Two novel amino acids imine ligands (H2L1 and H2L2) have been synthesized using green condensation reaction from 2‐[3‐Amino‐5‐(2‐hydroxy‐phenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,5‐dihydro‐[1, 2, 4]triazol‐4‐yl]‐3‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐propionic acid with benzaldehyde/p‐flouro benzaldehyde (1:1 molar ratio) in the presence of lemon juice as a natural acidic catalyst in aqueous medium. Their transition metal complexes have been prepared in a molar ratio (1:1). Characterization of the ligands and complexes using elemental analysis, spectroscopic studies, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and thermal analysis has been reported. E*, ΔH*, ΔS* and ΔG* thermodynamic parameters, were calculated to throw more light on the nature of changes accompanying the thermal decomposition process of these complexes. The molar conductance measurement of metal complexes showed nonelectrolyte behavior. The metal complexes of the two ligands have tetrahedral geometry with a general molecular structure [M(H2L)Xn], where [(M = Mn (II), Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), X = Cl, n = 2]; M = VO (II), X = SO4, n = 1] for H2L1. [M = Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II)] for H2L2. Antibacterial activity of the complexes against (Bacillis subtilis, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia coli), also antifungal activity against (Aspergillus niger, Candida Glabarta, Saccharomyces cerevisiae) have been screened. The results showed that all complexes have antimicrobial activity higher than free ligands. Molecular docking studies results showed that, all the synthesized compounds having minimum binding energy and have good affinity toward the active pocket, thus, they may be considered as good inhibitor of targeting PDB code: 1SC7 (Human DNA Topo‐isomerase I).  相似文献

Four new (14) and two known (5 and 6) α-pyrone derivatives have been isolated from Alternaria phragmospora, an endophytic fungus from Vinca rosea, leaves. The isolated compounds were chemically identified to be 5-butyl-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (1), 5-butyl-6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-methoxy-2H-pyran-2-one (2), 5-(1-hydroxybutyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (3), 4-methoxy-6-methyl-5-(3-oxobutyl)-2H-pyran-2-one (4), 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (5), and 5-[(2E)-but-2-en-1-yl]-4-methoxy-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one (6). Compounds 2 and 4 showed moderate antileukemic activities against HL60 cells with IC50 values of 2.2 and 0.9 μM and against K562 cells with IC50 values of 4.5 and 1.5 μM, respectively.  相似文献

New series of triazole derivatives coupled with amino acids 1a-h were obtained via multicomponent reaction of 2-hydroxy benzaldehyde or 2-hydroxy acetophenone with thiosemicarbazide and different amino acids. The obtained compounds were reacted with p-toluinesulfonyl chloride 2 to give the corresponding sulfonamides 3a-h . Compound 1b was allowed to react with different aromatic aldehydes or cyclic ketone under alkaline conditions to afford the expected imino compounds 4a-d and 6a-c , respectively. These compounds were allowed to react with ethyl glycolate to yield the expected thiazolidinone derivatives 5a-d or 7a-c , respectively. Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were found to be in accordance with their elemental analyses and spectral data. The obtained compounds exhibited very prominent in vitro and in vivo antihyperglycemic effect at a dose of 40 mg/kg body weight compared to the standard drug gliclazide and control. The antidiabetic effect was investigated using oral glucose tolerance test in normal and non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) in STZ-rat model. Compounds 3a - h , 5b , 5c , 5d , 7a , 7b , and 7c showed significant activity in lowering blood glucose (more than 80%) compared to the NIDDM control.  相似文献

1-(2-Methylindole-3-acetyl)4-arylthiosemicarbazides have been prepared and were used as reagents for gravimetric and colorimetric determinations of copper, cobalt, zinc and mercury. Based on a modified-Darcy-Maxwell model, two-dimensional, incompressible and heat transfer flow of two bounded layers, through electrified Maxwell fluids in porous media is performed. The driving force for the instability under an electric field, is an electrostatic force exerted on the free charges accumulated at the dividing interface. Normal mode analysis is considered to study the linear stability of the disturbances layers. The solutions of thelinearized equations of motion with the boundary conditions lead to an implicit dispersion relation between the growth rate and wave number. These equations are parameterized by Weber number, Reynolds number, Marangoni number, dimensionless conductivities, and dimensionless electric potentials. The case of long waves interfacial stability has been studied. The stability criteria are performed theoretically in which stability diagrams are obtained. Inthe limiting cases, some previously published results can be considered as particular cases of our results. It is found that the Reynolds number plays a destabilizing role in the stability criteria, while the damping influence is observed for the increasing of Marangoni number and Maxwell relaxation time.  相似文献

The effect of an externally applied electric field on the stability of a thin fluid film over an inclined porous plane is analyzed using linear and non-linear stability analysis in the long wave limit. The principle aim of this study is to illustrate the influence of electric field on the non-linear stability of a thin liquid layer flow down incline substrate when the plane is porous. The driving force for the instability under an electric field is an electrostatic force exerted on the free charges accumulated at the dividing interface. The coupled non-linear evolution equations for the local film thickness and the interfacial charge for two-dimensional disturbances are derived to analyze the effect of long-wave instabilities. The method of multiple scales is applied to obtain approximate solutions and analyze the stability criteria. Numerical simulations of this system of non-linear evolution equations are performed. It is found that the permeability parameter as well as the inclination of the plane plays a destabilizing role in the stability criteria, while the damping influence is observed for increasing of the electrical conductivity in both linear and non-linear behavior.  相似文献

Starting with 3,5-diphenylcyclohex-2-en-1-one, 3,5-diphenylcyclohex-2-en-1-semicarbazone, 1-chloro-3,5-diphenylcyclohex-2-en-2-carbaldehyde, and 3,5-diphenylcyclohex-2-en-1-hydrazone were synthesized via the reactions with semicarbazide hydrochloride, POCl3/ dimethylformamide, and hydrazine hydrate, respectively. These products were used as key intermediates for the preparation of novel series of tetrahydrobenzothiadiazol-1-oxide, indazole, benzo-thiazepines, pentahydroxyhexylidene and N-thiazines. Some of these derivatives exhibit high antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria.  相似文献

The instability properties of streaming superposed conducting fluids through porous media under the influence of uniform magnetic field have been investigated. The system is composed of a middle fluid sheet of finite thickness embedded between two semi-infinite fluids. The fluids are assumed to be incompressible, perfectly conducting and there are weak viscous stresses on the interfaces. The Rayleigh–Taylor and Kelvin–Helmholtz problems have been studied. Such configurations are of relevance in a variety of astrophysical and space configurations. The solutions of the linearized equations of motion together with the boundary conditions lead to deriving the dispersion equation with complex coefficients. The limiting case of the stability of one interface between two fluids has been discussed. The stability criteria are discussed theoretically and numerically in which stability diagrams are obtained. It has been found that the increase of the viscosity coefficient as well as the porosity plays a regular stabilizing role in the stability behavior, while the increase of the fluid velocity plays a destabilizing influence in the stability criteria.  相似文献
