A new material for matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) was synthesized -- p-nitro-N-propylaniline/silica (pNNPASi) by grafting reactions, characterized by elemental analysis and N(2)-adsorption-desorption isotherms, and tested for multiclass multiresidue analysis of pesticides in wet and freeze-dried carrots. Results obtained applying this new solid phase sorbent to MSPD extraction of ten pesticides (trichlorphon, trifluralin, dicloran, chlorothalonil, prometryn, linuron, captan, procymidone, prochloraz, and deltametrin) in wet carrots showed better results than the ones obtained for freeze-dried samples. Recoveries were in the range of 48-106% and precisions varied from 6 to 20% when wet samples were employed. Comparison between pNNPASi sorbent and C(18) showed better performance of pNNPASi for eight out of ten pesticides tested. The LOQs show that the developed method can be used to detect the pesticides investigated in carrots at concentrations below the maximum residue levels (MRL) established by EU, USEPA, and National Sanitary Surveillance Agency (ANVISA). Linuron, captan, prochloraz, and deltamethrin were found in at least one of the two commercial samples studied in concentrations above the LOQ of this method. Concentrations of the last three pesticides were above the European MRL in one of the commercial samples.  相似文献

A new method to create a controlled notch filter for attenuation of signals based on regenerated fiber Bragg gratings is experimentally demonstrated. A fine adjustment of the notch depth is achieved by controlling the time of regeneration phenomenon in strongly saturated Bragg gratings written in standard ITU G.652 single-mode fiber. This method can used to produce tailored notch filters for several photonic applications, such as optical RF filtering, subcarrier processing or radio over fiber systems.  相似文献

We study network growth from a fixed set of initially isolated nodes placed at random on the surface of a sphere. The growth mechanism we use adds edges to the network depending on strictly local gain and cost criteria. Only nodes that are not too far apart on the sphere may be considered for being joined by an edge. Given two such nodes, the joining occurs only if the gain of doing it surpasses the cost. Our model is based on a multiplicative parameter λ that regulates, in a function of node degrees, the maximum geodesic distance that is allowed between nodes for them to be considered for joining. For n nodes distributed uniformly on the sphere, and for within limits that depend on cost-related parameters, we have found that our growth mechanism gives rise to power-law distributions of node degree that are invariant for constant . We also study connectivity- and distance-related properties of the networks.  相似文献

Thermal characteristics analysis of an IGBT using a fiber Bragg grating   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper proposes a new method to develop a thermal model of an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) employing an optical fiber sensor mounted on the chip structure. Some features of the sensor such as electromagnetic immunity, small size and fast response time, allow the identification of temperature changes generated by the energy loss during device operation through direct measurement. In fact, this measurement method is considered impossible with conventional sensors. The online monitoring of the junction temperature enables identify the thermal characteristics of the IGBT. The results are used to develop an accurate model to simulate the heat generated during the device conduction and switching processes. The model showed a difference of only 0.3% between the measured and simulated results, besides allowing evaluate separately the heat generated by each turn-ON/OFF process.  相似文献

A mesoporous silica-based hybrid material composed of silica xerogel modified with an ionic silsesquioxane, which contains the 1,4-diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane chloride group, was obtained. The silsesquioxane film is highly dispersed on the surface. This hybrid material was utilized to develop a carbon paste electrode (CPE) for determination of methyl parathion. Transmission FTIR, elemental analysis and N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms were used for characterization of the material. The electrochemical behavior of methyl parathion was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. It was observed a linear response to methyl parathion in the concentration range from 1.25 × 10?7 to 2.56 × 10?6 mol L?1 by employing the carbon paste electrode, in Britton–Robinson buffer solution (pH 6). The achieved detection limit (3 SD of the blank divided by the slope of calibration curve) was 0.013 µmol L?1 and sensitivity was 6.3 µA µmol L?1. This result shows the potentiality of this electrode for application as electrochemical sensor for methyl parathion.  相似文献

Organophosphates (OPs) constitute many toxic agrochemicals and warfare and can undergo a wide spectrum of mechanisms, some which are fairly unexplored. In this sense, concise mechanistic elucidation stands out as a strategic tool for achieving efficient detoxification and for monitoring processes. Particularly intriguing is the effect of substituting the oxygen atom of the phosphoryl moiety (P=O) in OPs with a sulfur atom to give the thio-derived OPs (i.e., OTPs, P=S). In general, imidazole (IMZ) reacts very efficiently with OPs by targeting the phosphorus atom, although herein we evidence a thio-driven shift with OTPs: IMZ undergoes unusual nucleophilic attack at the aliphatic carbon atom of methyl parathion. Alkylation of IMZ under mild conditions (aqueous weakly basic medium) is also novel and should be applicable to other novel IMZ-based architectures, and thereby, it can be a great ally for organic synthesis. Overall, a broader understanding of the mechanistic trend involved in such highly toxic agents is provided.  相似文献

In this work we deal with nondeterministic stochastic activity networks (NDSANs). Their stochastic character results from activity durations, which are given by nonnegative continuous random variables. The nondeterministic behavior of an NDSAN is a consequence of its variable topology, based on two additional features. First, by associating choice probabilities with the immediate successors of an activity, some branches of execution are not always taken. Second, by allowing iterated executions of a group of activities according to predetermined probabilities, the number of times an activity is to be executed is not determined a priori. These properties lead to a wide variety of activity networks, capable of modelling many real situations in process engineering and project management. We describe a simple, recursively structured construction of NDSANs, which both provides a coherent syntactic mechanism to incorporate the two abovementioned nondeterminism features and allows the analytic formulation of completion time. This construction also directly gives rise to a recursive simulation algorithm for NDSANs, whose repeated execution produces an estimate of the probability distribution of the completion time of the network. We also report on real-world case studies, using the Komolgorov–Smirnov statistic for validation.  相似文献
