A bacterial strain, SWU-4, capable of using benzothiophene (BT) as a sole carbon and energy source was isolated from a petroleum-contaminated site in Thailand and identified by 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis to be in the genus of Mycobacterium. The strain was Gram-positive, nonspore former, and grew at 50° C. Colonies of the strain on nutrient agar were rod-shaped, smooth with a convex surface, slightly mucoid, and yellow pigmented. The thermophilic Mycobacterium sp. strain SWU-4 rapidly degraded 2% (w/v) BT at 50°C. Interestingly, this strain was able to degrade a wide variety of organosulfur compounds including thiophene, bromo(α)thiophene, and 3-methylthiophene in liquid minimum medium at 50°C, which will be beneficial for industrial applications.  相似文献

Unlike 1,2,5-triphenylphosphole, 3-butyl-1,2-diphenylphosphindole reacts smoothly with two molecules of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate to give the phosphindole oxide, a yellow adduct and a colourless adduct. The case of the reaction is taken to indicate less lone pair interaction with the π-system in phosphindoles than in phospholes. The yellow adduct is shown to be a phosphindolium cyclopentadienylide, i.e. an adduct of the phosphindole and two molecules of the ester less one oxygen atom. The colourless adduct is shown to be a 1:2:1 adduct of the phosphindole, the ester and water and has a benzodihydrophosphonin structure. Mechanisms for the formation of both adducts are proposed. Adducts of this general type were previously unknown in organophosphorus chemistry.  相似文献

Retention index (I), rather than retention factor (k), was found to be a more reasonable parameter for comparison of the relative affinity of disubstituted benzenes in MEEKC and MEKC, due to independent of I with the SDS surfactant concentration. MEKC and MEEKC may give similar or different I values, depending on types of moieties. With known I and Kow for alkylbenzenes as references in MEKC and MEEKC, the values of Kow for disubstituted benzenes can be estimated from the observed I values, where Kow is the octanol–water distribution constant. In addition, a group additive approach can be used to predict I for disubstituted benzenes with different moieties from the average observed I for the disubstituted benzenes with same moieties. However, electronic effects and/or intramolecular interaction may result in the different observed I from prediction.  相似文献

Novel hole-transporting materials based on carbazole dendrimers, namely G1CBC and G2CBC were synthesized and characterized. They are thermally stable with high glass transition temperatures (Tg) up to 245 °C and exhibit chemically-stable redox processes. Double-layer green OLEDs using these materials as the hole-transporting layer (HTL) with the device configuration of ITO/HTL/Alq3/LiF:Al emit brightly (λem 522-534 nm) from the Alq3 layer with a maximum luminance and low turn-on voltage of 15,890 cd/m2 and 3.0 V, respectively. Their ability as HTLs in terms of device performance is comparable to the common hole-transporter N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(1-naphthyl)-(1,1-biphenyl)-4,4-diamine (NPB), however their thermal properties were far greater than both NPB and N,N′-bis(3-methylphenyl)-N,N′-bis(phenyl)benzidine (TPD).  相似文献

New highly fluorescent bifunctional anthracenes showed high thermal and electrochemical stability, and great potential as both blue emitters and hole-transporters for OLEDs. Deep-blue and Alq3-based green devices with maximum efficiencies and CIE coordinates of 1.65 and 6.25 cd A(-1), and (0.15, 0.16) and (0.26, 0.49) were achieved, respectively.  相似文献

Sesterterpene, erectusolide A (1), six phenolic alkenes, erectuseneols A?F (27) and nine known compounds, luffalactone (8), luffariolide E (9), (6E)- and (6Z)-neomanoalide 24,25-diacetates (10 and 11), 6,6-dimethylundecane-2,5,10-trione (12), threo- and erythro-cavernosines (13 and 14), (4E,6E)-dehydromanoalide (15), echinoclerodane A (16), were isolated from the marine sponge Hyrtios erectus. Compound 13 was isolated for the first time from a natural source. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. The phenolic alkenes 3 and 7, the sesterterpenes 811 and 15, and compounds 1214 were evaluated for cytotoxic activities against six cancer cell lines, MOLT-3, HepG2, HeLa, HuCCA-1, A549, and MDA-MB-231.  相似文献

A series of new 7,7′bis(3,6-di-tert-butylcarbazol-N-yl)-substituted fluorenyl-oligothiophenes bearing 0-, 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-thiophene rings, namely BCFTn, were synthesized using palladium catalyzed Stille dimerization coupling reactions of their corresponding brominated thiophenes. The relationship between the chemical structure and the properties of these oligomers was evaluated. With respect to the electronic properties, the longest wavelength absorptions, emissions, and also the oxidation potentials can be tuned by varying the conjugation length of the oligothiophene segments. The terminal carbazole and fluorene moieties of the resulting materials are beneficial for their morphology, conjugation length, and solubility.  相似文献
