The synthesis of series of 1α and 1β-alkylamino-1,2,3,4,5,6-hexahydro-2,6-methano-3-benzazocines from the corresponding acylamino intermediates is described. Cyclization of the 1β-chloromethylamido derivative 20 to the novel bridged benzomorphan 21 occurred whereas the corresponding 1β-chloromethylamido derivative 19 failed to cyclize for steric reasons. In addition several related 1α-acylamidomethyl- and 1β-alkyl-aminomethyl benzomorphans are reported.  相似文献

Thin films of Ga10Se80Hg10 have been deposited onto a chemically cleaned Al2O3 substrates by thermal evaporation technique under vacuum. The investigated thin films are irradiated by 60Co γ-rays in the dose range of 50–150 kGy. X-ray diffraction patterns of the investigated thin films confirm the preferred crystallite growth occurs in the tetragonal phase structure. It also shows, the average crystallite size increases after γ-exposure, which indicates the crystallinity of the material increases after γ-irradiation. These results were further supported by surface morphological analysis carried out by scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope which also shows the crystallinity of the material increases with increasing the γ-irradiation dose. The optical transmission spectra of the thin films at normal incidence were investigated in the spectral range from 190 to 1100 nm. Using the transmission spectra, the optical constants like refractive index (n) and extinction coefficient (k) were calculated based on Swanepoel’s method. The optical band gap (Eg) was also estimated using Tauc’s extrapolation procedure. The optical analysis shows: the value of optical band gap of investigated thin films decreases and the corresponding absorption coefficient increases continuously with increasing dose of γ-irradiation.  相似文献

We give characterizations of different classes of ordered semigroups by using intuitionistic fuzzy ideals. We prove that an ordered semigroup is regular if and only if every intuitionistic fuzzy left (respectively, right) ideal of S is idempotent. We also prove that an ordered semigroup S is intraregular if and only if every intuitionistic fuzzy two-sided ideal of S is idempotent. We give further characterizations of regular and intra-regular ordered semigroups in terms of intuitionistic fuzzy left (respectively, right) ideals. In conclusion of this paper we prove that an ordered semigroup S is left weakly regular if and only if every intuitionistic fuzzy left ideal of S is idempotent.  相似文献

The proliferation of information and communication technology has made exchange of information easier than ever. Security and copyright protection of multimedia contents in such a scenario has become a major challenge for the research community round the globe. Digital watermarking has been found as an effective tool for protection and security of multimedia content. A secure and robust watermarking scheme based on DC coefficient modification in pixel domain and a modified logistic map is presented in this paper. The cover image is divided into \(8 \times 8\) sub-blocks and instead of computing DC coefficient using discrete cosine transform (DCT), we compute DC coefficient of each block in spatial domain. Watermark bits are embedded by modifying DC coefficients of various blocks in spatial domain. The quantum of change to be brought in various pixels of a block for embedding watermark bit depends upon DC coefficient of respective blocks, nature of watermark bit (0 or 1) to be embedded and the adjustment factor. The security of embedded watermark has been taken care of by using chaotic encryption based on a generalized logistic map (GLM). We show that GLM has better properties like ergodicity, larger lyapunov exponent, uniform invariant density, mixing, higher range of bifurcation parameter etc., compared to basic logistic map. We exploit these properties of GLM for designing a secure robust, strong efficient cryptosystem to encrypt the watermark information before embedding it. Experimental investigations show that besides being highly secure the proposed technique is robust to both signal processing and geometric attacks. Further, the proposed scheme is computationally efficient as DC coefficient which holds the information is computed in pixel domain instead of using DCT on an image block.  相似文献

This study appraises the antioxidant and antimicrobial attributes of various solvent extracts (absolute methanol, aqueous methanol, absolute ethanol, aqueous ethanol, absolute acetone, aqueous acetone, and deionized water) from bark, leaves and seeds of Pongamia pinnata (L.) Pierre. Maximum extraction yield of antioxidant components from bark (16.31%), leaves (11.42%) and seeds (21.51%) of P. pinnata was obtained using aqueous methanol (20:80). Of the extracts tested, the bark extract, obtained with aqueous methanol, exhibited greater levels of total phenolics [6.94 g GAE/100 g dry weight (DW)], total flavonoids (3.44 g CE/100 g DW), inhibition of linoleic acid peroxidation (69.23%) and DPPH radical scavenging activity (IC(50) value, 3.21 μg/mL), followed by leaves and seeds extracts. Bark extract tested against a set of bacterial and fungal strains also revealed the strongest antimicrobial activity with the largest inhibition zone and lowest minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). HPLC analysis of aqueous methanol extracts from bark, leaves and seeds indicated the presence of protocatechuic, ellagic, ferulic, gallic, gentisic, 4-hydroxybenzoic and 4-hydroxycinnamic acids in bark (1.50-6.70 mg/100 g DW); sorbic, ferulic, gallic, salicylic and p-coumaric acids in leaves (1.18-4.71 mg/100 g DW); vanillic, gallic and tannic acids in seeds (0.52-0.65 mg/100 g DW) as the main phenolic acids. The present investigation concludes that the tested parts of P. pinnata, in particular the bark, have strong potential for the isolation of antioxidant and antimicrobial agents for functional food and pharmaceutical uses.  相似文献

Human serum paraoxonase 1 (PON1) is known as an antioxidant and is also involved in the detoxification of many compounds. In this study, a novel purification strategy was employed to purify the PON1 by using cholesterol-conjugated magnetic nanoparticles. Magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized and conjugated with cholesterol through diazotized p-aminohippuric acid. In Fourier transform infrared spectrum of cholesterol-p-aminohippuric acid-Fe3O4 nanoparticles, the appearance of peaks at 3,358.3, 1,645 cm−1, and at 2,334.9 cm−1 confirmed the conjugation. The molecular weight of purified PON1 was nearly 45 kDa on sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), and isoelectric point was 5.3. The specific activity was 438 U mg−1 protein, and the purification fold was 515 with 73% yield. The K m values were 1.3 and 0.74 mM with paraoxon and phenyl acetate, respectively. Western blot of 2D-PAGE confirmed the homogeneity and stability of the enzyme. Mg+2, Mn+2, glycerol, (NH4)2SO4, PEG 6000, Triton X-100, and phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride did not show any effect on activity. Pb+2, Co+2, Zn2+, ethanol, β-mercaptoethanol, and acetone reduced the activity while Ni2+, Cd2+, Cu2+, iodoacetic acid, SDS, dimethylformamide, DMSO inhibited the activity. In vitro enzyme activity was slightly reduced by acetyl salicylic and acetaminophen and reduced 50% with amino glycosides and ampicillin antibiotics at concentrations of 0.6 and 30 mg ml−1, respectively. This is the first report for the synthesis of cholesterol-conjugated magnetic nanoparticles for simple purification of PON1 enzyme.  相似文献
