The stereocontrolled total synthesis of (-)-spirofungin A (1) and (+)-spirofungin B (2a), polyketide-type antibiotics having various antifungal activities, has been achieved employing the Weinreb amide 8, the alkyne 9, and the vinyl boronate 5 readily available from the common intermediate 10. The first synthesis proceeded with a longest linear sequence of 31 steps, affording (-)-1 and (+)-2a in 7.9% and 5.2% overall yields, respectively.  相似文献

Treatment of a dinuclear Ru(II) amido complex [Cp*Ru(mu2-NHPh)]2 (Cp* = eta5-C5Me5) with small organic substrates including CO, tert-butyl isocyanide, a sulfur ylide Ph2S=CH2, and diphenylacetylene resulted in an unexpected disproportionation reaction of the bridging amido ligands to produce a free amine and a series of imido-bridged diruthenium complexes [(Cp*Ru)2(mu2-L)(mu2-NPh)] (L = CO, t-BuNC, CH2). In the case of diphenylacetylene, the bridging imido ligand underwent subsequent coupling reaction with the coordinated alkyne to form an iminoalkenyl complex [(Cp*Ru)2(mu2-PhNCPhCPh)].  相似文献

The selective N-methylation of bifunctionalized amines with supercritical methanol (scCH(3)OH) promoted by the conventional solid acids (H-mordenite, beta-zeolite, amorphous silica-alumina) and acid-base bifunctional catalysts (Cs-P-Si mixed oxide and gamma-alumina) was investigated in a continuous-flow, fixed-bed reactor. The use of scCH(3)OH in the reaction of 2-aminoethanol with methanol (amine/CH(3)OH = 1/10.8) over the solid catalysts led to a significant improvement in the chemoselectivity of the N-methylation. Among the catalysts examined, the Cs-P-Si mixed oxide provided the most efficient catalyst performance in terms of selectivity and reactivity at 300 degrees C and 8.2 MPa; the N-methylation selectivity in the products reaching up to 94% at 86% conversion. The present selective methylation was successfully applied to the synthesis of N-methylated amino alcohols and diamines as well as O-methylated ethylene glycol. Noticeably, ethoxyethylamine was less reactive, suggesting that the hydroxy group of the amino alcohols is a crucial structural factor in determining high reactivity and selectivity, possibly because of the tethering effect of another terminus, a hydroxo group, to the catalyst surface. The magic-angle-spinning NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis of the Cs-P-Si mixed oxide catalyst revealed that the acidic and basic sites originate from P(2)O(5)/SiO(2) and Cs/SiO(2), respectively, and the weak acid-base paired sites are attributed to three kinds of cesium phosphates on SiO(2). The weak acid-base sites on the catalyst surface might be responsible for the selective dehydrative methylation.  相似文献

A neural network model for solving an assortment problem found in the iron and steel industry is discussed in this paper. The problem arises in the yard where steel plate is cut into rectangular pieces. The neural network model can be categorized as a Hopfield model, but the model is expanded to handle inequality constraints. The idea of a penalty function is used. A large penalty is applied to the network if a constraint is not satisfied. The weights are updated based on the penalty values. A special term is added to the energy function of the network to guarantee the convergence of the neural network which has this feature. The performance of the neural network was evaluated by comparison with an existing expert system. The results showed that the neural network has the potential to identify in a short time near-optimal solutions to the assortment problem. The neural network is used as the core of a system for dealing with the assortment problem. In building the neural networks system for practical use, there were many implementation issues. Some of them are presented here, and the fundamental ideas are explained. The performance of the neural network system is compared to that of the expert system and evaluated from the practical viewpoint. The results show that the neural network system is useful in handling the assortment problem.  相似文献

Coprecipitation with terbium hydroxide quantitatively recovered trace amounts of chromium(III), copper(II) and lead(II) at pH 8.4 - 10.8, 8.0 - 11.5 and 8.7 - 11.5, respectively. The precipitate was dissolved in 0.85 mol dm(-3) nitric acid, and the analytes were determined by graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GF-AAS). The presence of terbium (up to 7 g dm(-3)) did not interfere with the determination. The detection limits were 0.3 microg dm(-3) for chromium, 0.4 microg dm(-3) for copper and 0.5 microg dm(-3) for lead, when the analytes in 200 cm3 of the sample solution were concentrated into 10 cm3. The ions added to river or seawater were quantitatively recovered. Chromium and copper in a contaminated river water were successfully determined.  相似文献

Abstract

The dislocations moving on slip planes in a KCl single crystal under an applied load were observed successfully by a 90° angle light scattering method using a high-power Ar-ion laser (2W for a wavelength of 514 nm). The photographs of stationary dislocations were taken by an scanning type optical microscope. The image of such dislocations was very sharp and uniform compared with that of grown-in dislocations. The dynamic behavior of moving dislocations was observed by an image intensifier to intensify the scattered light from dislocations. The motion of dislocations was jerkey under a constant load in almost all cases.  相似文献
