New highly cytotoxic 1‐{3‐[1‐(5‐organylsilyl‐furan‐2‐yl)silinan‐1‐yl]propyl}amines and some trimethylgermyl analogues (IC50 1–7 μg mL?1) have been synthesized by a hydrosilylation reaction of aliphatic and heterocyclic N‐allylamines in the presence of Speier’s catalyst. The effects of the silacycle, the element‐organic substituent in position 5 of the furan ring, and the structure of the amine on the cytotoxicity of the new compounds have been studied. 相似文献

5‐Trimethylsilylderivatives of 2‐acetylthiophene and ‐furan have been regioselectively prepared by a one‐pot procedure from the corresponding 2‐acetylfuran or 2‐acetylthiophene using lithium N‐methylpiperazide (LNMP)–butyllithium–trimethylchlorosilane–water as the sequence of reagents. The ketones obtained were converted to the corresponding oximes. The structure of 2‐acetyl‐5‐trimethylsilylthiophene oxime (E‐isomer) has been studied by X‐ray diffraction. Formation of centrosymmetric dimers by means of H‐bonds has been observed. The intermolecular hydrogen bond O9? H…N8 length is 2.842(5) Å [H…N8 = 1.87 (6) Å, O9? H…N8 = 157(4)°]. New 6,6‐dimethyl‐2‐oxo‐4‐{2‐[5‐alkylsilyl(germyl)]furan(thiophen)‐2‐yl}vinyl‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitriles (IC50: 1–6 µg ml?1) have been prepared by the condensation of corresponding silicon‐ and germanium‐containing furyl(thienyl)‐2‐carbaldehydes with 3‐cyano‐4,6,6‐trimethyl‐5,6‐dihydropyran‐2‐one using piperidine acetate as a catalyst. The obtained carbonitriles were identified using NMR (1H, 13C and 29Si) spectroscopy and GC‐MS. The structure of 6,6‐dimethyl‐2‐oxo‐4‐[2‐(5‐trimethylsilyl)thiophen‐2‐yl]‐5,6‐dihydro‐2H‐pyran‐3‐carbonitrile was studied using X‐ray diffractometry. The influences of the heterocycle and the structure of the organoelement substituent on cytotoxicity and on matrix metalloproteinase inhibition have been studied. Biodegradation rate in different environments as well as deformation characteristics of poly‐β‐hydroxybutyrate (PHB), PHB biomass and of plasticized systems thereof have been investigated. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) and oxypropylated glycerine or laprol (LAP) were selected as plasticizers. Increase of the content of plasticizer from 5 to 50% gave rise of the elongation at break from 4 to 25% for LAP and from 2 to 9% for PEG, respectively. No significant changes of strength were recorded. It remained comparatively small ‐ around 2.5 MPa. PHB, biomass and the PHB composition containing 10% PEG completely decomposed in soil during 30 days. PHB containing 33% of biologically stable LAP additives lost half of its mass at the same period. Structural changes of plasticized biomass are also shown. 相似文献

3,5-Disubstituted isoxazolines with an aryloxymethyl group in position 5 have been synthesized. The [2+3] cycloaddition reaction of benzonitrile oxide to a 5-chlorosalicylic acid derivative containing two allyl groups occurs to give a compound with an oxazolinylmethyl fragment both in the ester and the ether parts of the molecule. The addition of nitrile oxides to the aryl allyl ethers occurs regiospecifically to give the 5-substituted isomer. 相似文献
