In the present work we describe a two‐dimensional liquid chromatographic system (2D‐LC) with detection by mass spectrometry (MS) for the simultaneous separation of endogenous metabolites of clinical interest and excreted xenobiotics deriving from exposure to toxic compounds. The 2D‐LC system involves two orthogonal chromatographic modes, hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) to separate polar endogenous metabolites and reversed‐phase (RP) chromatography to separate excreted xenobiotics of low and intermediate polarity. Additionally, the present proposal has the novelty of incorporating an on‐line sample treatment based on the use of restricted access materials (RAMs), which permits the direct injection of urine samples into the system. The work is focused on the instrumental coupling, studying all possible options and attempting to circumvent the problems of solvent incompatibility between the RAM device and the two chromatographic columns, HILIC and RP. The instrumental configuration developed, RAM‐HILIC‐RPLC‐MS/MS, allows the simultaneous assessment of urinary metabolites of clinical interest and excreted compounds derived from exposure to toxic agents with minimal sample manipulation. Thus, it may be of interest in areas such as occupational and environmental toxicology in order to explore the possible relationship between the two types of compounds. In this work the results of the statistical topometric analysis of fracture surfaces of soda-lime-silica glass with and without ionic exchange treatment are reported. In this case, the mechanism of substitution is K+-Na+. atomic force microscopy (AFM) was employed to record the topometric data from the fracture surface. The roughness exponent (ζ) and the correlation length (ξ) were calculated by the variable bandwidth method. The analysis for both glasses (subjected and non-subjected to ionic exchange) for ζ shows a value ∼0.8, this value agrees well with that reported in the literature for rapid crack propagation in a variety of materials. The correlation length shows different values for each condition. These results, along with those of microhardness indentations suggest that the self-affine correlation length is influenced by the complex interactions of the stress field of microcracks with that resulting from the collective behavior of the point defects introduced by the strengthening mechanism of ionic exchange.  相似文献

In this work preliminary results of amorphous zirconium crystallization using ion beam pulses are presented. Energetic argon- and oxygen-ion beams generated by a plasma focus device were used to promote crystallization on amorphous ZrO2-2.5 mol% Y2O3 film deposited by chemical solution deposition onto silica glass substrate. The films were burnt at 370 °C for 1 h in normal atmosphere previous to plasma irradiation. The irradiation was performed by means of successive pulses of ion beams. The evolution of the surface morphology and crystallization was followed by AFM and X-rays diffraction in a grazing incidence asymmetric Bragg geometry (GIAB), respectively. Argon-irradiated films showed highly nucleated cubic zirconia after 10 pulses. On the other hand, oxygen-irradiated films showed a delayed and less extensive cubic nucleation, but a more ordered structure and well-defined grains.  相似文献

Temperature modulated differential scanning calorimetry (TMDSC) is used to study the kinetics of the free radical isothermal polymerization of triethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (TEGDMA). Azo-bis-isobutironitrile was used as initiator. The polymerization’s temperature is lower than the final glass transition temperature of the polymer network. The measurement of the average heat flow released and the heat capacity during the reaction allows identifying the different stages of the reaction. The presence of double peaks in the heat flow is ascribed to the autoacceleration. The influence of temperature, measuring conditions and oxygen are described. Vitrification is detected by the drop in heat capacity. It occurs at increasing conversion rates for increasing temperatures. After vitrification, the diffusion-controlled reaction continues.  相似文献

This paper describes a robust and fast fitting procedure applicable for relaxing processes that cannot be understood as a discrete sum of single processes but require an activation energy distribution. The method is based on a set of closed-form expressions that allow the computation of the relaxation parameters directly from the isochronal curves obtained experimentally. The usefulness of this method is checked by analyzing the isochronal curves given by a theoretical energy distribution and the magnetic disaccommodation spectra observed in yttrium iron garnet (YIG) samples. Some non-singlet quasi-instabilities (QIs) cases that arise in the calculation of NMR-J parameters are analyzed within response theory. The relationship between ‘very close to zero’ eigenvalues of the principal propagator and the rate of convergency for specific coupling pathways is shown by a power series implemented to calculate the principal propagator matrix. A natural criterion for the analysis of the stability problem emerges from that series. This is more general and accurate compared with previous proposals. Its relationship with π-type molecular orbitals is given. We present an alternative scheme to minimize the effects of non-singlet QIs in such a way that the NMR-J parameters become close to the best theoretical calculations for H2CX (X=CH2, NH and O).  相似文献

First order necessary conditions and duality results for general inexact nonlinear programming problems formulated in nonreflexive spaces are obtained. The Dubovitskii–Milyutin approach is the main tool used.
