Surface immobilization provides a useful platform for biosensing, drug screening, tissue engineering and other chemical and biological applications. However, some of the used reactions are inefficient and/or complicated, limiting their applications in immobilization. Herein, we use a spontaneous and catalyst-free amino-yne click bioconjugation to generate activated ethynyl group functionalized surfaces for fast immobilization of native proteins and cells. Biomolecules, such as bovine serum albumin (BSA), human IgG and a peptide of C(RGDfK), could be covalently immobilized on the surfaces in as short as 30 min. Notably, the bioactivity of the anchored biomolecules remains intact, which is verified by efficiently capturing target antibodies and cells from the bulk solutions. This strategy represents an alternative for highly efficient surface biofunctionalization.

Unnatural reaction in the living cells is a powerful tool for biological research. However, the polymerization inside cells is rarely reported. In this work, a lab-in-cell is illustrated based on our developed spontaneous amino-yne click polymerization. Carbonyl group activated terminal diyne can spontaneously polymerize with tetraphenylethene(TPE)-containing primary diamine inside cells, and polymer with weight-average molecular weight of 7,300 was yielded. By utilizing this in vivo amino-yne click polymerization and taking advantage of the aggregation-induced emission feature of TPE, a "turn-on" cell imaging was realized,and in-situ killing of cells was also acquired by destroying the structures of actin and tubulin, which cannot be realized by preprepared polymer. This strategy provides a useful platform and holds great promise in biochemistry and therapy applications.  相似文献

The fluid flowing in a rotating curved duct is subjected to both the Coriolis force due to a rotation and the centrifugal force due to a curvature. In this paper, the combined effects of the two forces on the flows in rotating curved rectangular ducts are examined numerically. According to the aspect ratio of the cross-section, the rectangular ducts are divided into three types: η>1, η=1, η<1, where η is the aspect ratio. The variations of the flow structures with the force ratio F (the ratio of the Corislis force to the centrifugal force) are studied in detail and many hitherto unknown flow patterns are found. The effects of the force ratio and the aspect ratio of the cross-section on the friction factor are also examined. Present results show both the characteristics of the secondary flow, axial flow and the natures of the friction factor.  相似文献

从曲线柱坐标系下的N-S方程出发,以曲率和挠率为小参数,采用摄动法求解了环形截面螺旋管道内的黏性流动,给出了完全二阶摄动解,结果表明:当挠率为零时,二次流表现为上下对称的四个涡;当挠率不为零,涡的对称性遭到破坏,二次涡的强度和个数受De数和环形截面内外径之比δ的影响,轴向速度最大值在De数较小时靠近管道的内侧,随着De数的增加,其最大值向外侧移动。  相似文献

Hydrophilic Cu3BiS3 nanoparticles (NPs) have been prepared using the thermal decomposition of precursor complexes in oily‐mixed solvent followed by coating the produced Cu3BiS3 NPs with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). The resulting Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs remain stable in aqueous solutions over a long period of time, and meanwhile, they show low in vitro cytotoxicity and negligible toxicity to mice in vivo. Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs could operate as an efficient dual‐modal contrast agent to simultaneously enhance X‐ray computed tomography imaging and photothermal imaging of tumor model in vivo. Moreover, highly efficient ablation of cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo has been successfully achieved by combining Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs with near‐infrared (NIR) laser irradiation. All of the positive results in this study highlight that Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs could serve as a promising platform for cancer diagnosis and therapy.  相似文献

Flows in rotating curved annular pipes are investigated by employing a theoretical and numerical method. The numerical results and the perturbation solutions confirm each other. The variations of the flow structure, including the secondary flow and the axial flow, with the force ratio (the ratio of the Coriolis force to the centrifugal force), the curvature and the radius ratio (the ratio of the radius of the inner circle to the radius of the outer circle of the annular pipe) are discussed in detail. The nature of the wall shear stress and the friction factor ratio are also shown. This study is the first to shows the flow transition of the flow in a rotating curved annular pipe and covers large ranges of parameters. Many interesting and previously unreported flow characteristics are obtained. Gold(I) N-heterocyclic carbene (AuI-NHC) complexes have emerged as potential anticancer agents owing to their high cytotoxicity and stability. Integration of their above unique functions with customized aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogens to achieve specific bioimaging and efficient theranostics to cancer is highly desirable but is rarely studied. Now, a series of novel AuI-NHC compounds were developed with AIE characteristics. A complex with a PPh3 ligand was selected out as it could achieve both prominent specific imaging of various cancer cells and efficient inhibition of their growth with negligible toxic effects on normal cells due to the targeting binding and strong inhibition towards thioredoxin reductase. This complex could also act as a powerful radiosensitizer to boost the anticancer efficacy with performance superior to that of popularly used auranofin. It holds great potential as a specific and effective theranostic drug in cancer diagnosis and precise therapy.  相似文献

The Cu(I)-catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition(CuAAC) has been developed into a powerful polymerization reaction for the synthesis of new polytriazoles with versatile properties. However, research on recyclable and reusable copper catalyst for click polymerization to meet the requirement of green chemistry was rarely reported. Copper nanoparticles were reported to be capable catalysts for CuAAC. Replacing conventional copper catalyst with copper nanoparticles may realize the recycle and reuse of the copper catalyst in click polymerization. In this paper, copper nanoparticles were prepared and used as an effective catalyst for click polymerization, and soluble polytriazoles with high molecular weights were obtained in excellent yields under optimized reaction conditions. Importantly, the copper nanoparticles can be recycled and reused for up to 11 times for the click polymerization. Moreover, introducing aggregation-induced emission(AIE)-active moiety of tetraphenylethylene into the monomers makes the resultant polymers retain the AIE feature. This work not only provides an efficient recyclable catalytic system for the azide-alkyne click polymerization, but also might inspire polymer chemists to use recyclable copper species to catalyze other polymerizations.  相似文献

利用数值计算方法研究了旋转矩形截面螺旋管内的粘性流动,分析了在离心力,科氏力共同作用下曲线管道中的二次流动结构、轴向流速分布、截面温度分布、摩擦系数比以及管道Nusselt数比随各参数的变化情况。计算结果表明:当旋转方向和主流方向相同时,旋转的作用与增大Dean数的作用相同,使得管道摩擦系数变大,管道换热效果增强,而当旋转方向和主流方向相反时,管道内流动结构变化十分明显,当F≈-1.2时(F为科氏力与离心力之比),二次流出现类似于直扭管内的鞍状流动结构,轴向速度类似于静止直管内的流动结构,管道内的摩擦系数与静止直管内的摩擦系数大约相等,换热效果减至最弱;挠率对流动结构以及摩擦系数比和Nusselt系数比的影响效果与F有关。  相似文献
