A dicationic ((−)-sparteine)palladium complex underwent a superior catalytic enantioselective aldol reaction of aldehydes with 1-phenyl-1-trimethylsilyloxyethene performing satisfactorily, starting with ((−)-sparteine)PdCl2 and AgSbF6 as catalyst precursors (1 mol % loading) in the presence of 3 Å molecular sieves over the reaction.  相似文献

Pyranopyrandiones were prepared by a novel ruthenium-catalyzed carbonylative dimerization of cyclopropenones via C-C bond cleavage. For example, treatment of dipropylcyclopropenone with a catalytic amount of Ru3(CO)12 and NEt3 in THF under 15 atm of carbon monoxide at 140 degrees C for 20 h gave a novel functional monomer, 3,4,7,8-tetrapropylpyrano[6,5-e]pyran-2,6-dione, in an isolated yield of 81%. Unsymmetrically substituted pyranopyrandiones were also obtained by ruthenium-catalyzed carbonylative coupling of cyclopropenones with alkynes under similar reaction conditions.  相似文献

Chiral cationic palladium[bond]phosphinooxathiane complexes have been found to be effective catalysts for enantioselective Diels-Alder (DA) reaction of cyclopentadiene with acyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-ones to give the corresponding DA adducts in good yield and high enantioselectivity up to 93% ee.  相似文献

The diffusion Monte Carlo (DMC) method shows that correlation in H2 produces a set of three spatial changes: (i) an enhancement in the electron density distribution n( r ) in the left and right anti‐binding regions that include separately the immediate vicinity of each of the two nuclei, (ii) a reduction in n( r ) in the binding region intervening between the two nuclei as a counterbalance, and (iii) a concomitant increase in the equilibrium internuclear separation. It is stressed that the correlation energy Ec (= Tc + Vc) for diatomic molecules be defined by the difference in the total energy between the exact and the Hartree–Fock (HF) variational calculations that are performed at individually optimized internuclear separations. It is this definition that makes it possible to involve a significant contribution from a correlation‐induced change in the equilibrium internuclear separation as part of the correlation energy and to relate (i) and (ii) to (iii) in consistency with the electrostatic theorem. The present calculations fulfill the virial theorem to an accuracy of ?V/T = 2.00 for DMC and ?VHF/THF = 2.000 for HF. The present correlation energy Ec = ?0.0408 hartree is not only in good agreement with the most accurate value previously reported, but also can be analyzed into all its components in accordance with the correlational virial theorem 2Tc + Vc = 0. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Cucurbitacin B (CuB), one of the most abundant forms of cucurbitacins, is a promising natural anticancer drug candidate. Although the anticancer activity of CuB has been well demonstrated, information regarding the pharmacokinetics is limited. A rapid, selective and sensitive UPLC‐MS/MS for CuB was developed and validated using hemslecin A (HeA) as internal standard (IS). Plasma samples were pre‐treated by liquid–liquid extraction with dichloromethane. Separation was achieved on a reversed‐phase C18 column (50 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm) at 35°C using isocratic elution with water–methanol (25:75, v/v) at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min. The analytes were monitored by a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer with positive electrospray ionization mode. The calibration curve was linear (r > 0.995) in a concentration range of 0.3–100 ng/mL with a limit of quantification of 0.3 ng/mL. Intra‐ and inter‐day accuracy and precision were validated by percentage relative error and relative standard deviation, respectively, which were both lower than the limit of 15%. Microstructure of MnF2 subjected to by shock compression at 4.4 GPa was examined using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Lamellar structure consisting of twin-related domains of rutile-structure and intergrowth of α- PbO2-type phase is observed in the electron diffraction pattern and TEM images. This report describes that a regular positive electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (MS) analysis of terpendoles often causes unexpected oxygen additions to form [M + H + O]+ and [M + H + 2O]+, which might be a troublesome in the characterization of new natural analogues. The intensities of [M + H + O]+ and [M + H + 2O]+ among terpendoles were unpredictable and fluctuated largely. Simple electrochemical oxidation in electrospray ionization was insufficient to explain the phenomenon. So we studied factors to form [M + H + O]+ and [M + H + 2O]+ using terpendole E and natural terpendoles together with some model indole alkaloids. Similar oxygen addition was observed for 1,2,3,4‐tetrahydrocyclopent[b]indole, which is corresponding to the substructure of terpendole E. In tandem MS experiments, a major fragment ion at m/z 130 from protonated terpendole E was assigned to the substructure containing indole. When the [M + H + O]+ was selected as a precursor ion, the ion shifted to m/z 146. The same 16 Da shift of fragments was also observed for 1,2,3,4‐tetrahydrocyclopent[b]indole, indicating that the oxygen addition of terpendole E took place at the indole portion. However, the oxygen addition was absent for some terpendoles, even whose structure resembles terpendole E. The breakdown curves characterized the tandem MS features of terpendoles. Preferential dissociation into m/z 130 suggested the protonation tendency at the indole site. Terpendoles that are preferentially protonated at indole tend to form oxygen addition peaks, suggesting that the protonation feature contributes to the oxygen additions in some degrees. © 2014 The Authors. We investigated the optical response of a huge number of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) densely assembled on an organic microsphere, i.e., AgNP-fixed bead, under the collective phenomena of localized surface plasmons. For this purpose, various optical properties of such a AgNP-fixed bead were analyzed in aqueous solution by dark-field optical microscopy and laser Raman microscopy. In particular, in comparison with the optical spectrum of single AgNPs, significant spectral broadening and redshift were observed due to plasmonic superradiance with decreasing interparticle distance to the subnanoscale when using small binder molecules in the AgNP-fixed bead. Furthermore, we observed surface-enhanced Raman scattering and clarified the sensitivity of the signal intensity to the size of the binder molecules between the AgNPs, which can be explained based on optical response theory using a discrete integral with spherical cells. These results and discussion provide a guiding principle for broadband plasmonic light absorbers and for highly sensitive detection of small molecules and nanoscale biomaterials based on vast numbers of nanogaps produced by a bottom-up self-assembly process.  相似文献

Hund's multiplicity rule is investigated for the carbon atom using quantum Monte Carlo methods. Our calculations give an accurate account of electronic correlation and obey the virial theorem to high accuracy. This allows us to obtain accurate values for each of the energy terms and therefore to give a convincing explanation of the mechanism by which Hund's rule operates in carbon. We find that the energy gain in the triplet with respect to the singlet state is due to the greater electron-nucleus attraction in the higher spin state, in accordance with Hartree-Fock calculations and studies including correlation. The method used here can easily be extended to heavier atoms.  相似文献
