对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），而仅用锌、铁制剂治疗的实验组Ⅱ临床效果比对照组差（Ｐ〈０．０１），但锌、铁制剂有改善ＲＡＵ临床症状作用，而不能较好地控制其复发。
