A new rotational band has been identified and assigned to 188Au for the first time using the 173Yb(19F,4nγ) reaction at the beam energies of 86 and 90 MeV. This band is proposed to be built on the πh9/2 νi13/2 configuration by comparing the band properties with known bands in neighboring nuclei. The prolate-to-oblate shape transition through triaxial shape has been proposed to occur around 188Au for the πh9/2 νi13/2 bands in odd-odd Au isotopes on the basis of total Routhian surface (TRS) calculations. 相似文献

Abstract— Electronic and catalytic properties of CuO doped by univalent or trivalent elements were investigated. Doping B or Sb into CuO was found to induce the decarboxylation reaction of pyruvic acid under irradiation with visible light. The decarboxylation reaction is accelerated by raising the temperature. The electronic conductivity of CuO is decreased by increasing the doping concentration of the trivalent element in the low concentration region and increased in the high concentration region. The doping concentration which gives the maximum production of the catalytic decarboxylation is well coincident with the concentration at the minimum electronic conductivity. 相似文献

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common and devastating dementia. Simple and practical biomarkers for AD are urgently required for accurate diagnosis and to facilitate the development of disease-modifying interventions. The subjects for the study were selected on the basis of PiB amyloid imaging by PET. Forty PiB-positive (PiB+) individuals, including cognitively healthy controls (HC), and mild cognitive impairment and AD individuals, and 22 PiB-negative (PiB−) HC participated. Employing our novel highly sensitive immunoprecipitation-mass spectrometry, we measured plasma amyloid β-proteins (Aβs; Aβ1-40 and Aβ1-42) and Aβ-approximate peptides (AβAPs), which were cleaved from amyloid precursor protein (APP). Among the AβAPs, APP669-711 appeared to be a good reference for deciphering pathological change of Aβ1-42. We evaluated the performance of the ratio of APP669-711 to Aβ1-42 (APP669-711/Aβ1-42) as a biomarker. APP669-711/Aβ1-42 significantly increased in the PiB+ groups. The sensitivity and specificity to discriminate PiB+ individuals from PiB− individuals were 0.925 and 0.955, respectively. Our plasma biomarker precisely surrogates cerebral amyloid deposition. 相似文献

In the course of our searching for anti-HIV agents from natural sources, we have isolated a triterpene and a doubly linked proanthocyanidin dimer as HIV-1 protease inhibitors from the wood of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge (Sapindaceae)1. Surface crossing of the potential energy surfaces (PESs) and the formulation of differentiable PES functions are discussed in the quartet N+ 2 + O2 system containing the T shape intermediate complex. Consideration of the ion-dipole interaction between N2 and O2 fragments due to the induced dipole moment of the neutral molecule gives a good image of the surface crossing between the quartet reactant state (N+ 2 ···O2) and the quartet product state (N2 ···O+ 2) for the charge transfer (CT) reaction in terms of the conventional harpooning mechanism. Differentiable functions of PESs are constructed for the reactant and product states that may be applied for 3-dimensional dynamics calculations by means of wavepackets, and examples of 2-dimensional wavepacket dynamics calculations are introduced. Further, electron transfer processes and local electronic nature in the CT reaction are discussed in terms of the quantum mechanical energy densities based on regional density functional theory. Regional partitioning by using the kinetic energy density provides a new concept of electron transfer, and the tension density provides new images of microscopic electronic stresses. 相似文献

Abstract— The ciliated protozoan Paramecium bursaria is photosensitive. Retinal, which is the chromophore of the visual pigments of many multicellular animals, was extracted from P. bursaria and identified by HPLC. The procedure of identification was based on the change in polarity achieved by reducing retinal with sodium borohydrate to form retinol. This method is useful for the detection of small amounts of retinal in cells containing large amounts of other substances with similar polarity. The presence of retinal in P. bursaria suggests that this ciliate may contain a photoreceptor pigment with retinal as the chromophore. 相似文献
