Partial critical dependences of the form current-magnetic field in a two-layered symmetric Josephson junction are modeled. A numerical experiment shows that, for the zero interaction coefficient between the layers of the junction, jumps of the critical currents corresponding to different distributions of the magnetic fluxes in the layers may appear on the critical curves. This fact allows a mathematical interpretation of the results of some recent experimental results for two-layered junctions as a consequence of discontinuities of partial critical curves.  相似文献

Fusarium graminearum is a fungal pathogen that can colonize small-grain cereals and maize and secrete type B trichothecene (TCTB) mycotoxins. The development of environmental-friendly strategies guaranteeing the safety of food and feed is a key challenge facing agriculture today. One of these strategies lies on the promising capacity of products issued from natural sources to counteract crop pests. In this work, the in vitro efficiency of sixteen extracts obtained from eight natural sources using subcritical water extraction at two temperatures was assessed against fungal growth and TCTB production by F. graminearum. Maritime pine sawdust extract was shown to be extremely efficient, leading to a significant inhibition of up to 89% of the fungal growth and up to 65% reduction of the mycotoxin production by F. graminearum. Liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analysis of this active extract revealed the presence of three families of phenolics with a predominance of methylated compounds and suggested that the abundance of methylated structures, and therefore of hydrophobic compounds, could be a primary factor underpinning the activity of the maritime pine sawdust extract. Altogether, our data support that wood/forest by-products could be promising sources of bioactive compounds for controlling F. graminearum and its production of mycotoxins.  相似文献

A MnII chelating dendrimer was prepared as a contrast agent for MRI applications. The dendrimer comprises six tyrosine‐derived [Mn(EDTA)(H2O)]2? moieties coupled to a cyclotriphosphazene core. Variable temperature 17O NMR spectroscopy revealed a single water co‐ligand per MnII that undergoes fast water exchange (kex=(3.0±0.1)×108 s?1 at 37 °C). The 37 °C per MnII relaxivity ranged from 8.2 to 3.8 mM ?1 s?1 from 0.47 to 11.7 T, and is sixfold higher on a per molecule basis. From this field dependence a rotational correlation time was estimated as 0.45(±0.02) ns. The imaging and pharmacokinetic properties of the dendrimer were compared to clinically used [Gd(DTPA)(H2O)]2? in mice at 4.7 T. On first pass, the higher per ion relaxivity of the dendrimer resulted in twofold greater blood signal than for [Gd(DTPA)(H2O)]2?. Blood clearance was fast and elimination occurred through both the renal and hepatobiliary routes. This MnII containing dendrimer represents a potential alternative to Gd‐based contrast agents, especially in patients with chronic kidney disease where the use of current Gd‐based agents may be contraindicated.  相似文献

A sensitive and rapid magnetic nanoparticle-based fluorescent immunoassay for the determination of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk was developed. Aflatoxin M1 was converted to aflatoxin M1-o-carboxymethyl oxime. The aflatoxin M1-oxime was used for the preparation of aflatoxin M1-oxime-fluoresceinamine conjugate through the carbodiimide reaction. The aflatoxin M1-oxime-fluoresceinamine conjugate was characterized by ultraviolet–visible and infrared spectroscopy. Magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4) were synthesized and modified by 3-(aminopropyl)triethoxysilane. The size of initial (139?nm) and functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (147?nm) was determined by particle analysis. The optimal mass of immobilized antibody (25?µg) and optimal concentration of aflatoxin M1-oxime-fluoresceinamine conjugate (15?µg?mL?1) for magnetic nanoparticle-based fluorescent immunoassay were determined. The developed immunoassay provided a linear aflatoxin M1 concentration range from 3.0 to 100?pg?mL?1 in bovine milk. The detection limit was 2.9?pg?mL?1. The results of aflatoxin M1 magnetic nanoparticle-based fluorescent immunoassay in heat-treated milk and phosphate-buffered saline at pH 6.6 were compared. The influence of the somatic cell count, pH, and fat concentration in bovine milk on the aflatoxin M1 immunoassay was investigated. The influence of the milk species on the immunoassay was also characterized. The high fat concentration ovine milk depressed the sensitivity of the aflatoxin M1 immunoassay.  相似文献

In this work we report the results of investigation of silver (Ag) nanoparticles prepared on a silica substrate by laser ablation. Our attention was focused on the mean diameter, size distribution and optical absorption properties of nanoparticles prepared in vacuum by using different laser wavelengths. The fundamental wavelength and the second, third, and fourth harmonics of a nanosecond Nd:YAG laser were used for nanoparticles fabrication. The corresponding values of the laser fluence for each wavelength were: 0.6 J/cm2 at 266 nm, 0.8 J/cm2 at 355 nm, 2.8 J/cm2 at 532 nm, and 2 J/cm2 at 1064 nm. The Ag nanoparticles produced have mean diameters in the range from 2 nm to 12 nm as the nanoparticles’ size decreases with the decrease of the wavelength used. The presence of the Ag nanoparticles was also evidenced by the appearance of a strong optical absorption band in the measured UV-VIS spectra associated with surface plasmon resonance (SPR). A redshift and widening of the absorption peak were observed as the laser wavelength was increased. Some additional investigations were performed in order to clarify the structure of the Ag nanoparticles.  相似文献

The fragmentation of a 550MeV/u primary beam of 58Ni on a 9Be target has been used to measure time- and energy-correlated γ decays following the implantation of event-by-event discriminated secondary fragments into a 9Be stopper plate. A new isomeric γ decay with T 1/2 = 14( ) ns and E γ = 646.2(2) keV is observed and attributed to the decay of the yrast 3/2- state in 53 27Co26 . This short-lived isomeric state has been populated by means of nuclear reactions during the stopping process of the secondary fragments. The experimental findings are discussed in the framework of large-scale spherical shell model calculations in conjunction with isospin symmetry-breaking residual interactions for the A = 53 , T z = ±1/2 mirror nuclei 53Co and 53Fe .  相似文献

The temperature dependence of the molar heat capacities of the tellurites Fe2(TeO3)3, Fe2TeO5 and Fe2Te4O11 were determined. By statistical manipulation of the values obtained, the parameters in the equations for the corresponding compounds showing this dependence were determined using the least-squares method. These equations together with the standard molar entropies were used to determine the thermodynamic functions Δ0T S m0, ΔTT,H m0 and (Φm0 + Δ0T’ H m0 / T) for T’=298.15 K.  相似文献

Model membrane systems are gaining more and more interest both for basic studies of membrane-related processes as well as for biotechnological applications. Several different model systems have been reported among which the tethered bilayer lipid membranes (tBLMs) form a very attractive and powerful architecture. In all the proposed architectures, a control of the lateral organization of the structures at a molecular level is of great importance for an optimized preparation. For tBLMs, a homogeneous and not too dense monolayer is required to allow for the functional incorporation of complex membrane proteins. We present here an alternative approach to the commonly used self-assembly preparation. Lipids are spread on the air-water interface of a Langmuir film balance and form a monomolecular film. This allows for a better control of the lateral pressure and distribution for subsequent transfer to solid substrates. In this paper, we describe the properties of the surface monolayer, in terms of surface pressure, structure of the lipid molecule, content of lipid mixtures, temperature, and relaxations features. It is shown that a complete mixing of anchor-lipids and free lipids can be achieved. Furthermore, an increase of the spacer lengths and a decrease of the temperature lead to more compact films. This approach is a first step toward the fully controlled assembly of a model membrane system.  相似文献

In this study, some crucial parameters were determined of flexible polymer–organic solar cells prepared from an active layer blend of poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and the fullerene derivative [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) mixed in 1:1 mass ratio and deposited from chlorobenzene solution by spin-coating on poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/ITO substrates. Additionally, the positive effect of an electron transport layer (ETL) prepared from zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO np) on flexible photovoltaic elements’ performance and stability was investigated. Test devices with above normal architecture and silver back electrodes deposed by magnetron sputtering were constructed under environmental conditions. They were characterized by current-voltage (I–V) measurements, quantum efficiency, impedance spectroscopy, surface morphology, and time–degradation experiments. The control over morphology of active layer thin film was achieved by post-deposition thermal treatment at temperatures of 110–120 °C, which led to optimization of device morphology and electrical parameters. The impedance spectroscopy results of flexible photovoltaic elements were fitted using two R||CPE circuits in series. Polymer–organic solar cells prepared on plastic substrates showed comparable current–voltage characteristics and structural properties but need further device stability improvement according to traditionally constructed cells on glass substrates.  相似文献
