职前与在职化学教师对教学能力认知差异的实证研究*

采用定量的方法对112位化学师范生和83位中学化学教师进行问卷调查,了解职前、在职教师对教学能力要素重要性认识的情况,问卷涉及本体要素、工具要素、条件要素、实践要素、情意要素和发展要素等6大维度。基于Rasch测量模型,利用ConQuest,Winstep,SPSS22.0软件对数据进行统计分析。研究发现:(1)问卷具有良好的信效度;(2)师范生、在职教师均把情意要素作为教学能力的首要成分,其次依次是本体要素、发展要素、实践要素,工具要素与条件要素排在其他要素之后;(3)工具要素重要性赞同度师范生显著高于在职教师,其余维度差异不显著,不同性别各维度重要性赞同度也无显著性差异;(4)由ConQuest多维分析所建立的项目被试图可以直观展示不同维度上各教学能力的重要程度。     

Vortices in a Rotating Spin-Orbit-Coupled Bose-Einstein Condensate under Extreme Elongation in a Harmonic Plus Quartic Trap

We consider the ground-state properties of a rotating spin-orbit-coupled Bose-Einstein condensate under extreme elongation in a harmonic plus quartic potential. The effects of spin-orbit coupling and rotation on the ground-state vortex structures are investigated. In the absence of spin-orbit coupling, new nucleated vortices gradually form vortex lines and annular vortex structures with the increase of the rotation frequency. In the presence of spin-orbit coupling, part of the vortices arrange in a line and form a stable vortex chain, and the remanent vortices coexist in pairs aside such vortex chain. More specially, the remanent vortices of each component repel each other and form vortex pair for isotropic spin-orbit coupling, while attract each other and locate in the same positions for anisotropic spin-orbit coupling.

Crystal structure and properties of H3[PMo12O40] · 3C2H6O

The title compound H₃[PMo₁₂O₄₀]· 3C₂H₆O was prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography, its i.r. spectrum, cyclic voltammetry and e.s.r. spectra. The anion of the title compound is a Keggin-type heteropoly structure based upon a central PO₄ tetrahedron surrounded by 12 MoO₆ octahedra arranged in four groups of three edge-shared octahedra Mo₃O₁₃. Weak hydrogen bonds exist between the organic solvent molecules and the heteropoly anion. The catalytic activity of the title compound was determined by the synthesis of butyl acetate. The conversion of n-BuOH reached 93.3% and the yield of MeCO₂Bu-n was 92.0% when the ratio of MeCO₂H to n-BuOH, catalyst amount, reaction time, reaction temperature were 2:1, 0.24% of the reactants (50 mg), 2.0 h and 115 120 °C, respectively.

硒化聚甘露糖醛酸的合成及抗阿尔茨海默症细胞氧化与凋亡

以聚甘露糖醛酸为原料, 采用先磺化、 再硒化的方法合成了硒化聚甘露糖醛酸, 产率为54%, 产物硒含量为437.25 μg/g. 在2.5 μmol/L硒浓度下, 硒化聚甘露糖醛酸促细胞生长能力达到最适范围, 能保护细胞免受过氧化氢损伤, 显著提高阿尔茨海默症(AD)模型细胞N2a-APP695-sw中的超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性, 降低细胞内活性氧自由基, 增加线粒体膜电位, 抑制细胞色素C的释放, 在促进Bcl-2表达的同时抑制Bax的表达, 从而具有抑制AD细胞凋亡的功能. 硒化聚甘露糖醛酸也能抑制AD病理相关蛋白BACE1和APP的表达. 结果表明, 硒化聚甘露糖醛酸在抗AD方面具有潜在的应用前景.     

理科职前教师科学模型理解的调查研究

就科学模型的理解对553名理科职前教师进行问卷调查。结果发现：（1）职前教师对科学模型的认识处于中上水平,仍需进一步提高;（2）科学模型的多个维度之间职前教师的理解水平相当;（3）职前教师对科学模型的认识并非随年级逐渐递增,具有不稳定性、反复性;（4）专业学习内容的差异对教师科学模型的认识有着重要影响;（5）科学模型的认识性别差异不明显。基于此提出了关于理科职前教师教育中加强科学模型教学的3点启示。
