Active hydrogen compounds such as hydroquinone (HQ), cyclohexanone (CH), acetophenone (AP), and 4,4′-methylene bis-N-methylaniline (MNA) polymerized with formaldehyde (F) and secondary diamines to produce Mannich base polyamine polymers. The HQ-containing polymers were oxidized to benzoquinone (BQ)-containing polymers and their redox properties were investigated in the desulfurization of hydrogen sulfide.  相似文献

The sol-gel processing was applied to the fabrication of PbTiO3 fibers. Pb(CH3COO)2·3H2O and Ti(OC3H 7 i )4 were refluxed with stirring in 2-methoxyethanol to form Pb-methoxyethoxide and Ti-methoxyethoxide, respectively, followed by mixing with stirring in 2-methoxyethanol to form Pb−Ti double alkoxide. The hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction of this double alkoxide gave polymerized products, and as a result the viscosity of the solution increased, suggesting that linear polymers were produced through the hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction. Homogeneous PbTiO3 gel fibers were drawn from the spinnable viscous solutions, which were wellcrystallized into perovskite type PbTiO3 at 650°C. The heat-treated fibers were a few centimeters long and from 10 to 100 μm in diameter. The fiber was made up of extremely uniform grains. Electron diffraction revealed a preferred growth of (101) planes along the fiber axis, which might be due to the linear molecular characteristics of the alkoxide.  相似文献

The copper complexes and the cobalt complex with the ligand of 3-(2-pyrrolylmethyl-enimino)propene-1 (PIP) or p-(2-pyrrolylmethylenimino)styrene (PIS) were synthesized and homopolymerizations and the copolymerization with styrene, acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid studied. In the polymerization of chelate monomers, inhibition of radical polymerization by the central metal ion was observed, but the chelate polymer could be obtained only if the initiator was present in higher concentrations in the feed. It is considered that the strength of inhibition depends on the electronic configuration of d-orbitals of the central metal ion. The initiation mechanism of the cupric chelate monomer may be reduction of the metal ion by the redox reaction with a primary radical via the intramolecular electron transfer through the π-conjugated system of the ligand prior to the propagation step. This mechanism was verified by studying the redox reaction of various copper complexes with DPPH. In the system of the copper complex containing PIS and acylic acid the alternating copolymer could be obtained at any mole fraction of monomer mixture in feed.  相似文献

Nifedipine-containing calcium phosphate cement (CPC) was prepared, and nifedipine (NF) release from this preparation was evaluated by the shaking method (SK), Japanese Pharmacopoeia XIV (JPXIV) paddle method (PD), and JPXIV flow-through cell method (FT). The release of NF from the CPC preparation continued for 7 d or longer by all these methods. This suggests that the release of NF can be controlled by preparing NF-containing CPC. The release pattern of NF from CPC in these tests was found to follow the Higuchi equation. However, the Higuchi constant differed among the three dissolution tests, probably because the apparent tortuosity of capillary system (tau) varied.  相似文献

Improvement of solubility for fullerene (C60) was studied by cogrinding with cycloamyloses using a ball mill in the solid state. Cycloamylose is a novel cyclic alpha-1,4-glucan produced from synthetic amylose by enzymatic reaction. Although sample solutions showed a pale yellow for the initial period of cogrinding with cycloamyloses and C60, the color varied to brown after 48 h. Subsequently, the solubility of C60 was improved markedly to 560 (microg/ml) at 96 h. From powder X-ray diffraction analysis, the peak intensity of crystalline C60 decreased as the cogrinding time was extended. The UV-VIS absorption spectrum of C60 shows absorption bands at 262 and 340 nm in water with cycloamyloses, and 258 and 328 nm in n-hexane. These results suggested that C60 molecules were dispersed into cycloamyloses micellar system and the red-shift of the UV-VIS spectra was due to an intermolecular interaction between C60 and cycloamyloses.  相似文献

The molecular complex formed between indomethacin (IDM) and lidocaine (LDC), which are typical external medicines, was studied. A thermal analysis, microscopic study and phase solubility technique suggested intermolecular interaction between IDM and LDC. The phase solubility profiles with IDM and LDC were classified as A(L)-type, indicating the formation of a 1 : 1 stoichiometric molecular complex. The apparent stability constant (K(S)), calculated from the slope and the intercept, was 4478.9 M(-1). A molecular ion peak was detected at 592.2 (m/z) from fast-atom bombardment-MS measurements, which was in accordance with the sum of the molecular weight for IDM (M(W): 357.81) and LDC (M(W): 234.38). The changes of IR spectra in the C=O stretching region showed that each intact hydrogen bond network was collapsed in the IDM-LDC system and strong interaction between IDM and LDC formed after their kneading. From the (1)H-NMR analyses, it was estimated that the dominant interactive site was the IDM carboxylic acid group which associated with the LDC diethyl amino group non-covalently.  相似文献

Vinyl-type monomers containing the pyrrole ring, such as 2-vinylpyrrole (2-VPyrr), N-(pyrrol-2-yl)methylacrylamide (PMA), N-methyl, N-(pyrrol-2-yl)methylacrylamide (MPMA), 2-allylpyrrole (2-AP), β-(pyrrol-1-yl)ethyl vinyl ether (PEVE), 2-diallyl-aminomethylpyrrole (DAMP), and 3-(2-pyrrolylmethyleneimino)propene-1 (PIP) were synthesized by various reactions involving characteristic properties of the pyrrole ring. Radical homopolymerizations and copolymerizations of these monomers were studied. In the homopolymerization of conjugated monomers such as 2-VPyrr and PMA, chain transfer to the pyrrole-containing monomer was remarkable but not degradative. The copolymerization parameters, that is, the values of r1, r2, Q1, and e1 of 2-VPyrr, were determined to be 0.066, 0.69, 5.53, and ?1.36, respectively in the copolymerization of 2-VPyrr (M1) with MMA (M2). The Q and e values of the monomers containing a heteroaromatic ring such as 2-vinylpyrrole, 2-vinylfuran, and 2-vinylthiophene were evaluated by the molecular orbital theory. The e value of PMA was found to be negative (?0.64) in the copolymerization with styrene, although e for acrylamide derivatives is generally positive. This may be explained by the intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the carbonyl group and NH group of PMA. That is, attraction or polarization of π-electrons in the vinyl group of PMA is weakened by such hydrogen bonding. From the results of copolymerization of 2-AP with various comonomers, the comonomers could be classified into three categories: class a monomers, in which both Q and e values are largely positive, can copolymerize with 2-AP; class b monomers, having small e values, homopolymerize and can not copolymerize with 2-AP; class c monomers, in which both Q and e values are small. The Q and e values of the comonomer must be largely positive in order to permit copolymerization with an allyl-type monomer.  相似文献

In order to develop new biocompatible materials, monomethoxy polyethyleneglycol vinyl ethers (Me(EG)n VE, n = 1–39) were synthesized from the corresponding monomethoxy polyethyleneglycol with acetylene. Successful purification of the macromonomers was performed by some adsorption procedures such as charcoal and ion-exchange resin treatments. The Me(EG)n VE macromonomers were easily copolymerized with maleic anhydride (MAn) to give alternating copolymers. The copolymerization rates significantly depended on the ethyleneglycol chain length of the Me(EG)n VE, resulting in relatively lower polymerization rate of higher MW macromonomer. The use of nonelectron donor solvent such as carbon tetrachloride led to higher yields and higher MW of copolymers.  相似文献

Asymmetric linear and cross-linked imidazole-containing polymers were prepared from 1-[2(S)-methylbutyl]-4-vinylimidazole and 1-[2(S)-methylbutyl]-5-vinylimidazole. The esterolytic reactions of these linear and cross-linked asymmetric polymers with the enantiomeric substrates (R)- and (S)-4-(3-methylpentadecanoyl)-3-nitrobenzoic acid, (R)- and (S)-S, were studied by measuring the pseudo-first order kinetics of the solvolysis of these enantiomeric substrates in the presence of these asymmetric polymers. The linear homopolymers and copolymers of 1-[2(S)-methylbutyl]-4- and 5-vinylimidazole showed hydrophobic and electrostatic effects in the solvolysis of the enantiomeric substrates with these linear asymmetric polymers. Cross-links were introduced into these asymmetric polymers to increase the rigidity and reduce the number of conformations available to the polymer. The reduced conformational mobility was expected to enhance any enantioselectivity in the solvolysis of the enantiomeric substrates with these polymers. Using these cross-linked polymers, hydrophobic interactions were observed in the solvolysis of a series of substrates with increasing alkyl chain length. Also, on changing the polarity of the solvent, a bell-shaped rate profile was observed in the solvolysis of the long chain substrate S. This effect was attributed to a combination of the coiling of the cross-linked polymer chains and hydrophobic interactions with the substrate on changing solvent polarity. Even with the increased rigidity of these cross-linked polymers, no significant enantioselectivity in the solvolysis of the enantiomeric substrates was observed. So, neither the linear nor the cross-linked asymmetric polyvinylimidazoles showed enantioselectivity in the solvolysis of these enantiomeric substrates. In this case, the hydrophobic interactions and the reduced conformational mobility through crosslinking were not strong enough to bring about enantioselectivity in the solvolysis of these enantiomeric substrates.  相似文献
