Magnetic resonance in amorphous metals based on Fe in the millimeter radiowave range

The research technique of amorphous magnetics is described. The paper gives the experimental data obtained by a multifunctional low-temperature radiospectrometer Buran in the mm radiowave range and presents their analysis.     

Synthesis of Substituted 6-Amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-2H,4H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. Crystal and Molecular Structure of 6-Amino-5-cyano-3-methyl-4-(2',4',6'-triethylphenyl)-2H,4H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole

Substituted 6-aminopyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles were synthesized by the two-component condensation of arylidenemalononitriles and substituted 5-pyrazolones or three-component condensation of aromatic aldehydes, malononitrile, and substituted 5-pyrazolones. It was established by X-ray crystallographic analysis that pyranopyrazoles exist in the 2H and not the 1H tautomeric form.     

Electronic regioselectivity in the reactions of pyridinium ylides with tetracyanoethylene

Highly regioselective reactions of pyridinium ylides with tetracyanoethylene occur via an Ad_N-E mechanism to form Z-isomers of 3-aroyl-3-(1-pyridinio)-1,1,2-tricyano-2-propenides-1, corresponding in structure to 1,4-ylides with maximum charge separation. If the unsaturated nitrite starting material contains a nucleofugal group 1,2-elimination predominates over 1,3-elimination.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1087–1094, August, 1991.     

One-step synthesis of substituted 2-amino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-benzo[b]pyrans. Molecular and crystal structure of 2-amino-3-(2-methoxyethoxycarbonyl)-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-benzo[b]pyran

Substituted 2-aminobenzo[b]pyrans were synthesized by three-component condensation of aromatic aldehydes, cyanoacetic acid derivatives, and cyclic 1,3-diketones. The molecular and crystal structure of 2-amino-3-(2-methoxyethoxycarbonyl)-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-4H-benzo[b]pyran was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.     

Cyclization of alpha-Oxo-oximes to 2-substituted benzoxazoles

Reactions of oximes 9, 17, and 19 with electrophiles 15a-f and 24 in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate or triethylamine give 2-substituted condensed ring oxazoles 10, 16a-c, 18a-d, 20a-c, and 25 in a new general route to these compounds.     

Stereoselective transformation of 1,3-dithia-4-cyclohexene enaminonitriles into substituted 3,4-trans-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-6-thiolates with pyridinium ylides

4-Amino-6-aryl-2,2-dialkyl-5-cyano-1,3-dithia-4-cyclohexenes react with pyridinium ylides in thermodynamically controlled conditions with the formation of 4-aryl-2-oxo-thioxo)-3-(1-pyridino)-5-cyano-3,4-trans-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridine-6-thiolates. Arylidenecyanothioacetamides act as intermediates of this recyclization, and the corresponding pyridine-6-thiolates were obtained from them by an independent method. The synthesized hydrogenated pyridine-6-thiolates are in the half-chair conformation with a trans-diaxial position of the 3-H and 4-H hydrogen atoms.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1082–1086, August, 1991.     

Synthesis and some reactions of 3-cyanopyridine-2-thiones

New methods for the synthesis of 3-cyanopyridine-2-thiones by the reaction of -keto nitroles with sulfur and by condensation of chalcones or benzylideneacetone with cyanothioacetamide are given. The compounds obtained were used in various reactions for the preparation of alkylated products, disulfides, and condensed heterocycles, viz., thieno[2,3-b]pyridines and pyrido[2,3:2,3]thieno[4,5-d]-pyrimidines.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 3, pp. 377–382, March, 1981.     

Synthesis of pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]cinnolines — A new heterocyclic system

Pyrido[3,2:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]cinnolines, new heterocyclic compounds, were obtained in three steps: 1) alkylation of 3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones by o-nitrobenzyl bromide to give 2-(o-nitrobenzyl)thio-3-cyanopyridines, 2) closure of the thiophene ring in these intermediates to give 3-amino-2-(o-nitrophenyl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridines, and 3) closure of the pyridazine ring by condensation of the amino and nitro groups in triethyl phosphite, leading to the final heterocyclic system.N. New approaches to the synthesis of functionally substituted pyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[3,2-b]pyridines and the structure of the products obtained

Substituted pyrido,[3',2':4,5]thieno[3,2-b]pyndines were obtained by the reaction of 3-amino-2-benzoylthieno [2,3-b]pyridines with malononitrile and the reaction of 3-cyanopyridine-2(IH)-thiones with 2-aryl-3-bromo-I,I-dicyanopropene. 2-Amino-4-(4-bromophenyl)-7, 9-dimethyl-3-cyanopyrido [3',2':4,5]thieno[3, 2-b]-pyridine was used for the synthesis of a derivative of pyrido[3",2":4', 5']thieno[2',3':5,6]pyrido[2,3-d]-pyrimidine. The structure of these compounds was confirmed by spectral data and x-ray diffraction structural analysis.Deceased.     

Synthesis of 2,7-naphthyridines by the recyclization of trimethylformyl-piperidone

The structure of the product of interaction of the sodium salt of 1, 2, S-trimethyl-3 formylpiperid-4-one with cyanothioacetamide was specified. It was shown that the Knoevenagel adduct formed at the first stage in basic conditions undergoes recyclization with the formation of 1, 2,3,5,6, 7, 8, 8a-octahydro-l-oxo-6, 7, 8a-trimethyl-4-cyano-2, 7-naphthyridine-3-thione, the structure of which was confirmed by the data of physicochemical methods of analysis and chemical conversions.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 512–515, April, 1996.
