The reactions of K[Fe{Si(OMe)3}(CO)3(PY)][PY=Ph2PCH2C(O)Ph, Ph2PCH2C(O)[(-C5H4)FeCp] (Cp=5-C5H5), Ph2P(CH2)2CN] with CdCl2·2.5H2O, ZnX 2 (X=Cl, I) or InCl3 afforded Fe-Cd-Fe or Fe-M(-X)2 M-Fe (M=Cd, Zn, In;X=Cl, I) and Fe-InCl2 complexes. Some of them contain an unusual and labile -2-SiO alkoxysilyl bridge which may be associated with a bridging mode for the ketophosphine ligand (first such example structurally established), thus providing original results in bimetallic chemistry on the intramolecular coordination of oxygendonor functions ofchemically different hemilabile ligands firmly attached to a neighboring metal center. The structures of the trinuclear complex (3), of the chlorobenzene solvate of the tetranuclear complex (4a·C6H5Cl) and of [mer-(OC)3{(EtO)3Si} (4e) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystals of 3 are orthorhombic, space groupPbcn, witha=19.010(4),b=11.766(5),c=26.998(7)Å, andZ=4. Crystals of4a·C6H5Cl are monoclinic, space groupC2/c witha=22.455(3),b=17.680(2),c=16.627(4)Å, =90.80(4)°, andZ=4. Crystals of4e are monoclinic, space groupC2/c witha=25.392(5),b=18.554(6),c=16.28(1)Å, =120.73(3)°, andZ=4. The structures were solved using direct methods and Fourier difference techniques and refined by blocked full-matrix least squares toR=0.035 (R w =0.049) for 2719 observed reflections, toR=0.042 (R w =0.056) for 3082 observed reflections, and toR=0.057 (R w =0.075) for 1850 observed reflections for3, 4a·C6H5Cl and4e, respectively. The hydrothermal crystallization of CoAPO-5 molecular sieves has been studied using time-resolved in-situ SAXS/WAXS, UV-vis, Raman, and XAS. Data collected during heating to 180 degrees C allowed the observation of different steps occurring during the transformation of the amorphous gel into a crystalline material from a macroscopic and atomic perspective. Raman spectroscopy detected the initial formation of Al-O-P bonds, whereas SAXS showed that these gel particles had a broad size distribution ranging from ca. 7 to 20 nm before crystallization began. WAXS showed that this crystallization was sharp and occurred at around 160 degrees C. Analysis of the crystallization kinetics suggested a one-dimensional growth process. XAS showed that Co(2+) transformed via a two-stage process during heating involving (i) a gradual transformation of octahedral coordination into tetrahedral coordination before the appearance of Bragg peaks corresponding to AFI, suggesting progressive incorporation of Co(2+) into the poorly ordered Al-O-P network up to ca. 150 degrees C, and (ii) a rapid transformation of remaining octahedral Co(2+) at the onset of crystallization. Co(2+) was observed to retard crystallization of AFI but provided valuable information regarding the synthesis process by acting as an internal probe. A three-stage, one-dimensional crystallization mechanism is proposed: (i) an initial reaction between aluminum and phosphate units forming a primary amorphous phase, (ii) progressive condensation of linear Al-O-P chains forming a poorly ordered structure separated by template molecules up to ca. 155 degrees C, and (iii) rapid internal reorganization of the aluminophosphate network leading to crystallization of the AFI crystal structure.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] The nature of a linker used for preparing glycoconjugate vaccines is of utmost importance as it may lead to immunogenic biomolecules. We report the conjugation of carbohydrate haptens to protein carriers leading to potential vaccines using the traceless Staudinger ligation. The ligation relies on the selective transfer of a phosphane substituent to an azide to form a native amide bond in the final product upon release of an oxidized phosphane byproduct. We designed new phosphino-functionalized cross-linkers suitable for protein carrier derivatization. We evaluated their utility in preparing conjugates using both synthetic and purified bacterial carbohydrates. The use of a borane-protected phosphane which is deprotected at the time of the ligation reaction led to the best results observed thus far in terms of stability toward oxidation and reactivity.  相似文献

The crystals of Ni0,33Mo3Se4, are triclinic, space group P1, with two formula units in a cell: a = 6,727 (9) Å, b = 6,582 (11) Å, c = 6,751 (6) Å, α = 90.61° (10), β = 92.17° (10), γ = 90.98° (12.) The structure was solved by analogy with Mo3Se4 and refined by a full-matrix least squares program to R = 0,093 for 822 independent reflexions. The channels present in Mo3Se4 are occupied by Ni so that Ni0,33Mo3Se4 is always a metallic compound.  相似文献

The ideal way to prepare efficient, yet robust stationary phases for microanalytical high-resolution methods such as capillary chromatography and electrochromatography remains to be defined. In this contribution a one step sol-gel process is proposed for the production of monolithic, macroporous nanocomposite phases in fused silica capillaries, which require no additional derivatization, since they already bear the interactive (C8) moieties. The effect of the catalyst, the water content, the pH, as well as that of certain additives on monolith formation and porosity is investigated. Volume shrinkage and a tendency to crack were the major obstacles to overcome. Homogeneous stationary phases could be produced by applying a pH gradient during sol formation, thereby changing the catalytic principle from acidic (0.1 M HCl) to basic (gradual formation of OH as a consequence of the hydrolysis of N-methylformamide). Gelation/coacervation of suchgels could be induced by the addition of N,N-diethylamine. The water content during sol formation was determined as decisive for pore formation, with 250% of the amount theoretically needed for complete hydrolysis of all precursors giving optimal results. The volume shrinkage problem during xerogel formation was resolved by integrating dialkyldialkoxysilane units (dimethyldiethoxysilane 35 mol%) into the silica network.  相似文献

103Rh Chemical shifts of a variety of mono- and di-nuclear rhodium carbonyl complexes are reported together with the modifications to the probe and decoupler unit of a JEOL PS-100 PFT spectrometer which enable these 103Rh-decoupled 13C NMR measurements to be made. These data are discussed in conjunction with 13C NMR data on other rhodium carbonyls.  相似文献
