Antigens synthesis and antibodies preparation for furazolidone and its metabolite 3-amino-2-oxazolidinone

<正>Two haptens of 3-[(5-amino-furan-2-ylmethylene)amino]oxazolidin-5-one(FZ-NH_2) and 3-{[(4-carboxyphenyl)methylene]-amino} -2-oxazolidinone(CPAOZ) were synthesized.For FZ-NH_2,immunogens were prepared by glutaraldehyde and diazo salt methods.For CPAOZ,immunogens were connected by the methods of the active ester and mixed acid anhydride.Compared with the combination,indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ic-ELISA) was developed with coating antigen of FZ-NH_2 -OVA via the glutaraldehyde method and immunogen of CPAOZ-KLH via active ester method.For furazolidone and its metabolite AOZ(NPAOZ as derivative),the sensitivities(IC_(50)) were 2.0μg/L and 2.5μg/L,limits of detection(IC_(15)) were 0.09μg/L and 0.25μg/L,respectively.A sensitive method was developed for the simultaneous determination of furazolidone in feed and its metabolite AOZ in tissue.     

Preparation of PO4^3-, P2O7^4- Anion-Pillared Nanocrystalline Mg-Al and Zn-Al Layered Double Hydroxides in Microwave Fields

Using nanocrystalline [Mg-Al-CO3] and [Zn-Al-CO3] as precursors, [Mg-Al-PO4],[Zn-Al-PO4], [Mg-Al-P2O7] and [Zn-Al-P2O7] have been successfully synthesized by a direct reaction with the free PO4^3- or P2O7^4- using the microwave techniques and the anion-exchange method. And the samples thus obtained were characterized by TEM, FT-IR and XRD. The results show that the initial interlayer carbonate ions can be completely replaced by the free PO4^3- or P2O7^4- under controlled microwave conditions employed for a short time.     

Electrochemical behavior of Ru(H_2bpp)_2(PF_6)_2 and its interaction with bovine serum albumin(BSA)

In this paper,it was found that Ru（H₂bpp）₂（PF₆）2（H₂bpp = 2,6-bis（pyrazol-3-yl）pyridine） complex had excellent electrochemical activity at the carbon paste electrode in the buffer solution of Tris-HCl（pH 7.0） with a couple reversible redox peaks at 0.296 V and 0.348 V,respectively.Voltammetry was used to investigate the electrochemical behavior of Ru（H₂bpp）₂（PF₆）₂ and the interaction between Ru（H₂bpp）₂（PF₆）₂ and bovine serum albumin（BSA）.In the present of BSA,the oxidation peak current of Ru（H₂bpp）₂（PF₆）₂ complex was decreased linearly and the decrease of oxidation peak current of Ru（H₂bpp）₂（PF₆）₂ is proportional to BSA concentration from 0.1 to 2.5 mg/L with a detection limit 0.02 mg/L.     

富含树皮体和半丝质体煤的液化反应性和~(13)C-核磁共振分析的研究

通过对富含树皮体的煤和半丝质体的煤进行液化研究和结构分析,探讨其液化产品的产率与结构参数之间的关系。富含树皮体的煤的氢含量和挥发分含量均高,H/C原子比也很高。13C-核磁共振分析表明,所有用煤都以芳香族碳为主。WEST样品的芳碳率最高,LP、CG和DHB样品中CH2基团碳含量高于CH3基团碳含量,且CH2基团碳含量高于其他三个样品。而P858样品中CH3基团碳含量高于CH2基团碳含量。液化结果表明,LP、CG和DHB有高的液化转化率和油收率。煤液化的油收率和煤结构中的CH2基团碳含量以及转化率和煤的芳碳率之间都存在明显的相关关系。因此,13C-核磁共振技术可以用来预测煤液化产品的收率。     

Flow Field Induced Steady Alignment of Oxidized Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes

The steady ordered micro-ribbons of oxidized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were obtained through micro-aperture PTFE membrane by vacuum filtration. After treatment by mixture of concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid, the surface functional groups modified MWNTs can be easily dispersed to form a homogeneous suspension. It is found that the steady micro-ribbons existed in the films obtained by vacuum filtration of the suspension. The filtration formed steady flow field and induced steady alignment of oxidized MWNTs. The chemical treatment of MWNTs forming strong interaction between MWNTs is necessity to keep steady of the micro-ribbons microstructure.     

石墨炉AAS中气体直接进样技术的研究——氢化物法测定As、Sb、Bi、Sn、Ge和Pb

本文提出将气体样品经石墨炉的载气入口由载气直接引入石墨炉的技术,实现了石墨炉原子吸收光谱中气体样品的直接进样测定,并成功地应用于氢化物气体的分析,测定了砷、锑、铋、锡、锗和铅,其灵敏度为2.0×10~(-9)g～8.1×10~(-10)g;检出限为2.1×10~(-9)g～6.0×10~(-11)g;线性范围上限为30μg/1～400μg/1;精密度(R.S.D)为0.76%～2.4%。

The interest in the analysis of phospholipids(PLs), especially phosphatidylcholine(PC), has been increasing due to the importance of them in biochemistry as well as in industry.
