轴对称物体内三维残余应力场的确定

三维残余应力场的测量理论是国内外未能解决的问题.本文建立了新的轴对称空间力学模型,介绍了对45钢140×200圆柱体进行内剥层测量的实验.在分析中引入了罐载和非罐载应力的概念,为正确处理变动的边界条件给出了思路、使得空间力学模型真实地反映了轴对称体内残余应力的实质.在求解中提出了变应力函数及其解法,使得轴对称三维残余应力场的测量理论得到了真正解决.     

两端带约束条件的厚壁圆筒空间解析解

在实验研究基础上，得到一个新位移函数，由此求得了两端带约束条件的厚壁圆筒受均布内压力的空间解析解，其理论值与实验值得到了很好的吻合     

用光塑法实验研究圆柱体镦粗拉应力理论

采用光塑法对圆柱体的平板间镦粗进行了定量研究;首次运用光塑理论与增量理论定量计算了变形体内的应力;模拟结果与定性物理模拟相吻合,使圆柱体镦粗的刚塑性力学模型拉应力理论得到了深化。     

A SOLUTION OF COSINE PRESSURES ON A HOLLOW CYLINDER AND THE LIMIT WHEN k→0

A new stress function is found in this paper and then the problems of cosine pressures on a hollow cylinder are solved with the new stress function,which provides the basis for the solution of the problems of space symmetrical deformation of a hollow cylinder.When the pressures do not vary in the axial direction,that is,when k→0,the lame formulae can be deduced.

圆筒受余弦分布压力之解及其k→0的极限

本文得到一个新的应力函数。用此解答了圆筒受余弦分布压力的问题,并为解决圆筒在轴向受任意分布荷载作用的空间轴对称问题打下了基础。根据求出的解答,取压力沿轴向不变化时的极限,就导出了厚壁圆筒的Lamè公式。
