Poly(phosphoramidites)-Polycondensation Products of Phosphorous Triamides with Aliphatic Diols and Dibasic Phenols

Phosphorous triamides react with aliphatic diols and dibasic phenols: 1,6-hexanediol, 2,2'-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane, 1,4-hydroquinone, and 4,4'-dihydroxybiphenyl in the temperature range 80-110°C in diethylene glycol dimethyl ether or without a solvent to afford phosphorus-containing regular high-molecular products having an O₂P(NR₂) moiety in the monomeric unit. The resulting poly(phosphoramidites) are capable of swelling in organic solvents, and they can be used as macroligands in the catalytic hydrogenation of styrene over rhodium(I) complexes.     

Phosphorylation of Tetrahydric Phenols with Trivalent Phosphorus Compounds. Synthesis of Tetraphosphites

The reactions of 1,1'-spirobi(5,6-dihydroxy-3,3-dimethylindane) and 1,2,4,5-tetrahydroxybenzene with 2-chloro-1,2,3-dioxaphosphorinanes of various structure were used to obtain tetraphosphorylated systems. Investigation of the chemical properties of the products was initiated. Basing on 1,1'-spirobi(3,3-dimethylindane-5,6-diyl) tetra(2,2-dimethylpropanediyl phosphite), a Pt(II) chelate was synthesized.     

Catalytic Activity of Amines Hydrochlorides,Intramolecular Catalysis and Stereoselectivity of Phosphorylation of Hydroxylcontaining Nucleophiles with P(III)-N-Ethylanilines

Abstract

The effect of acid-base properties of amines hydrochlorides (AH) on their catalytic activity in methanolysis of P(III)-N-ethylaniline has been studied. The analysis of Bronsted correlation equation was indicative of general acid catalysis and it was thus confirmed, that general regularities had place during alcoholysis of P(III)-amines under catalysis with AH. In addition, the increasing of alcohol polarity leads to the increasing of proton transfer degree (α) from acid catalysts to phospho(III)amine substrate and to the increasing of the positive charge at the phosphorus in the transition state. Besides, the comparison of α values indicates that in more polar methanol (in comparison with tbutanol) the catalysis is more sensitive to the acidity change of used catalysts.     

Cyclophosphorylation of β-cyclodextrin silyl derivatives with trivalent phosphorus acids dichlorides

A study of cyclophosphorylation with trivalent phosphorus acids dichlorides showed that the reaction, in contrast to a similar phosphorylation with phosphorous acid di- and triamides is less effective, and in the case of phenylphosphonous dichloride is accompanied by a noticeable desilylation.     

dihydroquercetin in the reactions with phosphorous acid hexaethyltriamide

The possibility was demonstrated and conditions were developed of a directional phosphorylation of dihydroquercetin flavonoid with phosphorous hexaethyltriamide. The chemical properties of the obtained compounds of trivalent phosphorus are currently under investigation.     

Synthesis and properties of 2-ethyl-1-butyl-5-oxo-1,2-azaphospholane

Conclusions The hydrolysis, alcoholysis, aminolysis, and acidolysis of 2-ethyl-1-butyl-5-oxo-1,2-azaphospholane proceeds with cleavage of the nitrogen-phosphorus bond.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 9, pp. 2059–2064, September, 1972.     

β-cyclodextrin and its silyl derivative inclusion complexes and conjugates with medicine preparation “Ibuprofen” and its synthetic precursors

A possibility of formation of various inclusion complexes and conjugates of β-cyclodextrin and its silyl derivatives with the medicine preparation “Ibuprofen” and its synthetic precursors in dependence of nature of solvent and size of cyclodextrin cavity is demonstrated.
