The excess volume of mixing of some electron-donating aromatic hydrocarbons like benzene, toluene,p-xylene, and mesitylene with an electronaccepting liquid 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene have been measured at 30°C. The results indicate that the interaction between the components increases as the electron-donating power of the hydrocarbons increases. The V m e values are related to the ionization potentials of the hydrocarbons.  相似文献

The present work introduces for the first time the catalytic utility of micron particulate aluminium nitride (AlN/Al) as a novel and reusable heterogeneous catalyst for the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes involving the electrophilic substitution of indoles on aldehydes. The objective of the present investigation was to design a thermodynamically stable and dilutable nanoemulsion formulation of AT-Ca with minimum surfactant concentration that could improve its solubility as well as its oral bioavailability. The composition of optimized nanoemulsion formulation was Sefsol 218 and oleic acid (1:1) 10% w/w, as an oil phase, Tween-20 (19% w/w) as a surfactant, Carbitol (19% w/w) as a cosurfactant and distilled water (52% w/w) as an aqueous phase, containing 10 mg of AT. The optimized formulation showed higher% drug release (99.34%), lower droplet size (42.8 ± 0.42 nm) with low polydispersity index (0.237 ± 0.012), less viscosity (27.51 ± 1.01 cP) and infinite dilution capability. In vitro drug release from the nanoemulsion formulations was highly significant (p < 0.01) as compared to drug suspension.  相似文献

The D-glucose derived aziridine carboxylate 5 was obtained from (E)-ethyl-6-bromo-1,2-O-isopropylidene-3-O-benzyl-5-deoxy-alpha-D-xylo-5-eno-heptofuranuronate 4 through conjugate addition of benzylamine and in situ intramolecular nucleophilic expulsion of bromine. The regioselective aziridine ring-opening, using water as a nucleophile, resulted in the alpha-hydroxy-beta-aminoester 6, which was exploited in the synthesis of six and five membered azasugars 1b/1c and 2b/2c, respectively. The glycosidase inhibitory activity of the title compounds was evaluated.  相似文献

Facile reductive coupling of benzylic halides is reported with ferrous oxalate dihydrate in DMF or HMPA under nitrogen atmosphere at 155-160 degrees C. The coupling is proposed to proceed by two successive oxidative additions of benzylic halides to ferrous oxalate to give an intermediate organoiron complex which undergoes concerted dimerization to give the corresponding reductively coupled dimers in high yields.  相似文献

Control of the stabilization/destabilization of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) on nanoparticles is important for promotion of their organized assembly and for their use as delivery vehicles. At the same time, understanding the mechanism of these processes can yield insight into nanoparticle-cell interactions and nanoparticle toxicity. In this study, the suspension/precipitation process of zwitterionic lipid/SiO(2) nanosystems was analyzed as a function of ionic strength and as a function of the ratio of lipid/SiO(2) surface areas, at pH = 7.6. Salt is necessary to induce supported lipid bilayer (SLB) formation for zwitterionic lipids on silica (SiO(2)) (Seantier, B.; Kasemo, B., Influence of Mono- and Divalent Ions on the Formation of Supported Phospholipid Bilayers via Vesicle Adsorption. Langmuir 2009, 25 (10), 5767-5772). However, for zwitterionic SLBs on SiO(2) nanoparticles, addition of salt can cause precipitation of the SLBs, due to electrostatic shielding by both the lipid and the salt and to the suppression of thermal undulation/protrusion repulsive forces for lipids on solid surfaces. At ionic strengths that cause precipitation of SLBs, it was found that addition of excess SUVs, at ratios where there were equal populations of SUVs and SLBs, restored the undulation/protrusion repulsive forces and restabilized the suspensions. We suggest that SUVs separate SLBs in the suspension, as observed by TEM, and that SLB-SLB interactions are replaced by SLB-SUV interactions. Decreasing the relative amount of lipid, to the extent that there was less lipid available than the amount required for complete bilayer coverage of the SiO(2), resulted in precipitation of the nanosystem by a process of nanoparticle lipid bridging. For this case, we postulate a process in which lipid bilayer patches on one nanoparticle collide with bare silica patches on another SiO(2) nanoparticle, forming a single bilayer bridge between them. TEM data confirmed these findings, thus indicating that lipid bridges are composed of half bilayers on adjoining SiO(2) nanoparticles.  相似文献
